This property is not a classic Embassy Suites product. The property must’ve been purchased from Motel 6. Embassy Suites has a stellar reputation. I spend a lot of money to stay at this chain because I have expectations, My experience was a complete failure. My room, the power switches that didn't work, the television that wasn't connected to cable, and the shower curtain is literally reminiscent of a cheap hotel. The room doors are outside, and not in the usual inside corridors. The breakfast was a disaster. Embassy Suites is well known for a spectacular breakfast and dining areas, and this was awful. I felt bad for the chef, he had to use one cooking range for making omelettes AND fried potatoes. The omelettes were not prepared in an individual pan as usual. You can see right into the kitchen area. It had all the charms of a Waffle House. We ate off paper plates and paper bowls, and in some cases plastic silverware. There was not enough tables and chairs to seat people. They offer seating outdoors, but they did not dry off the morning dew, Tables and chairs were wet, People were forced to take plates and go back to their rooms to eat. We had to go back to our room to eat. I took pictures. If you are a fan of Embassy Suites, this is not your location. ES, don’t worry about apologizing and “try to do better next time” because it’s not going to happen. it was a total disappointment.
