Great stay, would definitely stay here again. Staff was great, check in was smooth & the drink vouchers were a great touch. Beautiful hotel for sure; rooms are just as pictured. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Perfect location, everywhere we had to go that weekend was close & no traffic for the most part. Only issue once was the parking, we came back late & couldn’t find any parking but they did have additional parking upon asking. Only annoying thing was the double parked guests but that’s not the hotels fault.

Decent hotel in close proximity to Orange County Airport, shopping and UC Irvine campus. Nevertheless, quite noisy past 10:00 pm with many young adolescents and teens roaming the atrium and halls and making a ruckus without consideration of the other guests. No parental supervision or hotel staff monitoring Complimentary happy hour was disappointing with just two drinks total for my wife and I and very small pours of a lower end wine.

My room was hot someone came to fix it however the air did not stay on. My kids wanted to swim but said the pool looked dirty so they didnt. The pool was the reason I chose this place to begin with. I would also recommend your sales team to not stop by every table during breakfast to get people to take trips or become a member really bad timing.

My stay was Good. I just didn't like that parking was 37$ per night and the deposit was 50$ a night. I stayed the weekend so the deposit was 100$ but you paid almost that with parking.

Found a dog poop in the corner of our room, they tried to make it right and accommodated us to a nicer room. Honestly the rooms all have lil bit of grime, house keeping really just cleans on the surface cuz there were candy wrappers and grape stems underneath our bed and sofa on the “new” room. We appreciated the solution though and tried to forget the dog poop incident. On check out we realized we were missing items since we switched to 3 rooms during our stay. We called from desk only for Karen to be rude and tell me “to better not leave my stuff behind anymore” lady had the audacity to scold me on top of everything. Only great thing was the area was safe and the omelettes. Other than that housekeeping was awful, and Karen was truly scum of the earth. We won’t be back.

The hotel itself was good. But the room had a lot of water buildup on showerhead, 2 sinks. Which caused the water to have a certain smell. The toilet tank had low pressure and you had to wait for water to fill to flush again. The housekeeper didn't do deep clean before we got into room. Felt it was more a wipe down and vacuum the room only. Their were hairs under the sheets. Carpet throughout the hotel needs a deep clean. Should have 2 omelets chefs instead of 1 which caused a lot of waiting to the point people were just leaving. The breakfast station should have variety of fruits and should be more organized. I usually choose a Embassy suites but wouldn't return to this location. Also the parking was $37 per night but had maybe 100 spots reserved for entire hotel garage.

Most staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed her in the past and quite enjoyed it. Unfortunately they are not maintaining the property well. The biggest issue for us was the ac unit being so loud. They switch our room three times and all the same. I showed a video to staff and they were surprised on how loud it was. Then our last night the ac stopped working for 1/2 the hotel for several hours. They were good and offered compensation but we would not stay until the ac noise has been felt with properly.

We stayed here for a few nights, and we were happy with our stay. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. They offer housekeeping if you want it. There is breakfast every morning, including fresh made omelets. The options do not change each day, but there is plenty of variety available. They also offer a daily happy hour with drink tickets, although we did not end up partaking. The staff were all friendly, particularly the front desk. We needed airport transportation, and they easily accommodated our time request. The downside to the hotel is the large atrium that extends upwards in the center of the building. It is beautiful, but if anyone is loud in the atrium, it carries throughout the floors. Highly recommend asking for a room far from the atrium.

The AC was not good in the room. The room was warm upon arrival. Maintenance came to fix a sensor but it was cooler in the hallway than in the room the next morning. Upon arrival back to the room the next night where it was still warm, so we had to request for a new room. Also, an hour away from requested check in, the front desk was not able to confirm if we can get early check in.

It was really great. Suites are spacious and the amenities are generous. The elevator is super fast so getting all the way up to tenth floor was no issue at all. The layout with all the floors arranged in a rectangle housing the lobby which appears in the bottom was breathtaking . The glass elevator whizzing upwards gives you a great view into the lobby and other floors. The breakfast had good selection of items and an omelet station. Parking in the garage was abundant. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Two things to improve upon are the quality of the mattresses, the consistency of AC functioning, and extending the breakfast time to 10. Ending at 9 is not realistic for lots of vacationers. Beside that, everything was pristine and the hotel location is optimally placed astride the highway five minutes away from the airport.

I stayed at the hotel so that I could take a 9 hour test away from my busy, loud family. The room was very quiet, although in the early evening I did hear some noise from the downstairs restaurant area--but not a lot. The sitting area in my suite was spacious, the table was almost the size of a desk, and the fridge, microwave and coffee maker worked great (one cup at a time--I brought my own grounds and filters so I could drink it all day). The bed was very comfortable, the TVs worked great, and the couch was fine--not amazing but fine. The hotel's hot breakfast was satisfying. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel (with 2 free drinks per person at happy hour), but I don't think anything outside is within walking distance. There is an indoor pool and a small gym. You have to pay to park there, which is annoying, and the sheets were very wrinkly--not necessarily like someone else slept in the bed, but it's possible? They were very wrinkly, hopefully just not taken out of the dryer in time. Oh well, it was really comfortable and nice. I would stay there again.

Hotel was experiencing a power outage when I checked in which meant I had to get dressed for a function in the dark with no AC. When I returned to the room later, the power was on but the room was 80 degrees. I couldn’t sleep and tossed and turned all night before it finally got cold enough to sleep. I specifically asked at the front desk to clean my room every day and they failed to do so and told me they were at capacity and would not do it. I had to take out the trash myself and reprimanded them. They came back and only clean the restrooms and gave me just enough towels for 2 people because they ran out of clean towels! This is so unfortunate and I will not come back here again as the service was terrible!

The front desk and room services did not answer our calls. I had to go downstairs and see them in person. The front desk did not inform us we need to book for the cleaning services. When we asked and booked for the next day, no one showed up. I asked the front desk if they see our cleaning reservation, I did not get an answer. We stayed for 4 nights without any cleaning services. They ask people to leave trash outside the room. You can see garbage bags and towels in the hallway.

I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Orange County. It’s easy on and off the freeway, it’s three blocks from John Wayne airport, there are tons of dining options within five minutes (although, I usually eat at the hotel because their food and bar is very good), and it’s a very clean safe area. Very friendly and professional staff!

It was OK. Embassy Suites usually offers a hot breakfast, as did this one, but this time it was a little below par & not even hot. The one exception was the made to order omelets, but wait for that was almost 20 minutes. Maybe because this location was closer to the airport?? Hotel was ok. The front desk staff was very friendly. The cleaning people was nice as well. But the staff working at the buffet wasnt as friendly and seemed like they didnt want to work there. We were there for the Friday and Saturday morning buffet and food ran out and wasnt replenished. They cleaned up all the food before the time was up for the breakfast buffet. Ive never experienced this at any other embassy before.

I've been a fan and stayed at many Embassy Suites locations over the years. Love the breakfast, evening happy hour, etc. Overall, this stay was fine. However, I found it strange that there were signs all over the lobby/atrium area in the evening stating "No outside food/beverage allowed." Is this a new policy? And how strictly does the hotel enforce this now? If someone wants to sit at a table down in that area and eat a sandwich, are they not allowed to do so? If so, that's bizarre. And, quite frankly, it removes one of the main things that made Embassy Suites better than other locations. If it's a noise thing, or if it has to do with liquor, I get that. But no food allowed? If that rule is to be strictly adhered to, I'm afraid I'll be looking elsewhere to stay in the future. Other hotels are very gracious and welcoming when it comes to guests using their public areas. It seems like your location (at least this one) no longer does that, which is unfortunate.

I've stayed here many times before. It's a good hotel, conveniently located near the airport and dining. Some of the guests were trashy, leaving food and dishes in the elevator, but other than that, I would stay here again.
