The main reason why we like to stay here is the breakfast, excellent. However this time the staff missed to clean our room, when I called the front desk I only received an apology and no offer to send someone. It is evident that this hotel is in decline, wooden beams show evidence of decay, one of the two elevators was damaged, the pillows are terrible, the toilets are very small, and this time we found mold in one piece of bread. Last but not least, two out of four parking spaces for electric cars are useless as the second charger is useless. The lack of management is evident.

Check in was slow but room was great, away from the pool “noise”. One elevator was down which was very inconvenient. Happy Hour was also slow and inconsistent with drinks. The bartender didn’t know certain cocktails. And sadly, the bacon cheeseburger I ordered was THE WORST I’ve ever had! One bite and I gagged. Not sure it was even beef. You can tell it was a frozen patty and the way it was prepared or the grill it was cooked on must’ve been dirty. I didn’t even bother mentioning it to MOD since he gave me attitude about the drinks.

Overall our stay was very nice. There was a few things I noticed that need updating or maintaining. First Keeping up with the fountains and waterfalls would make a huge difference. Also adding upward lighting in and around the Garden Area would make a nice ambiance. Plants do need attention in and around the courtyard. We did go into the Jaquzzi and my wife almost burned her leg on the light in the water and should be looked at. Probably one of the nicest Hotel in Lompoc. Lompoc could be a Beautiful Town but needs attention.

We stayed here during our visit to Solvang. This is a great place to stay, very good breakfast, room was very clean and at a very good price. They do have EV chargers in their property. They do have complimentary drinks in the evening. Also, it is walkable to multiple other places like restaurants, shopping and movies. I highly recommend this place.

I love the extra space and comfort a suite gives you. It’s a very attractive building and the gardens are very nice. Lastly, the morning buffet is very nice as well. Having an omlet bar is a nice touch as well.

The room was not well maintained. Saw a mold like thing on the bathroom door. Toilet commode was not clean. Sofa bed was dirty on opening it. Most of all had to wait for one hour in line to get the breakfast served. Overall experience was unpleasant at this stay.

We booked 2 rooms. Both had a lot of hair on the floor. It was disgusting. New carpet would be a good upgrade. They sey 4 start hotel. I think they are 2.5 stars

This property appeared old, rundown, and poorly maintained. The carpet was stained and looked disgusting. The tile in the bathroom looked like it needed replacing. Gross black spots on the sheets. Room smelled like smoke. Stains on the couch. Random patching and caulk work. Very disappointing for the price paid and not what is expected from the Embassy Suites brand.

The hotel room was not clean and the next room were playing loud music. After calling the front desk about the noisy disturbance, they said they were sending security. Security most likely never came as the loud music didn't stop until passed 1 am. My family and I did not have a restful stay at this property. What a shame. We have been staying at Embassy suites property for quite some time and this site was the worst experience. The room was not vacuumed or cleaned throughly and room smelled of mildew.

This is by far the worst Hilton hotel we have ever stayed in. To begin, the lady at the reception was extremely rude and didn't give us any instructions for the breakfast or parking. The property itself is in a very poor state and looks worse than a motel. The first room we were given was dirty and had a bad musty smell. We asked for a change of room hoping that that would be better. But the other room was the same. The carpets were very dirty, sheets didn't look clean - had stains and hair and this room also had the musty smell. The breakfast area was unattended, with no cutlery or tissues and empty food trays which were never refilled. There were two staff members making omelettes for all guests and were clearly overworked. We had to wait in line for the omelettes for more than 20 minutes. To end the horrible stay, we fell ill with a stomach bug after eating here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Room was subpar. Little living room with sink and mini fridge. Except the mini fridge did not work. The sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. The air conditioning was either not working or not very powerful. Best part about the stay was the morning breakfast that was made to your liking vs continental. The orange juice was really watered down but the breakfast was still good. Front office staff was nice and helpful

First, the good. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was miles better than most hotels. Great variety of food, and eggs and omelets cooked to order by cheerful young staff. OTOH, we could hear every word from the guy next door (who was enthusiastically teaching his kid how to play video games). Also, the point of a suite is to have somewhere other than the bed to chill, but someone procured THE most uncomfortable couch and chair I have ever experienced. Also, the TV is on some limited operating system that lets you sign into your Netflix account, but no Prime, no Apple, etc. That's just substandard. At this price point, I'll look elsewhere next time.

To start off, the women at the front desk were so incredibly rude. The only kind one was the young man who checked us in. These women were so rude to me and others as well. Staff at the restaurant are all amazing and helpful! My biggest complaint was the people above kept us up all night. We called numerous times and unfortunately there was no room to move us.

I had originally reserved one night at this hotel and then added a second night prior to checking in. Because the reservation on the first night was a bigger room than the second, during check in I asked the receptionist if it was possible to stay in the same room both nights. The receptionist checked and told me it would be no problem. Then, the next day while I was out (not near the hotel) I received a message from staff that I had to change rooms. When I returned staff had retrieved all my belongings and packed them up for me. Not only is this wrong, but unprofessional and unethical. I am very disappointed because had the receptionist told me that I had to change rooms, I would have gathered all my personal belongings myself. I have an issue knowing that someone handled my toothbrush and other personal care items.

Kristen the receptionist was condescending and gave so much attitude. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. The AC in one of our rooms stopped working. Thankfully, we had another room and we were able to stay in there. The hotel was nice enough to refund us one night. The restaurant had really good food, and there were restaurants nearby which was very convenient! Overall, we might not stay there again, but I’m not opposed to going to another Embassy Suites.

The property was nice and the staff kind but the area is a little scary. There were at least 5 signs that warned about cars getting broken into. I was worried all night that mine would be. Very thin walls and ceilings. I heard every conversation, footstep and shower around me while I tried to sleep.

Embassy suite, the location was convenient closer to the freeway & walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The downside there were a lot of homeless people. The staff were friendly. The breakfast compared to other embassy suites weren’t as great so we rate the breakfast 6 out of 10. Quality & amount of food were limited. Skip the omelette station.

The property itself was beautiful and the staff were quite friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a huge plus to staying here. However, the area of Lompoc the hotel is in was questionable. There were homeless sleeping right outside our vehicles.

our stay came with free breakfast and there were absolutely no food and long lines of people waiting for eggs and omelette station . They ran out of food, It was horrible . My family and I decided to just leave and eat somewhere else instead.

If you don't mind being awaken by a leaf blower in the courtyard, then stay here. Leaf blowers should not be used at a place like this as people may have allergies, and especially not before 9am. This Embassy Suites is nothing like the rest of them. The evening reception lacked snacks and the drinks took 30 minutes to serve. The breakfast is supposed to be until 9am, but at 8:30am they asked us to leave as there wasn't enough food. The seating in the reception/ breakfast area is inadequate for the size of the hotel. But I guess that doesn't matter if they don't plan on serving food. The lobby is small and unwelcoming. Overall, this is the worst Embassy Suites we've stayed at, and mainly because of the service. The rooms were typical rooms and seemed to be clean.

The breakfast selection was poor and not many options, we've stayed at this hotel over the last few decades, and the #1 item on the breakfast list is an egg omelet, no meat item to choose from, and free coffee was Folders....it was laughable!! Im sorry but I've had better at other hotels. I'll reminded myself not to book at Embassy Suites anytime soon.

The rooms are very clean and extremely spacious. They have a living room with a tv and couch that turns into a bed and then the room has a big comfy bed. The free breakfast in the mornings are delicious and they have a variety of food options such as fresh made omelets, potatoes, french toast, fruit, oatmeal and bagels.

Our stay was good except breakfast was a bit lacking. Scrambled eggs were burnt every day and wait for custom orders was too long. My son went back several times to try and get breakfast on one of the days and buffet had no food and line for custom orders was out the door. Don’t offer breakfast if you can’t deliver. It seemed staff was always surprised by number of people staying at hotel. There was a lack of preparation for quantity of food for number of guests.

Pictures are misleading. The property is not close to what it looks like in the pictures. It is old and very basic. Breakfast buffet was a chaos. They are not staffed to cater to so many people. Checkin was also very slow and long queue. This is a 2 star hotel at best.
