The staff & housekeeping are always on top of their game and very helpful. We have had many stays here and not one bad experience to date. The entire facility including; rooms, lobby, pool, and gym are always clean and tidy. We travel with our cat and dog and they love it here too! The Receptionists are always helpful and provide professional support. Additionally, you can’t beat the laundry facilities at a value price! If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay this establishment is for you, your family

Kind of a little hidden gem. Is it a motel 6, yes, but it has some little extras like a (teeny tiny) fitness center, rooms with lots of outlets and usb charging, and decent lobby coffee on the morning. Plus the night time clerk is the nicest gal :)

room was clean. very quiet. we were on the freeway side, so it was slightly noisy during the 7-9 pm period. bring a charging plug. there are no USB outlets at all. overall great stay, staff was very responsive and cordial. plenty of places to eat. Swimming pool area small but clean and hot tub is very soothing.

This was the sixth hotel of 6 we stayed at on our 10 day road trip. All I can say is wow, wow, wow!!! The property has been completely renovated and was the best hotel of the 6 we stayed in. The check in was easy, the room was big and clean, the bathroom was clean with good towels and amenities. The water pressure was good. The TV selection was great. There was no breakfast, but they did have complimentary coffee which was awesome. The staff was super friendly. Overall, this was a great hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Clean and well kept with very friendly staff. New mattresses and a recent update. The room was nice and big, we found out clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The pool looked nice but closed at 10pm so we did not have a chance to use it. Would stay here again for sure!

I’m not sure why this is getting such high ratings. Maybe some rooms are updated and ours just wasn’t. Regardless of needing updating there were just certain things that could have been better. The light switches were filthy, the bed posts were rusted which was pretty unappealing, the sheets were stained, the pillows were lumpy and hard, only bar soap in the shower and bathroom, etc. But this is a motel 6 so you have to go into this knowing that the quality is not going to be great.

Absolutely love staying here! The Motel 6 in Lodi is clean, welcoming, and extremely dog-friendly. The property seemed nice and clean. The room smelled clean, although I did find almost all of our towels were slightly dirty and had bits of hair embedded in them. It was as if they were just refolded and put back up.

Story time… We had to change rooms because the first room had blood stains on the pillow cases, bodily fluids on the sheets, hair that wasn’t ours on the bed and floor of the bathroom, towels stained brown, the list can go on. I think that place just needs to be thrown away and rebuilt with people that actually care about health awareness. So I let the front desk know and she gave us a new room. Even worse, we didn’t want to touch anything. I walked inside the hotel room barefoot and my foot was black and had powdery substance on it. My family and I wanted to bounce.

Staff was so friendly! Generally clean and safe! Only negative was the hard mattresses, and noise through the walls. A rough sleep, but we're only there one night, any more and we'd be a little more grumpy.

The room was big, clean and comfortable with great amenities. Unfortunately, the combination of it being brightly lit from outside all night (even with the curtains drawn) and the constant loud noise from the freeway made it impossible to sleep, which is why we were there. If I were to just rate the room, it would be a 4/5, but the stay was a 2/3.

Highly exceeded my expectations for Motel 6. Very comfortable bed and overall, a clean place. I would stay there again. Perhaps my suggestion would be to install good windows that can reduce noise from Hwy 99, which is very close by.

This property was way better than what I expected! Very clean, rooms did not smell like cigarette. Great customer service. Only small inconvenience was wifi was veryyyy slow but other than that enjoyed my stay at motel 6 Lodi.

Way better than your typical Motel 6, but beware your sleep. The night lights are strategically placed right in front of everyone's windows, which don't block all the light. The AC is loud enough to wake me from sleep whenever it kicked on, so I ended up turning it off for the night. The staff was admittedly a trainee, but still couldn't find an iron until it was too late for me to use it.

I can’t say enough great things about the Motel 6 in Lodi! This place truly feels welcoming from the moment you arrive, especially if you’re traveling with dogs. It is one of the most pet-friendly places I’ve stayed—easy access outside, no hassle, and everyone is genuinely kind to pets and their owners. Julie, the manager, runs an incredible operation and it shows in every detail. The front desk team—Tiffany, Jenny, and Serena—are absolutely wonderful: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The housekeeping staff deserves HUGE praise: Claudia, Sokim, Norma, Irma, and Candy and all the ladies do an amazing job keeping everything clean, fresh, and comfortable. And Javier, who handles maintenance and the grounds, keeps the property looking great and running smoothly. Clean rooms, a positive atmosphere, and a team that truly cares make this Motel 6 stand out above the rest. I always feel appreciated and comfortable here, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Lodi. Motel 6 has really gone downhill. Yes they have replaced the flooring & furniture but they CHEAP OUT on simple things to make a weary traveller comfortable, such as a coffeemaker in the room. They expect you to get up, get dressed, and get the their lobby for communal coffee. NO THANKS! I can’t even function without my 1st coffee in the morning. I had to buy a Starbucks at night and microwave it in the morning. I’m DONE!

Very clean hotel, especially being a Motel 6. The rooms are spacious but I wish it had a chair thats comfortable to watch tv. Construction is going on in front of the hotel, so in tge moring they start the heavy machinery, so bring earplugs. The wood floors are noisey from people on the 2nd floor. Theres no breakfast, no dirty laundry bag, no coffee maker and the pillows need upgrading. I was disappointed in the amenities provided by the hotel.

I travelled for many years and have stayed at many hotels. This one is "bare-bones" but very clean and safe. Morning coffee is always hot and good. For the price, it\'s the best! I\'d stay again in a heartbeat.

Second stay at this property. Pros: nice staff, easy check in and check out, room is clean, microwave and mini fridge. Tiny little gym with eliptical and treadmill, a few free weights. No frills, but you can get your workout in. Free coffee in the morning. Hotel is right on freeway so noisy and in front is under construction (not hotels fault) but more noise. No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom (only bar soap) but pack your own and good to go.

The motel was clean. There were two bars of soap. There was a hair dryer. No coffee and a mini fridge. The towels are rough. The pillows were good. There is no breakfast or coffee in the lounge. The keys needed to be carded after the wedding we got back to the hotel on our second night around 10pm our keys did not work so it needed to be reprogrammed other than that pleasant stay.

We were greeted with a smile. Very friendly and fun check in. Everything was great for us and the price was right. If you can't do stairs, be sure to ask for a ground floor room. There is no elevator. Not a problem for us. They have great coffee in the lobby, not in the room. Again, for the price this is to be expected. The room was clean and neat and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for our quick one night stay.

It's a motel 6, so don't expect the Ritz, and if you go into it looking for a good safe overnight place you will be fine. Fitness area has treadmill and eliptical but doeant open till 10am, so if you need to be up and at em it isn't really helpful. I had hoped it would be available 24 hours since i like to work out in the morning before work. Free coffee in lobby in the morning.
