Lovely hotel. Friendly staff (in particular shuttle drivers, front desk, and waitresses). We were in a renovated room and it was very nice. Nice gift shop and lots of restaurant choices. Would recommend

Spacious room with good beds. Hotel gym was excellent. Shuttle took us to airport and worked well. Quiet rooms with views to airport. I'd definitely stay again if flying early or otherwise need location close to airport. With car I'd take some hotel with cheeper parking.

Our trip was overall good. The Hotel was nice. Older feeling one we got to our room but overall, no real issues other than some pretty horrible smells in the hallway outside of our room. My only real complaint is that parking cost me 71.50/night for 3 nights. That feels like they're charging a ridiculous price for parking, just because they can. I would not stay here again simply for that reason.

I stayed at the Hilton LAX and was disappointed to find there was no running water during my visit till 8pm. My friend and I were given a $30 credit each, but with prices like $10.75 for a bottle of Evian and $18 for a soggy wrap at the bistro, it didn't go far. Check-in was slow, but the airport shuttle service was efficient and a highlight of the stay.

Unfortunately during our stay there was a water main turn off for 7 hours overnight (but staff had solutions available if needed) but also the pool and hot tubs were unavailable without notice which made one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel for a stay before flying out the next day, irrelevant.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I reserved a Runway facing room (the only reason I choose this hotel) but was not what I got. I went back to the desk and though there were no more left, the clerk went to housekeeping to get me another. The room was recently remodled. The lobby cafe charges airport prices. No vending machines on guest floors.

The hotel had a weir smell and its too outdated. We paid for a room with tow big beds anw were given on in a corner with the most horrible sight. Hardly any water from the basin tap but it was mostly the smell of very old carpet that put me off

The front desk staff were accommodating and genuinely hospitable. The overall property itself is meticulously detaied in the lobby and hall areas. I happened to be staying on the fifth floor with a colleague, and their room was appointed beautifully. My room, unfortunately, appeared to be a hasty renovation job. And secondly, the housekeeping staff did nothing outstanding beyond taking away my used towels. They did not refill my water bottles or clean out my coffee machine, despite me leaving a tip for them on the very first day. A little disappointed in those two items, but overall everything in the lobby stood out as a superior experience.

Honestly, this property didn't live up to what I had hoped for. I don't normally stay at flagship Hiltons or Marriotts... Generally I don't really feel like they're worth the extra you pay when compared to a Courtyard or Hilton Garden Inn (for example). But on this particular occasion, this hotel wasn't that much more than those other types of properties, and I knew from past experience that the airport shuttle would be far more reliable at this property. So I booked it and yes... The shuttle was super fast and convenient. 100% a great amenity, but the overall condition of the room was... Not great. For close to 200 a night after taxes it'd be nice for the wallpaper in the room to not be peeling off and the bathroom exhaust fan to not have 3 years worth of dust caked all over it... There was also a hole in the bathroom ceiling... I guess the best way to put it was that it was adequate for an airport hotel, but I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness considering the price of the room. I feel like I stayed at a flagship Hilton property and got the Red Roof Inn cleaning treatment.

It was the most bizar stay at a hilton I have ever had. I have stayed at this hotel before so that is why we booked again. So they have some rooms that apparently they have not refurbished. So we were in this room from the 60's. The bathroom was rusty, wallpaper falling off the walls, paint chipped. The room itself was clean, I think. It was old

I like the curb appeal and from the outside the facilities look nice, but to my surprise my room was shabby and unclean. After leaving two messages for housecleaning, I had to go to the front desk to request new sheets because I had to remove hairs from what appeared to be unclean sheets and bed cover. So dissappointed!!! Not what I expected from the Hilton.

Staff was good. No windows we could open, no safe, no free wifi that actually was reliable, no well priced or conveniently placed stores within hotel, old building just with new paint, room was a little beat up and was damp and muggy. Stayed 3 nights during a recent visit to the LA area. Chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport. The free shuttle service to/from the airport worked well, with shuttles running about every 10 minutes. Drivers were friendly and helpful. If you have a rental car there is a parking garage right next door. Just past that is the station for the light rail, which we did not use, but which could take you into the city center. The room was large and the king bed comfortable, except for the heavy duvet. The hotel has a text message communication system and when they reached out to see what we needed, I replied, 'a blanket'! It was delivered to the room quickly and replaced the duvet for more comfortable sleep. This room 1053 is oriented in the direction of the airport, and the noise of jets taking off was quite audible into the late night hours. The breakfast buffet was over $30/person, so we walked to Dennys just down the street. Overall, the stay felt expensive to me for what we got, but I am not very familiar with the LA tourism system, so this could just be what things cost. If you decide to stay here, you won't have a bad stay.

The room we eventually ended up in was very nice, however the staff during the night hours was very inattentive and it seemed they were inadequately staffed for the hotel size. Our original room didnt have the beds we needed so after a back and forth with the phones and lobby staff we agreed to pay more for a larger room aftet being told that the exact bed configuration simply didnt exist- it did. . At midnight I expect better servoce than to be playing a phone game for 2 hours just to get a blanket and sheet to put my 4 year old to bed at 2am. It was absolutely ridiculous. They stopped answering the llobby phone and refused to send what we requested several times using their text messaging service. Ateocious.

My stay was great. This hotel stays very busy. What I loved was there were great food options right in the hotel. Starbucks as well. The Bistro is open 24/7 which was great. They also have text service that checks on with you everyday. This is an option you can decline it. Room service respond quickly which was teally nice. Hotel was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We attended HEAT event as my daughter is a dance student. Parking was good, the room was ok, the hotel was all-in-all wonderful. The most memorable part was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, from housekeeping to guest services. All amazing! I was very impressed with the friendliness and warmth. The best part was when I was assured by Nairoze at the front desk. He was super nice, and resolved my issue with ease and genuinely wanted my over all stay to be amazing. I would definitely go back to this hotel for the staff!

I usually enjoy staying at Hilton properties, but unfortunately, my recent experience was unsettling. On the first day of my two-night stay, someone knocked on my door, and just as I was walking over to open it, they scanned a key card and attempted to enter the room. Thankfully, I had engaged the security latch, which prevented the door from fully opening — otherwise, I would have been completely exposed and vulnerable, as I had just stepped out of the shower. I didn’t hear exactly what the person said before trying to open the door, and due to my tight schedule, I wasn’t able to report the incident to the front desk at the time. It may have been a double booking or a housekeeping error, but regardless of the reason, the situation left me feeling very unsafe and on edge for the remainder of my stay. I hate to leave a low rating because the room itself was clean and the overall property was as expected, but security and guest privacy are non-negotiable. I hope Hilton investigates this issue and takes steps to prevent it from happening to anyone else.

The way to go if you have a flight from LAX. Hotel clean and modern, superb room and bath. Easy shuttle to LAX removes headache of driving to terminal. If leaving car, can park long-term at hotel or in adjacent lots/garages which are convenient (though shop a bit for prices). Not overly pricy, compares favorably with other nearby LAX hotels. Recommended highly!

The breakfast meal was extremely overpriced. Pick up and drop off is very inconvenient. I got charged $17.00 for parking in their garage just to pick up my spouse and luggage. I'm very unhappy about that. Next trip to LA, I'll be staying at the Marriott.

Vallet parking is outrageous. Advertised as $63 then get charged $75 plus $5 in parking taxes. $80, really??? For one night. Two warmed up burgers, two chips, and two sodas. $65. Price gouging like crazy

Everything was great except the chicken Cesar salad I got to go from the bistro 24 hour restaurant. After I got back to my room I noticed the lettuce was old and turning brown. I was too tired to go back down so I just ate the chicken by itself
