Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indio - Coachella Valley by IHG

Over all the stay was ok but the TV didn’t work, towels old and not white as they should be more like light gray. There was a stamp pressed on the toilet paper roll that was still wet, which I consider this not to be sanitary to place on the toilet paper. I question what liquid was used?

Very friendly and clean. Room was great and clean. We have stayed at this hotel before and was great then too. Would highly recommend.

Delightful inside, but dirt instead of ground cover?? I realize its a desert but if you can keep palms alive you could use ice plants and others for some of the open dirt areas, which would be much classier.

Very nice staff and amenities

The staff was so welcoming and accommodating, making you feel right at home. From the moment you stepped in, the spotless environment was truly impressive. I really enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, and everything was set up so conveniently. The female staff member was very attentive, constantly refilling everything to ensure we had what we needed. I truly appreciated having more breakfast options included than usual, and the cinnamon rolls were absolutely perfect! I also loved the availability of bags for on-the-go options, making it easy to enjoy a delicious breakfast even when you're busy.
