Nice hotel, friendly staff. Pom restaurant good food but flies buzing us entire meal. Wont return due to that issue. Also no cover over valet parking at hotel, too hot at 110 to unload and load luggage

Always loved coming here and the room was very nice with a view , really nice fridge and the machines are pretty decent . I wish they were a little looser though . The Bistro was fantastic as usual as well as POM restaurant . The employees seem to be kinda rude though and need to work on their kindness ... you can tell they are not enjoying their job . The pool looks way better than it used to and we had such a great time in the sun and the heated pool. The spa looked a little murky so hopefully they got that taken care of . We will definitely be back for longer next time

This is a nice clean casino property. There is no smoking in the casinos which is nice. The food choices are very good and everywhere we ate was very good! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Starting to show its age with some scuffed furniture etc. we noticed an oder throughout our room and the water smelled. The personnel we interacted with were very friendly. All in all, an OK place to stay while on the road, especially if you like the casino area. personnel

System was down so we couldn't check in a little early. Yet a vip customer was taken to her room right next to us ? No room key as system was down. Had to have escort every time we wanted to get to our room. The disturbing part is they never verified who we were .They just asked which room number. No player card availability. No dinning accepting points. Room was comfortable and quiet. Based on the price we probably wont choose this as an option next time traveling.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at the hotel portion of Fantasy Springs Casino with the only drawback of very difficult to get reservations for any weekend even 8-10 months out. The other issue I found was within the room itself, the mattresses could use replacing.

The room was cozy, clean, quiet. The clerk at the checking desk noted that we had asked for extra pillows and coffee and had it sent up immediately. We are at their buffet - we thought it looked a little pricey. After the meal felt it was well worth the price. Wide variety of foods, all tasting very good.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The food was excellent and many choices of restaurants. The service all the way around was excellent. I don’t think there is any reason to go back to Vegas when everything we need is here. Also, the non smoking was a added plus too. You won’t regret staying here.

We loved the restaurant POM and the casino and the room. All employees that we came in contact with were extremely friendly and hospitable and please tell all of them thank you. We will recommend and return again someday.
