Extended Stay America Suites - Palm Springs - Airport

The room was nice, but I paid for the king-size bed however, I was put in a room with a full-size bed mattress, while breakfast was some sort of grab-and-go. Overall, I rate my room as 2 out of 10 and will be making a post on yelp.

Check in time is 3 pm. I arrived at 3:30 pm to check in. There was a line and ONE person at the desk. When it was my turn in line, the ONE employee said "let me see if the room is ready" and LEFT to personally check on the room. He did this for a couple cutomers after me too. My room WAS NOT ready. He told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I DID NOT get into my room until 5 pm. I needed to use the restroom as I waited. THERE IS NOT RESTROOM FOR THE PUBLIC!! Luckily, the maid who worked on my room offered for me to use the restroom in my roo. THE MAID WAS AWESOME! She worked very quickly and professionally to ready the room as quickly as she could! I was told the "free breakfast" was available from 6:30 am until 9:30 am. The next morning, we went to the breakast area at 7:30 am. The coffee and hot water was empty. There was no milk, juice or drinking water set up. There were oatmeal bags, but again, NO WATER (Hot or otherwise) available. There was NO FOOD OF ANY KIND. Everything was gone. When we asked when there would be stuff available, we were told "ONE MINUTE". 20 minutes, when nothing was replaced, we left for the day. Very nice room, the housekeeping staff was great, but the front deck service was terrible. The "amenities" are a joke and the "free breakfast" was the biggest joke of all!

Plenty of parking. The front desk supplied you with cooking utensils

Parking was easy and secure. We didn't want to cook anything, didn't use the kitchen

Breakfast is very basic
