The receptionist was rude. But the morning person was decent. The elevator did not work. Had to take steps to third floor. Even the elevator Maintenance person was rude .. 😬.. now I realize not all best western are same. It depends on the staff. By far the worst best western I stayed in.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was a good hotel. The wifi was strong and the employees were very nice and friendly. I would not recommend the elevator as it seems not safe in my option. The water pressure could be a bit better as I have thick hair. A lot of room for Ubers to turn around in the parking lot!

Ideal hotel to stay for one night. We stayed here as it was convenient for the Kia forum and our flight from lax the morning after. We had no car so not convenient if you want to walk out for something to eat as we didn't feel safe. Pool area was locked so we couldn't access. Night staff very rude and just couldn't help bothered.

Comfortable stay for sure. Front desk is awesome and so is housekeeping. We had a problem with the toilet running right away but they sent maintenance up and it was fixed immediately. Business computer was down and front desk went out of their way to help. Forever grateful. Breakfast was the same everyday but at least they offered it. Bad: whoever was above us had not manners and stayed running and jumping and it was hard to sleep but after day two of the bs we called front desk and asked them to do something because it had been going on all night until about 8 in the morning. They took care of it though so we were thankful. Also, the pool and jacuzzi definitely needed a treatment cause the water was so murky. Other than those small issues it was great. Beds comfy and no weird smells and relatively quiet being so close to a major road. We will be back for sure when in the area

DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB BY THE POOL I USED IT AND CAUGHT A BLADDER INFECTION AND HAD TO GO TO THE ER. The hotel was conveniently close to LAX. SO I BIT the free. Breakfast was not very good same thing everyday waffles weird egg patty and sausage patty. I really wanted to love the hotel and wouldn't have left a review except you know the whole hospital thing. USE CHLORINE GUYS COME ON!!

Most of the front desk attendants were polite and helpful, one guy on the morning of 04/29/25 was just not fit for customer service or dealing with people. Property itself is not very up to date, but it was clean enough. (I recommend wiping down/sanitizing frequently used surfaces ANYWAY, but everyone is different.) There’s no onsite gym, which is disappointing. Otherwise, if you need to be in close proximity to the airport and the stadiums for a VERY short trip, it works. Also, bed was rock hard, but it makes getting back to your domicile that much more rewarding. Will not return to this property for my next stay, but I did enjoy Inglewood. 🙂

Quite pleased with this property. LOTS of outlets in the room. Free in room coffee, fridge and microwave. Nice pool and hot tub. Closed way too early @ 9pm. Felt safe and comfortable. Would recommend.

The property and room itself were super clean , the only issue i had was the motorcycles on the freeway were so loud. The staff was great and supplied us with extra towels when needed. The complimentary breakfast and hot tub with a pool makes this place that much better. Recommend this spot nestled in inglewood.

What can I say. Cheap rates and close to the Forum. Room was surprisingly clean at first glance but eventually I was able to see through the cracks. Luckily I'm not too picky and was just grateful to have a bed so close to the venue. Front desk staff was on point. Roscoe's chicken right across the street. I've had worse experiences at much more expensive hotels.

The pictures of the “hotel” and property are very deceiving. It looks gorgeous in the pictures & that is not the case in person. It isn’t a hotel- it’s a motel. We checked in & checked out an hour later. The sheets had stains, the room stunk, and it was overall just very dirty. Very noisy area. We could also smell weed from other guests.

Facts: 1. The outside of this establishment appeared clean. 2. The office appeared recently remodel. 3. The staff was amazing. 4. Our room on the other hand was something entirely different. The bathroom was old and dirty. The toilet was extremely low to the ground, the shower install was old with yellow stains submerged within. The floor tile was filty with dirty visibly present between the grount. Unfortunately, I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone I know, which is truly unfortunate because the staff were amazing individuals.

The room was nor clean and not well maintained. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made the stay very uncomfortable. It seemed like the room had not been properly cleaned or ventilated. Unfortunately, I would not consider staying here again.

Upon arriving, the location looked decent. Located next to the high way, which was very convenient. The check in receptionist was very courteous and polite, making the check in process smooth. The door layout to the room was very strange. One entrance to 2 doors to 2 separate rooms. You'll understand what i mean when you get there. I didnt like it. The bathroom was very dirty. There were hair in the shower, tooth paste on the wall by the ligh switch, poop stain in the toilet. I highly doubt it was cleaned prior to me checking in. The room itself wasnt the cleanness either. The small wall light next the the bed had a weird stain on it, with particles. Looked like puke that was never cleaned. Overall, i dont think ill ever book here again. 1 star for the check in receptionist, and another star for location.

Spent the weekend the breakfast was good just be there before they close in the morning but our room was spacious if you get a room make sure your window is overseeing the freeway tho it can get noisy but we enjoyed the hot tub it was private and romantic

The mattress was really firm felt like sleeping on a board. Otherwise the place was ok, it is next to a busy street so the morning traffic could be bothersome if you are trying to sleep past 8. The staff was nice, breakfast was decent. The room and bathroom were clean.

Had such a great time at this hotel! The room was really clean and the man at the front desk was very friendly! We had a jetted tub in the room and it was a heavenly! It was easy to get to from the freeway and pretty close sofi will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future concerts.

Stayed to go to Kia forum for concert. Was convenient for Uber pick up and drop off and close to the freeway. Hotel was clean. Room was nice and bed was super comfortable. Shower pressure was good as well. Had a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was awesome! Overall would stay here again if another concert comes up!

The room was spacious and the king-size bed was comfortable. The air conditioner fan made a bit too much noise for my taste. Windows were tight and well insulated so that I didn't hear the car traffic from a freeway outside and two city cross streets. The room featured a microwave, a fridge, and a pod-type coffee maker with enough coffee pods to get me through the night and morning. A safe was also in the room. The bathroom was fine and had most amenities except for mouthwash and body lotion. The bathroom walls could benefit from a bit of updating but the shower fixture worked well. Unfortunately, the toilet tank was constantly leaking water into the bowl so that it made noise filling up every ten minutes or so, The continental breakfast served in a mid-sized breakfast room was fine with good choices of breakfast items, hot and cold. The attendant in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful to guests.

This is a great location and noise from the adjacent freeway was not bad, however intense volume from the old and rickety AC unit coupled with the completely broken down and almost unusable mattress made for a horrific night sleep. Hotels should regularly inspect their mattresses to ensure they are still decent - the mattress we had was so broken down that if you didn’t lie in the absolute center, you slid off the sides and even in the middle it was lumpy and uneven. No one should ever have to sleep on a mattress like that at a hotel.

On arrival there was no one to great us to check us in. 3 families had to wait to around a half an hour to just check in. Breakfast food ran out of some items, 2 of the four days we stayed there. Bath towels were not changed during our stay.

Checked in around midnight for work the next morning and the front desk assistant was horrible. Guy seemed mad that we requested a different room. Reserved a non-smoking room and got a smoked in room. Justified it by saying “well the hotel has smoked in rooms so every room will smell like smoke”. Here’s a hint then: DONT SAY NON-SMOKING ROOMS. Best Western - fire that guy if you want to avoid a lawsuit. Definitely would rather sleep in my car than stay here again. Morning staff was pleasant. Couldn’t get the smell of smoke out of my clothing for the next few days even in a Non-smoking room.

This property was very clean when we stayed, all of the staff was exceptionally kind, and helpful. I would also like to specifically shout out the lady that ran the breakfast room! She was kind, efficient, and very on top of the cleanliness and replenishment of the hot bar.No matter how busy it was, she opened the door for guest, set people up with waffles and all of the condiments they needed. I was very impressed by this value hotel accommodation!

The hotel was fine, but the staff were great. Unfortunately I had a problem while I was there (unrelated to the property) and Dee, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help me. He was generous with his time and energy, and his attitude was kind and helpful. He made my experience at this property much better than it might have otherwise been. Thanks so much Dee!

This hotel is in serious need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom. Although not the fault of the hotel, I heard motorcycles and cars all night long. The employee taking care of breakfast, however, was friendly and helpful.

Acceptable one night stay for the price. Located next to busy highway, which made it noisy until late night hours. Picked for the location close to YouTube Theater, the affordability and complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was acceptable, but served in a small dedicated area that feeled a little tight and crowded, breakfast service person was excellent on doing her job.

Everything was great !!! Only thing, breakfast stops way too early (9am) . The lady fixing the breakfast got upset because we got there at 8:45 and had an attitude because she had to stock some food again. Other than that , visit was relaxing !
