The room was awesome. Just a little noisy. And sat they were trimming trees. Could have done without that noise too.

Hyatt is known to be a very ritzy hotel. Unfortunately, they have let this place go and not updated their rooms it’s in dire need of renovations. The pool has a bar but it was closed so, I couldn’t enjoy that either. And the outside patio was closed as well. Aug is not the time to go out there. It’s way too hot.

This is not the Hyatt I used to know. Property was very run down. They no longer provide luggage assistance, which I get, but the luggage carts were all broken. Staff was very friendly. Just sad to see how run down this property is. The pool bar/restaurant is now closed as well.
