Not great. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was good, everything else was very lack luster. Exterior was dim, there was no drinking water, not even for sale. The office closes at some point in the night and not sure when it reopens as trying to check out no one was there yet by 8am. The ice machine was out of order, no vending machines were operational and the area right next to my room (first one) looking like a dumpster. The curtains are NOT black out and windows seemed to be single pane as you could hear all outside noise.

Rooms are not soundproof. Too much loud talking outside my door both room 212 and 103 moved to. Smoke detector would alarm for no reason and never fixed Room 103. Person in nearby room took showers at 4.03 AM and woke me up two mornings in a row. Gritty crap on floor-Never bare foot here. Hot water would take 10 minutes in the shower. Small parking lot. 1 Rating!

Room was not like on the photo from the website. Laundry room was not accessible. The shower is clean and bright. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Overall good place to stay night over. Lots of parking.

Appeared to be the only fair place to stay! Tons of autos/trucks each and every night. One night i did not make a reservation..had to stay at a locally owned ‘inn’..that inn was still using pen/paper..elevators did not work..nothing worked. For the money charged…BUDGET was well worth my money..clean, clean, strong lock. That’s all i needed. I was there to work..just needed a clean room.thats what i got.

Although the property itself appeared rather old (parking lot was degraded), the room had clearly had a lot of work done, like new flooring and tile in the bath. I had a great first impression of the room and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is personable and charming. I only have the shower to complain about. It took about 10 minutes of letting the water run before it got warm enough to get in, and the shower head was so high and blew a sort of mist, that by the time it touched my skin, the temperature was barely tolerable. It was a chilly shower.

DO NOT COME HERE, PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING. The first red flag was the smoke detector was ripped off the wall. The restroom had some weird yellow brown stains in the shower. And the worst part there were cockroaches. It was the most unpleasant and uncomfortable thing ever to have the crawl all around the room and in the bed. We slept with the lights on because we just kept seeing cockroaches left and right wherever we stepped. We killed about 8 the whole night and there were still some crawling around. This hotel was cheap but not clean at all, I would have rather stayed at the motel 6 instead. Please don’t come here if you want cockroaches crawling on you at night.

I found hair on some of my towels. The water in the shower was cold sometimes and wouldnt get hot. The room was very clean when I got there but it smelled like a LOT of bleach.

The issue isn’t the hot water(although I really rely on that to start my day) it’s the matter of not having recourse to remedy any matter that may arise, be it air conditioning, no hot water for the shower, or locking yourself out and can’t reach any live person at the front desk.

I was disappointed with stay, there was 3 things that stood out 1st the sink was clogged up, 2nd in the morning it took about 30min for the hot water to come out from the shower and the 3rd was the sliding door for the restroom kept on falling from the rails and wouldn’t close properly.

Room is not what was pictured on the website. It's a basic room with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, not the kitchenette like is in the picture. Everything was clean and comfortable which is all I ask of a budget hotel. It's a good place to stay. Staff were friendly.

There are MAJOR Safety concerns at this property. Although there are security cameras, I can tell you from personal experience they are NOT monitored. We checked in earlier in the day, went to an event and came back about 11:30 PM. Both Card keys would not work and we were LOCKED OUT. Nobody answered the front door where the owner/property manager lives, and no one answered the phone. We were left stranded! Thankfully, Motel 6 had an opening and someone is on duty 24 seven otherwise we would’ve been forced to sleep in our vehicle! The manager/owner was useless, and showed very poor customer service. I cannot recommend this property EVER!

The manager of the place is a very bad person. He treats customers with obscene language and wants to assault visitors without listening. He tried to assault me \u200b\u200band beat me just because I asked to know why he wanted my visa card even though I paid online. He threw me out immediately.

My inly issue is the riff raff Nothing against the property, the Inn or the management and owners, all of wich are very nice and kind people. Its just lompoc as a whole. I am a traveling construction worker. If my truck gets broke into, i loose my way to make money. I have had good luck at this property so far but i fear its just a matter of time.

My husband and our 1 year old booked a stay here as a pit stop on a long road trip. It far exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, didn't realize how much better that would be. We ended up making dinner there which was much better than dragging our baby out to dinner at 8pm. She was exhausted and needed to wiggle around. The room was so clean and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet and the workers are attentive and sweet.
