Hotel d'Lins Ontario Airport

Everyone there is friendly and helpful, and everything in the room was nice and clean. The only issue I have that the door of our hotel didn’t close correctly! But I enjoyed my stay!

we had a great time there. i stayed with my family and we loved our stay. my son swam. we enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. we had the family room and it was comfortable and just what we needed. the staff was always friendly. thank you guys.

Everything was good everything was clean staff was friendly kept up on the property only thing the fire alarm went off twice at 1:00 in the morning we could not sleep I'm sure they're going to get that fixed.

Property wasn't as expected, drove up and it appeared the property was undergoing renovations. There was car parked in front of building that appears to have been there a long-time observed spider webs underneath. Went inside the lobby was decorated nice but smelled musty and molded. staff was polite, checked in went to room it smelled as bad as the lobby. Fire alarm went off twice at the beginning and again while i was sleep waking me up. Unable to control air either to cold or had to leave off. The smell was so bad could not stay another night as planned. The carpet and furniture old. checked out explained to the clerk that I could not stay another night and explained why. Will contact hotels.com and share with them my experience.

I like the place this is my second time standard always give me a piece of mine quiet a lot of parking actually free parking. I took my service dog and we walked far and came back peaceful safe. They have security at night time so that makes me feel better people in the front desk are nice.
