Property is still new and clean. Definitely worth the price. Plenty of parking and places to eat. No issues with this hotel.

The property was new and clean. Like the full sized fridge and kitchenette.... but no ice machine?? There were 2 ice cube trays in the freezer and that's all you get. Laundry is cashless except buying laundry soap so bring a credit card! I'm used to having a coffee maker in room as well and there was none. That being said, it is a nice hotel and would consider staying again if in the area.

Staff was excellent. Went out of their way to accommodate my disabled family member. Bathroom in "accessible" room had a tub that she could not get into. A roll in shower would have allowed for a shower. Beds felt and sounded like they had been stuffed with newspaper. Not comfortable and lots of noises. Had a kitchen but no cups, utensils, dishes or cookware. Not even a coffee pot. Motel 6 at least has coffee?! No coffee in the lobby either. Obviously cut every corner on the budget and it showed. Room was spacious and clean. Just not as functional as it should have been.

The hotel is new and clean. In an area close to the freeway and lots of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The front desk young man, Christian, is super welcoming, professional and competent. He was there at night and in the morning! He’s a great employee I hope management appreciates. The room and bathroom was new and super clean. There is a kitchen but here is the strange part, there are no dishes, no pots and pans, no cutlery, no paper goods NOTHING! So if you’re traveling and stay here bring your items to cook! They do allow dogs which I appreciate. I would stay there again.

The hotel was newer and very clean. The laundry facility was amazing, but a bit pricey ($6.00 to wash/dry a full load). No Kuerig coffee maker in the room. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great value for the price and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gym had great equipment.

Full kitchen but zero supplies. Bed was comfortable and clean. Great space. No ice machine in the hotel. We were told there is ice trays in the freezer in the room. I don't have time to fill ice trays and wait for it to freeze to use for travel sized water bottles.

Pros: Overall the place looks good because it’s still new. Check-in process was fast & friendly. Staff were great. The place has a small gym with weight machine, and a couple treadmills, an elliptical. The room I stayed in was great, it had two queen size beds, a full size refrigerator, and microwave. It had a two burner stove. Lots of room for storage. You are within walking distance to restraunts and stores, no need to drive anywhere unless you want. It’s Pet friendly, so if you travel and have a service dog like myself. Cons: No breakfast, just a couple of snack and drinks vending machines. You must bring or buy your own utensils and cook ware. There’s a Ross and Walmart within walking distance if you need that stuff. The place looks brand new, but don’t be deceived by looks, it was quit dirty. I had to clean a little with Clorox spray I always bring just in case. It can get rowdy at night, people like to yell, scream, stomp when they walk if you have a room below. Trash and beer bottles outside. Seems to be a lot of traffic (you know what I mean) I’m not talking cars, especially at night. The hotel is in a parking lot out front of Tractor Supply and a large Self storage building. Like I said you don’t need to drive anywhere, everything is within walking distance.

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was disappointing. The overall atmosphere of the room felt more like a remodeled budget motel than a comfortable suite. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. On my first night, a motion sensor in the room kept triggering the lights while I was trying to sleep. I eventually had to go down to the front desk at 2 a.m. to get assistance shutting it off, which made the experience miserable. Although the room included a kitchenette, it was essentially unusable since no pots, pans, or utensils were provided. This lack of basic amenities added to the frustration and left me feeling that the stay did not meet expectations.

The property was satisfactory for my needs. The room’s however, are fairly noisy. There is very little sound proofing between rooms and especially with the rooms above you. Anyone walking in the room above you makes it impossible to relax if you are below them. The constant thumping was terrible. Also, they give you a kitchenette with microwave and cooktop, but absolutely no utensils pots pans, or anything else. I guess you can rent them or buy them at the front desk but not the most convenient. I would however stay there again, but next time I would be on the top floor, so no one was walking on my ceiling.

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay, which made the experience very unpleasant. The room itself was far below acceptable standards—it was dirty upon arrival, with visible dust, stains, and worst of all, there was urine left on the toilet seat. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected before check-in. Overall, I was very disappointed with the level of service and cleanliness. I would strongly advise others to consider different accommodations.

Checked in and went to my room and the bed was not made, trash in the room and dirty towels all over the floor. Went down and changed rooms. Got to the new room and a strong odor of marijuana. Very loud through the night with music and people outside playing their radios etc.

Basic style and price point. Reminds me of a college dorm. One and only elevator out of service. Hallways appear to not been vacuumed for over a week.

Conveniently located. Kitchen amenities are great, and the room was very ckean. I’ll stay again.

A simple fix to the shower head would fix the black mold problem in the bathroom. Everything looked new and refurbished but the black mold under the peeling paint ruined my shower experience. No hand towels only bath and wash cloths. The bath towels were very thin but clean. Room had no black out anything and light came in all night through the closed blinds. Noise level was high coming from the freeway, st one point I could hear a big rig pop its tire. I did not feel very comfortable in the bed or in the covers. Not a fan of bare floors either. The kitchenette had nothing to use to cook food. No plates or cutlery to speak of. Not sure what the point is of having a kitchenette.

Stayed here for 2 weeks to be close to my wife who is in the hospital near by. The day we checked in we didn’t even look at the room since we only used it to go get some sleep after visiting the hospital. We arrived back up again at 11:30pm. Once entering the room there was a roach in the sink area. Walked half way through the room and the floor was sticky as if something sweet had spilled and just smeared around. Went to the desk to let them know about the room. They gave us a different floor. Went to that room and it was even worse than the first one. Hair all over the floor, bar bands and trash throughout. I went down to get a broom from the front desk to clean it myself. An hour later after unpacking and cleaning the floor we went to shower. The bathtub was disgusting and the shower curtain was moldy. Cleaned that up and went down to get a clean curtain to replace it. The guy at the front desk asked how I knew it was mold. How do YOU not being in that business. He then asked if we still wanted the room or not. As if I had a choice at that point past midnight. I only asked if they could send housekeeping to clean up the room. Next evening when we came back from the hospital. No cleaning was done. All they did was put new towels. Never again. This place is filthy inside and out with no sense of urgency to keep the place feeling comfortable to stay at.

It’s directly across from a self storage and Tractor Supply so forget about a view. Full little kitchenett. A fridge, electric cook top and microwave. Lots of cupboards, empty cupboards. Why have a stove without any pots or pans. Not even a dish scrubber or paper towel. At 4am the people above decided to river dance or do construction, something. We tried to get some help at 10:30 pm & 4am with no success. Sign in the room says any non-emergency needs would be handled in the morning when the office reopened. Couldn’t get the WiFi going so we tried calling Tech support as instructed. No answer. Might be a fine establishment for executive in town but so not for a couple on a weekend getaway. 2 small bath towels and 2 wash cloths. Couldn’t get more since there was no help when we attempted to call the desk. Very disappointed!!

Takes "basic accommodation" to a whole new level. Good: there was a bed, sheets, a few towels, toilet paper, and a couple slivers of soap. Electricity, water, air condoning. Bad: anything else. Want a kleenex or a paper plate to use in the microwave? That costs extra. Blinds that block light from the streetlight? Not included. Sound insulation? Turn the fan on louder. A key to your room? Wasn't working when I arrived, although got fixed the next day. On the positive side, the desk clerk pointed me to Pablo's beer and tacos across the parking lot which was quite good.

The room was extremely clean. The big negative:no curtains, just blinds so outside light made our room feel like it was daytime and we slept horrible as a result.

Walls were paper thin so you could hear everyone coming walking around and returning to their rooms at 1 in the am.

Place is very clean. Service was good. Rooms need curtains .to much lighting by windows at night .

The service was great. The young man that checked me in was very profesional, employees made suggestions where to get a quick bite or drink. The only complaint I have is the beds. The beds were very noise. Any movement was so loud it disturbed other guest in the room. Or when they got up from the bed it was so loud like an old bed.

Stayed for one night at the WoodSpring Suites in Indio. Overall was a good stay. Bed was comfortable, although if you have your own pillow bring it in. Room was clean. Parking was very easy (we were towing a trailer). Lots of food and shopping in the area. Only downside for me was how loud the AC unit was in the room. But for the price, was a good place to stay for the night.

Never checked-in the internet was down all day. Lost my room and money. Horrible service

my flight was delayed then the rest of my trip was affected, I tried to call the hotel (no less than 20 times) no one picked up the phone. Other than that, my stay was just perfect

We had a late check in. When we got there the front desk had a sign saying back in 10 minutes and no one came back for 40 minutes. Unacceptable

Great service. I do not recall the managers name he was bald with glasses. Very personable and efficient. His staff was a perfect representation of him and the hotel. No complaints we will back!!

Management is horrible. Didn't take care of a noise ordinance issue brought to their attention @4 am on a Sunday morning. Reported to the City ordinance enforcement. Multiple complaints by their guest but management (Robert) did nothing. My guest and myself were awake from 3 am on. Advise to stay elsewhere!!!!

Stayed for one night at the WoodSpring Suites in Indio. Overall was a good stay. Bed was comfortable, although if you have your own pillow bring it in. Room was clean. Parking was very easy (we were towing a trailer). Lots of food and shopping in the area. Only downside for me was how loud the AC unit was in the room. But for the price, was a good place to stay for the night.

We stayed here because we went to a concert down the road. Super clean and new. Quiet and safe. We came in about 11 pm so we were locked out, that's how safe it is. Cute little suites with hot top and sink and microwave and a huge fridge/freezer. I was impressed.

Not good for the price, not even a complimentary coffee or water at lobby. Uncomfortable beds thin sheets bad towels cheap. Only good thing is that it’s close to shopping centers

This motel is setup for longer stay customers who need to cook in their room. The room has a stove top, full size fridge, and a sink. However, it is very sparsely furnished and there are no pots, pans, dishes, flatware or items one would need to prepare meals. If you are looking for a comfortable overnight stay, keep looking.

Motel 6 w a small kitchen that has no utensils or cookware. Booked the room because of this so I could make dinner in house but had to go out to eat with the lack of any silverware or cookware . Not the hotels fault but all internet which included the TV being able to work was not working . Hard pass

This hotel is quite new. Staff were professional and helpful. Rooms are new but need some tlc. We had a great room. The location is in a light commercial/retail area. Lots of restaurants and bars. Convenient, but noisy at night. No pool, coffee, or breakfast. Which is fine, just be prepared. Starbucks right across the street. Price was right for my family.

The room was comfortable but everytime i sat on the bed, it made a strange noise and didnt feel very stable. The kitchen consisted of a full size refrigerator, stove, sink and microwave which was wonderful. Bring your own plates, utensils, paper towels for the kitchen area and tissue, lotion and hair dryer for the bathroom. The hotel was located in a shopping area so they were plenty of parking spaces available and choices for food.

This hotel was way overpriced for what it offered. It was very basic hotel, not much in the room at all! No coffee maker, No hair dryer, No hand towels or wash clothes. When I asked for a hair dryer they said they all were taken, and asked if there is at least coffee in the lobby, the staff said “no” I have never been to a hotel that has non of these things, and I paid almost 400 dollars for the one night!!!!

Our king room was spacious with a full size refrigerator, microwave and stovetop. Amenities were very minimal with not even a coffee machine. No hand towel in bathroom, no tissues, etc only a small bar of soap and shampoo. Room hadn’t been dusted in awhile and there were some dried stuff on the hardwood floor that hadn’t been cleaned up. Also there is no breakfast whatsoever.
