The hotel was good for our needs. We did experience a very frustrating check-in, booked the parlor suite asked for early check-in a few times that day they told us they had one of these suites available as an accessible room in the third building. I accepted, assuming it would have the exact same amenities as what I had upgraded to in the parlor suite. Those amenities included a larger living space with the dining room table and chairs, patio, deep, soaking tub, and space to move around as we were hosting a party for my daughter. Well, when we got to the room, there was no dining room table no balcony and the living area was taken up by a 6 foot long and wide coffee table totally making The living room space useless. We reported this information to the hotel right away and after some whole time about 40 minutes later, they did upgrade us to a presidential suite. That one took care of our needs perfectly and was lovely. It just would’ve been nice if the mixup didn’t occur in the first place as we wasted valuable time and sitting around. But I do appreciate that they accommodated us without any extra charges or inconvenience. On another note, we booked this property because they are also affiliated with resort pass and allow people to purchase a pass to use the pool. All of my guests paid between $33 adults and $11 for kids, however there was never anybody to check for wristbands and we saw many people walking in and just coming to the gate with other people allowing them in. I stayed at 6 different hotels on my recent road trip from Texas to California and back and the Double Tree was definitely my favorite. I traveled with my husband and 16 yr old son and the one room we had was very spacious for us 3. 2 sinks in the room was super convenient, the spacious patio was perfect for hanging out on, the room was SUPER clean and stocked with all the soaps and towels we needed, and the pool/hot tub were beautiful and clean. They also have a gym which we did not use but loved having the option. It looked really nice. The provided cookies at check in were also a lovely touch that definitely makes them stand out. Restaurants on site are very pricey but the food is great. Only other downside of the stay is that there is a daily charge of $18 for parking. However, security does drive around and monitor the parking lots. Would love to stay here again.

Had a great time...only thing pool gets packed from pool being in open to public pool pay per day...there were no lounge chairs.. I tried Booking a pool day bed second half of the day I asked front desk Joey (supervisor) if I can get a discount on day bed because was toward end of day and he just said no...

So first time in Ontario wanted a nice hotel Doubletree was the most expensive in the city about $200 a room and it is the nastiest hotel that I’ve been to. You would at least expect a nice and clean room for that price. AC doesn’t work very few lighting, smells like cigarettes in the hallways and in the room. Bed sheets are dirty and their lights stands have dust on them anywhere you look or touch is dirty.

My overall experience was good. My only issue was using the ice machine, and there was a bug in my ice. Gross! However, as soon as I let them know, they did acknowledge my concern and ordered service for the ice machine.

We were pretty underwhelmed with our room. It was spacious but there was a lot to be desired in the cleanliness department. The carpeting in the hallways and room were worn and stained. The shower was old and difficult to turn on. The staff was fantastic though and very friendly.

The room was hot temperature wise, regardless of adjusting the thermostat. The room smelled very bad, not smoke or cigarette smell but a mildew, sour clothes smell. The ceiling outside of the restroom started to leak moderately. We were heading out for the evening so i was going to let the front desk know once we were headed out. The leak progressed to a gush, i had to place the trash can underneath to contain the brown, nasty water. At that point i ran to the front desk and explained the severity of the leak. They said they’d have have someone come fix it immediately, i went back to my room and at least 20 minutes went by until someone came out to our room. Before someone came out to the room the ceiling tile had already broken in half from the severe water damage. The maintenance staff member saw the severity of the gushing leak and verbally expressed “oh they didn’t say it was this bad. Don’t walk under there because that tile will fall on you. I’ll be right back with a new tile and more towels to dry up the mess.” When the maintenance employee returned we explained we were headed out, he then stated the leak would be fixed and everything would be cleaned up by the time we returned. We returned about 6 hours later, the ceiling tile was fixed but the floor was excessively dirty and disgusting. There were shoe prints in the restroom floor from what i can only assume was maintenance stepping back and forth on the wet floor while fixing the leak. Clean towels weren’t provided.

We did a quick one night stay. We stayed in building 2. The hotel is nice but it is in the older side. The pool area was also nice but not as big as I assumed based of the pictures online. It was crowded so my kids didnt want to stay long at the pool. We did receive some nice warm cookies at check in which my kids enjoyed. Over all it was okay for a quick stay.

Saturday night was unbearably loud, and despite reaching out, Violeta at the front desk was unresponsive and gave no updates. Hardly slept, which ruined the next day for my wife and kids attending a convention. Won’t be staying here again.

I reserved a room with a balcony that was to overlook the pool and courtyard view. However, I was given a room facing a parking lot in the back, but yet still was being charged for the better room's price. I explained that to the staff and she said that there was nothing she could do. She said that Expedia sometimes offers rooms that aren't available and then they have to give customers a different room. But that doesn't make sense why she didn't discount the price.

We booked into a suite which was nice, but lacked ammenities that you'd expect for a $500/night room. (1) We checked in using the Hilton Honor's app but we were unable to get notifications about our room readness/assignment without physically logging into the hotel internet. Sadly, we could not log into the hotel internet without a room number. BeSadly, we ended up at the front desk. (2) Bell hop service was limited. We were able to store our bags until the room was available. No delivery was available. (3) We had to ask about parking passes. This should of been important information provided as we checked in. (4) Room service was not available at all during our stay. No trash collection. Fresh towels only offered upon request. (Again, $500/night) (5) The room air conditioning frequently froze allowing the room to fall far below the set temperature. On the plus side, it was convient to the convention center and comfortable.

The front desk staff was pretty rude. Really distracted and I kind of felt like I was bothering them by checking in, the hotel was pretty clean. I asked for extra towels and the request was met with lots of attitude, “how dare I ask for extra towels “. Those interactions definitely tainted my view of the hotel in general. It’s too bad.

Big property. No luggage carts available for the long walk to the hotel rooms. No visible signs directing to the laundry facilities. Only one restaurant open. Trash was all over the floor in the building by the stairs of the sky bridge. Trash overflowing at each recepticle. We were given the wrong room and when we tried to call they did not answer at the front desk. So then had to walk the entire length of the hotel, which took 20 mimutes, to stand in line for 10 minutes to tell them about the wrong room. Finally got double queen room. Walked all the way back. Found no carts along the way. They did not offer help. Then got to the new room and the phone line was dead. So we had to walk all the way back where we stood in line for 25 minutes before leavimg and asking the Starbucks worker where the laundry facility was. One vacationer also shared they were given a king size handicapped room too by mistake. NO FAN IN THE BATHROOM. Free wifi did not happen. Tv channels.were all fuzzy with no channel.clear. White goop on the side of the bed. Overall a very frustrating stay.

Must stay at the Doubletree hotel was awesome. I was there on a business trip for Spectacular Business Boot Camp, the hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing and the shuttle drivers were the The friendliest people I really hope the staff is being paid their worth their five stars

The staff was very rude. The check-in line was long and very slow. They required a $300 credit card hold on a room that was paid in full in advance. Check in was delayed by an hour. Front desk person denied telling us to return in an hour and rooms would be ready. Instead of taking responsibility for the delayed check-in the young lady said it was our fault because we didn’t want a first floor room. The hotel charged us $17/day for parking in their lot on the property, a lot that’s been free in the past. When we finally got upstairs the housekeeping ladies were laughing and talking, which explains why the rooms weren’t ready at check in time. The room was marginally clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the bedding smelled like a person. Very inconvenient, not customer friendly.

This location has gone downhill in the 15 years since I started to come here. No room service?? Both hand lotions were empty. The whole point to stay at a Doubletree is room service. Otherwise it’s an ordinary hotel.

We booked this for a graduation at the Claremont Colleges. All the hotels near campus were booked. This was 15 min away and convenient. The hotel is a bit older and needs an update, but, was comfortable and mostly we booked for location. First floor rooms overlooking parking lot - not ideal. Layout of property is odd and left us walking and walking to get to our room. Fine to sleep and get ready, and staff at lobby bar were very friendly.

Best hotel to stay in Ontario! The rooms were spacious. Had room for at least 6 people ( family suite) had a restaurant for all the meals, close to restaurants and shopping. Shuttle to and from airport. Gym and pool facilities. The grounds reminded me of Hawaii with the greenery and landscaping. Warm cookies at check in Cons $500 deposit

This was my birthday trip and my only outing in a long time, like a year and this hotel was perfect. Check in was easy, and those cookies were the highlight for my husband. Dinner at Porter's was perfect and free club tickets came with the reservations. Its the best onestop funshop. Jacuzzi time after we ate breakfast which was offered with the room reservation. Only certain items are eligible and unfortunately my husband wasn't aware of the menu limitations and his meal was charged to our room. All our meals were delicious shout out to the Chefs you all made my Birthday special
