Pool and hot tub wasn’t working .

The breakfast was good, lots of choices. Could use more seating. The carpet in the room is very dated and looked dirty. Suggest wood laminate or luxury vinyl plank. Plenty of towels in room. One of the elevators was out of service almost from check in. As hotel staff using it was often a struggle to use as elevator is very small and the maids cart practically took up the whole space.

The pool is perfectly warmed as well, and the hot tub was HOT, perfect for the chilly evening the night we stayed.

The room was small without many amenities but the pool was fun.

The carpet in my room was stained. It smelled awful in it. When I was trying to check in the lady that was at the front desk was flirting with the guy in front of me and continued to talk to him as I was standing there. Super unprofessional. It’s kinda dark in the parking lot. I’ve never been to a hotel that shares a parking lot with other businesses. Super unsafe. It was super noisy until late at night. Also the bedding was really itchy. Overall a really horrible experience.

Pool area can use additional shaded area for summer time. Rooms are dated. Price point is high for area. Meth users loitering in guest parking area.

Only one elevator was working during our stay which meant a long wait for the elevator. Otherwise, clean, quiet, and comfortable.

That it had breakfast, gym and swimming pool.

From check out to check in, everything was great. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and pool area is clean.

The recent stay at Hampton Inn and Suites was fantastic The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment of arrival. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Returning on the next trip is definite.

Front desk staff are unfriendly. Shower was dirty. We could hear the people above us all night.

I like how clean the property was, along with how nice the staff were. The breakfast was really good as well. Made for a great place to stay the night for me and my husband when he has to do double backs at work as it it right down the road.

Clean, updated, friendly

The rugs were filthy the room had a bad odor and the shower was not cleaned. Very disappointing not worth the bill paid.

The room was clean, but the carpet was awful!! So dirty and stained. Overall it was still nice and a decent price.

Was very clean quick check in freindly staff

The rooms are huge but this location can use some major updates and upgrades. The door to go outside slams shut and we could hear it all night. Carpets are super old and dirty, the beds could be a little more comfortable, and the shower head was trash. Overall we would stay here again for the area and space.

Nice place, we thought we might hear traffic at night but didn't so fantastic! Only thing is not fridge or microwave. I have come to expect them and didn't look into it. We made do with ice from the machine. Great breakfast!!!

Mark in the maintenance man at the hotel promptly delivered a refrigerator to our room. We were told they were not available in King rooms. Felt Mark went above and beyond in service and care.

Only issue was no refrigerator in room but otherwise fine.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in room. Amazing breakfast options; different styles of eggs each day, French toast sticks one day, sausage, make your own waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, pastries, oatmeal. The AC in the room was pretty loud, I couldn’t sleep with it on. The “free” WiFi was terrible. They advertise free WiFi but also offer a paid option. The free is advertised as good for checking email but it wasn’t good, even for that. I did not pay for WiFi so I can’t speak to that option but it’s pretty bad to advertise free WiFi but have that option be so poor that if you need the internet you have to pay for it. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were fine and smelled good. The area around the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. It’s the kind of area where you want to double check that everything in your car is hidden and your doors are locked. My car was fine and nothing happened to my or anyone else’s car while I was there, that I’m aware of. It’s just an area where you can tell it’s better to double check and better to be safe than sorry.

Stayed in the King Suite and it was excellent! Quiet, comfy and clean. The elevators did look a little shabby and like they needed a good vacuuming. Definitely, would stay again!

Our room was very dated wall paper peeling off the wall and trash found on the floor upon entry. Staff gave us another room which was adequate but closet door was broken and fixtures etc were dated and run down. Was also approached in the parking lot by a homeless person who was fairly aggressive.

You can hear the steps from the upstairs floor, the hall way very loud, the elevator was dirty and the elevator carpet was torn. The room was clean, very outdated and the bathroom shower door water leaked all over the floor.

The ac didn’t work in room after long day of travels having to move my stuff around from floor to floor was not nice.

The front desk staff is amazing at this location! We had an issue with figuring out how to operate our blackout curtains and the gentleman working the front desk offered to come take a look and realized they were simply pushed further behind the sheer curtains. From check-in to check-out the staff was amazing (I apologize because I never caught his name).

Great hotel! The manager Adam is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was amazingly clean, I’ll definitely come back here if we are ever back in Lodi.

Front desk lady was very rude. I left a day early instead of staying my 2 nights. Whoever was at the front desk at 11am the morning of my checkin day was extremely rude and condescending. Ill stay at the Marriott from now on

We had a a terrible check in experience. The staff member checking us in was new, and we understand that training is important, but not at the expense of your customers experience. She was extremely slow to check us in, repeatedly asked the same questions, some times up to 3 times and then forgot swipe and activate our key cards.for both rooms so we had to back downstairs after checking in. She was unapologetic about not activating the cards and told us we probably put them too close to our cell phones. A simple apology would have sufficed.

Unfortunately we checked and had issues with the heater. Then we had to deal with the desk manager who was very rude. A very poor example of the hospitality field and to her subordinates and other guests. Sent email to Adam Smith4. With lengthy concerns and issues with this person.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Employees were rude and have no care for any complaint I had. Would NEVER stay here again!

The receptionist was not friendly at all. Her first name was Tina. She was not helpful when I asked questions & she was rude. I asked her if she could be kinder, and her reply was there is a line behind you! The light on the desk was flickering and dimming. This is a fire hazard so I unplugged the light. I reported it to the front desk.

Mark checked us in and took great care of us! Really awesome service.

We had a great time. The hotel is central to many wineries.

The homeless and drug group is right outside the room windows making noise all night. We caught homeless people or people on drugs in pool area looking into cars and trying to open doors on cars all day in the middle of the day and nothing is done. Homeless people are laying on the ground all over the property. Absolutely disgusting

The location of this property was ideally situated for our business travel needs. Short drive to "downtown" Lodi with an abundance of restaurants. Staff was very accommodating. Room was simply but comfortably appointed. They are pet friendly which was a plus for us as we were traveling with our furry friend!

Property is nice. Area around it is a little rough definitely not a area for a late night stroll outside

Paid for a suite through Expedia. Got a room 12X15. No chairs to sit in. No refrigerator! Shower needs to be replaced. Employees never greeted anyone……Very unprofessional and rude. Homeless people outside who often came inside to have breakfast, use the downstairs bathroom.Very unsafe parking lot and area around the Hotel. Only one elevator working. The maintenance person said it has been out for an extended period of time. No one seems to care. We will not ever return to the Hampton in and Suites.

The staff was great at this location. I called in the middle of the night because we had gotten delayed in a car accident and the woman who answered was very nice and said she would be there until morning we could check in any time. I didn’t see much of the hotel since we came in so late. But there are lots of fast food restaurants right in the parking lot that are open late and even a Starbucks just at the end of the parking lot so that was convenient.

Great stay if you’re looking to break up a long road trip. Located next to a gas station, fast food and coffee!

Everything within the property was great. I do know however, that my complaint is out of their control. Transients (homeless) “reside” on the street behind the property. They were talking all night and their dogs were barking as well, making it difficult to relax.

In short, the hotel served its purpose as a place to stay when I needed it, but the overall service and attention to guest experience could use improvement. Additionally, the property itself is showing signs of wear and could definitely benefit from some renovations to bring it up to a more modern and comfortable standard. My stay at this hotel met a basic need in the moment, but overall the experience was lacking. The check-in clerk was courteous and handled the process professionally, which I appreciated. However, when I asked if both of my reserved rooms could be placed on the same floor, I was asked to wait 30 minutes while they "checked" only to be told afterward that it wasn’t possible. It felt like the time spent waiting could have been avoided with a clearer response immediately at checkin he breakfast experience was also disappointing. Although breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, the waffle mix was already out by 9:45, and when I asked the staff member said they weren’t making any more, despite there still being 15 minutes left in service. That lack of follow-through didn’t leave a great impression. While the staff did what they could, the overall guest experience is hindered by corporate practices that prioritize saving money over delivering value

VERY CLEAN AND BREAKFAST IN THE MORING HAD EGG WHITE FRITATAS AND FRESH FLAKY PASTRIES

It was a good spot to stop after a long day. We spent some time in the pool which was great as it was quite hot. The breakfast was good and we loved the coffee. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The shower had good pressure and the AC worked well. Friendly, helpful staff. Watery scrambled eggs and rubbery sausage at breakfast. Good coffee.

I think you should tell people breakfast ends at 10 and then pack it up at 1030. There were some hangry guests at 10:01. It was an awful 😖 experience to witness the aruguments at 10:02...while I was eating my breakfast that i gathered at 945. Just saying.

The room and grounds were nice. Breakfast was easy to get to, it was from 6 am to 10 am - nice hours. Evening staff was friendly.
