Motel 6-Indio, CA - Palm Springs

there was a party all night long and couldn't sleep

I was very dissatisfied with my stay. It was during stagecoach and for $1700 for three nights I will never stay there again. The room was completely filthy. Bedsheets were stained and dirty, floors were filthy and looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while, the bathroom and shower still had hair from the previous traveler and was overall still dirty. The only thing I was very satisfied about was the cold AC

Staff was really helpful, was able to to park right in front of my room, ac worked well. Only thing was the bed had a dip on the mattress n was uncomfortable to sleep.

Customer service was good

It was horrible I got there at night and as soon as I got in the room to unpack i was getting my kids ready for bed and we see cockroaches on the beds, walls, and counters there was no microwave and fridge to warm up my babies bottles. The beds were so hard and not comfterable at all. I called to ask go another room with a microwave and the lady at front feel was so rude and said i should have told her sooner and she could not help. I had literally just checked in so what is she saying?
