The hotel was conveniently located to LAX and was very clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Have stayed here a couple times prior to flights and will definitely be back.

I was really amazed at how nice the room was. I expected much less given it's an "airport hotel." The room and bathroom were a decent size and I liked the added touch of a free bottle of water. It was also very quiet. I do wish there were some tea bags and not just coffee and splenda instead of the pink sweetner but those are minor things. Really appreciated the 24 hour shuttle service to airport, but one thing to note: The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes. The shuttle bus waits in the garage parking lot about a 30 second walk from the designated sign posted waiting spot. The non rule followers, get get on the bus in the parking lot (behind the barrier), and the rule followers wait at the spot that has a sign that says to wait there for the shuttle bus. Here's the problem though, if enough people get on the bus where they are not supposed to get on, then there may not be space on the bus for the poor suckers who followed the rules and stood in line by the sign. They then have to wait another 20 minutes!
