We just needed somewhere to sleep after a party, so it was okay for the quick time we spent there. :) Breakfast is included.

I have stayed at this hotel many times throughout the years and never regret choosing it as my “go to” place in Palm Springs. The staff are always personable and courteous. The amenities have always proven to be above adequate. The facility is within walking distance to some popular hiking trail heads I like to hike whenever in Palm Springs, and the pool area offers a great view of one the hillsides of the area that is often visited by bighorn sheep. On this particular week-long stay, I was fortunate enough to have an up-close encounter with three large rams which descended the hillside to graze on some lush green grass near the pool area. (The largest of the three even attempted to enter the pool area while I was in the pool but was frightened off by a hotel staff member and a police officer who were attempting to gently drive the wild animals back up the hill.) The only reason I give this facility only four stars and not five is due to the fact that on several late afternoons, the pool area was over-run with some youngsters (whether they were guests or not, I do not know) who played very loud and obnoxious rap music and seemed to be using the pool area for partying. Hopefully, though, that is not a common occurrence. This hotel will remain my favorite place to stay when vacationing in the area.

Honestly, the hotel from the outside might not be spectacular but the front desk staff and the rooms are great with beautiful hardwood floors, a hairdryer, a safe, a refrigerator a microwave poolside breakfast are things you don’t expect for the price of this place.
