Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport

Our ONE night stay with you was a NIGHTMARE! My husband and I were in bed and at 10:30 pm my husband got up to use the bathroom only to find the SINK stopped up with what looked like feces that was overflowing to the ground of the floor. I had my suitcase in the floor with toiletries all around the sink. We immediately called the front desk and immediately had to clear everything of mine out of the bathroom. The front desk woman sent up a plumber with a plunger for the toilet. IT WASNT THE TOILET! The woman was telling me to put my hand in the water to push the drain plug. The drain plug wasn’t shut.caldo the room next to us had the same issues. At this late of night we had to repack our belongings and change rooms. The front desk said there was no one to help us and we had to get dressed and go DOWN to the front desk to get a new key. NO HELP FROM THE HYATT PERSONNEL !! Upon check out the next day the woman was nice and said they would comp our previous night’s dinner. NOPE! I got billed for it today. I am expecting them to make this right. What a disgusting inconvenience with very little support from the Hyatt staff!! The lies and said my dinner would be computed. Today I see they charged me!

Across the street from the airport and the restaurant serves dinner after 10:30, which was unexpected and great! Efficient and clean and opted to walk to the airport instead of taking the shuttle, which was packed and not as frequent as I would have wanted. But the hotel was great!
