Clean and friendly, accommodating staff! We got an early check-in which we appreciated. The rooms are quite large and clean. The outdoor pool was very cold but we loved the hot tub! We’d stay again!

Pool and Spa were very unkept, water was not clean and the pool needed vacuumed. I could not justify using the pool once I tried without the pool full of kids. There was pools of hair floating and bugs everywhere. Same went for the spa. I spend a lot of time in well kept pools, this was a disgusting. I killed two silver fish insects in my bathroom before retiring. The room next to ours played their TV very loud all night, I used earplugs to sleep. There was only one baggage cart available for the entire motel, good luck getting a turn with its use. Sorry you asked for my survey, I am a well traveled person that has stayed in establishments all over the world. Your staff was polite and helpful but overall I would give this stay a C- rating. A few improvements could bring the rating up, good luck making the changes that matter to people. - Conrad Hilton

Easily accessible from the Highway; plenty of parking; clean; friendly staff.

Staff is very friendly and inviting, pool and spa need resurfacing, but temps were perfect. Cute dog run in-between pool and spa, both gated separate. Will book again.

No elevator

The hotel was okay however, the pool was down for maintenance. Not great when it's 110 degrees.

Super clean rooms excellent condition

Quite for the most part. Room seemed dirty, found a bed under one of the sheets. The fridge had something spilled over the outside of it. Had a funky smell almost like someone smoked in the room prior. Furniture worn damaged to the walls from chair rubbing against it. Bath tub stopper was broken. Toilets didn’t flush very well.

Floors were dirty and guest chair back worn out. Tv Roku had no instructions. Soundproof trim on door was missing allowing noise and light in from hallway.

ROOM 147, SMELL LIKE SMOKE ODOR. CALL FRONT DESK, AS ENTER IN THE ROOM. FRONT DESK SAID JUST OK. TUB HAVE HAIRS, FLOOR HAVE HAIRS, PILLOW HAD HAIRS.. NOT WORTH

It was a nice big, clean, and comfortable room.

Unsafe area and unclean room. Do not walk in the halls at night. Sheets had stains and old food was left in the fridge. Pillows were less than half the size of regular pillows for some reason? And only 3 half pillows to a bed. Room service did not come the entirety of the stay and the price was outrageous. Over $1,000 for 3 nights is crazy. If you’re going to be forced into staying at a price gouged motel, don’t pick this place.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient to the freeway. Staff is nice and friendly.

When we got settled into our room I had to change my childs diaper which lead me to remove the bag from the trash can to easily dispose of the diaper. To my surprise I found so much dirt and trash under and around the trash can, it seemed like they only cleaned what was physically visible but nothing else. Decided not to let my kids use the bath and not to crawl around the room because I was concerned with the dirtiness.

The room was spacious and clean. I had a room with a king size bed. But there was no Kleenex and no hair dryer. The walls don’t block sound at all so I could easily hear my neighbors on the side with an adjoining door. The oddest thing was the pillows. There were 4 throw pillow sized pillows instead of 2 standard size pillows provided. Am I expected to keep my head on a 12 inch wide pillow all night?

I can hear the TV from the next room as well as their yelling match. Walls too thin and old. It served its purpose but will not be back

Very clean, large room, comfortable bed. Only downer is the terrible Internet, which is a deal breaker for us. Big TV with lots of channels but no good ones. Helpful staff and limited but good light breakfast.

The absolute worst pillows I've ever seen. If they were any smaller theyd belong in a crib.

The room was comfortable but basic. The air conditioner was very noisy and kept waking us up all night. The room above us was very noisy when they walked around the room. The maid service was amazing! Very friendly and helpful! We didn’t eat breakfast there so I don’t know how the food was.!

When I checked in, they informed me that the room keys were not working. So we had to come through the front and wait for someone to unlock our room each time we had to leave the room. Also, the phone inside the room did not work so we had to prop the door open (if one of us was gone) to walk up to reception to request any kind of service. While the staff was kind, it was a very inconvenient getaway for those reasons.

We left something when we left and they were super fast when we went back 2 days later to get it for us.

Checked us into a room that was not cleaned (had towels on the coffee table, garbage cans were full, bed unmade). Key cards were not working and the concierge had to meet us at our room to let us in. This meant room door and exit doors had to be propped open or we would need to go to the front desk to ask to be let into our room (who never answered the phone or could not be found). Site is NOT up to code for ADA accommodations (stairs only). The room smelled horrible (rotting food?). The concierge was NOT helpful and not knowledgeable of hospitality services.

Tried to check in and they cannot find our hotels.com reservation. This is more likely the problem of hotels.com and not Days Inn he doesn't want to be the first time this is happening. Upon entering lobby wife needs to use restroom and there is nobody at the front desk. There is a restroom in the lobby at the door is locked. Desk staff returns about 10 minutes later cannot find a key to the restroom. Might as well leave it unlocked. Room keys denatalie work and had to get them replaced to get into room. There is no elevator to second floor. Replacement room keys worked and then failed us again shortly later while we were outside and could not re-enter building from parking lot. Next morning wife needed to get something from front desk and waited there 10 minutes while nobody showed up. Room furnishings are very worn. See picture of chair. Carpeting and overall appearance is worn and needs upgrades. House cleanimg did not come in going they we ask for it over 3-day stay. Bathroom was usable. AC was good. Bed was pretty comfortable. Room has small useful refrigerator and microwave. Overall comfort was okay Front desk person during the day when he was available was very nice and helpful and did a great job covering for hotels.com's blowing our reservation

Good location and access to freeway . Short walk to Mexican Restaurant NEGATIVE... did not like homeless walking / hanging out near property

The rooms were clean and had great amenities. The bed was comfortable. Dining locations and Starbucks were nearby, and there was quick access to the freeway.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Loud Train noise throughout the night made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was relatively close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

The room was clean and large. Outside was in a scary area (for me), but room was great. Young man who checked me in was polite and friendly. Mexican restaurant in parking lot was really good.

The hotel was easily accessible from I-10.

One night stay over, we arrived after 9pm, took a shower, went to bed. Saw one homeless person rummaging through the dumpster, they almost walked in front of a truck, but driver stopped just in time.

This hotel room and property did the trick. It was close to the Coachella festival grounds. The property and room were clean. The breakfast offering was simple but checked all the boxes. I really enjoyed the multi-colored, plump raisins, granola and yogurt! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area seemed safe. There were restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely return if I had a similar reason to visit the area.

Good value. Not fancy at all, but definitely worth the price paid. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I'd stay here again.

The breakfast needs to improve. The breakfast place is so small and also very few varieties.

Check in and out was easy, and friendly. Room was adequately appointed with coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast however was a bit of a disappointment, only cereal or yogurt available , with coffee, tea and orange juice. The pancake machine said it was down due to electrical issues - fix it or purchase a replacement machine, that is how this should have been resolved.

Stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was exactly the same each morning. Very limited. No variety. It would be okay if you only stay one or two nights.

Nice clean room and very large. Bed was comfortable. There was a place for breakfast, but not much of a variety because it was small. A couple types of cold cereal, pancakes, oatmeal and yogurt, juice and coffee, but it was enough for us.

This Days Inn was clean and reasonably priced. However, the surrounding area is very noisy (right next to a major street and the highway).The room was not fully stocked so we had to ask for enough cups and coffee for 2 people. The breakfast choices were quite limited and not kept stocked. All the oatmeal was gone by the time we arrived and the pancake maker was empty. (Note: Both items were refilled upon requst.) The only fruit available was apples. No eggs.

Bed was very comfortable. Lots of channels on the TV. Breakfast not so good. We arrived at 8:15 am. Oatmeal gone, juice gone. No pancake batter left and only apples in fruit bowl. There was plenty of yogurt. No one there to replace items.

Front desk personnel was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that the provided breakfast did not offer many food options.

Breakfast was less than a reg continental breakfast. No fruit or toast.
