It was pretty okay. I thought it would be a little nicer, but it was fine. I didn't like all the carpet in the room it gave me allergies *achoo* also I wanted to go in the pool but the pool was cold and the pool outdoor seating was HORRENDOUS. But honestly my stay wasn't too long so I didn't have time to even step a singular toe in the pool if I wanted to.

This is a very nice hotel overall. The property is clean, well maintained, modern and spacious. Our room was very clean and modern. It had USB plugs on each end table, coffee maker, microwave and good size TV. The bathroom has a nice, big counter (important for travelers) and a spacious shower stall with glass doors. The bed was also comfortable. Pillows were a little mushy, but that’s being picky. I would stay here again. I would recommend this property to others.

Bathtub was dirty. Thermostat max was 75 but the room didn't warm up. Got in bed with my clothes on because it was freezing and I was too cold to wash my hair. Room was sterile and boring. At least it was quiet

Defect： The lights in the room are too few, very dim, not bright enough at all, not even a table is enough and there are few bathroom utensils. Didn't even provide hand soap. The suite we booked as a family didn't have a door... When checking out, the employee had a very average attitude and was indifferent,not proactively greeting the customer. Advantage： Dog friendly hotel and reasonable charge. The location of the hotel is very good, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. There is a Walmart nearby, which is very convenient.

animal smell in one of the nicest suites. Staff not responsive. What happened to "guaranteed to make things right just the way you like them" the staff was totally unresponsive to kindly put requests. Very disappointing, won't spend my money here again.

The staff did not even respond to 2 requests I made. i asked if there was some kind of mattress topper or something that would soften up the hard mattress. No response. I asked that the power sprayer stop after about an hour of noise one afternoon. No response. There were dogs in the hotel with their guests and on the lobby furniture and I could smell them on the sofa and chair in our suite. This is a real turn-off! They couldn't be bothered to serve coffee with the purchased breakfasts in a real coffee cup. You had to serve yourself at the bar for coffee and only paper cups. I don't think we will return here. It was disappointing.

Hotel appear clean, only issue is that our bathroom sink had a leak. Rooms had a microwave and small refrigerator which was convenient. Our main issue was with checking, no rooms were ready even past their 3pm check in, we and other families were waiting. I’d hoped they would have like a discount or a way to apologize for the inconvenience. I figure they charge for late check out but what is our recourse for not being allowed to check in a the right time which our right/ what we paid for…

Loved the hotel and staff! I’ve never seen a staff more friendly than this location. We were there for a memorial space launch that continued to be postponed and that staff was very accommodating with extended our stay and finding things for us to do with kids! Many things are in walkable distance such as movies restaurants and shopping. Continental Breakfast was made to order and restaurant quality.

Staff and property were great. Unfortunately, it’s out of their hands but there are homeless all Over the outside of the property that hang out in the parking lot and surrounding areas. We didn’t feel safe leaving after sunset.

Does not feel safe outside at night. Worried about our traveling car filled with family gear all night. So many homeless lurking around the parking lot and building. Hotel keeps its front doors locked at night because of it’s such a problem. Sad this is what you get for nearly $300 a night. Basic motel rooms and amenities.

Really nice and clean hotel. Rooms are large and new. I did not feel suffocated the by room cause it had a lot of space for storage and to walk around. Staff were nice and helpful. Lobby was beautiful, new, and clean. The only issue is the area... before I even parked my car, I was followed by a man on his bike that went in and out of the hotel lobby and around the parking lot while I was trying to park my car. Made for an uncomfortable start to our stay at this hotel. Staff should do more to deter events like this from happening and to protect their guests.

Ari is a great manager! The on site restaurant called Valle is amazing! Great food, all the locals go there. Easy to see why. This would be our go to spot if we ever come back to Lompoc.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Good laundry facility that uses app to pay. Food in hotel restaurant is surprisingly good. Chips and guacamole is very good, better than most Mexican restaurants. It seems they make the chips per order. I was quite surprised. Generally I don't eat in hotels but I a too tired from biking here to go outside for dinner in the rain. Everything in hotel is as advertised or better.
