Courtyard by Marriott Palm Springs

Very quiet and comfortable! Seemed more like a place to stay for business than a fun couples weekend. No food or drink available between close of breakfast counter (fee) at 10am and 5pm when the small bar and dinner opened. Not really what we were looking for but we had a pleasant time. We were disappointed that the hotel charged a $10 per day parking fee. That seemed uncalled for.

It was a terrible experience, they was a private function at the pool area and it wasn’t available for the guests. It was 110 degrees outside and we purposely booked the hotel to lounge at the pool, they should have let us know beforehand that the pool wasn’t available. I wish I can get a refund.

Booked a 2 queen bedroom suite for a weeklong conference and it was reasonably spacious. The A/C worked great and cooled down rooms quickly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The Bistro closes from 10:30am to 5:00pm, so that was a slight bummer on midday arrival, but easy to order in from nearby restaurants or walk the 0.8 miles. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice bar good food on site for breakfast and dinner. Starbucks latte on site.

I’m sorry to say but the dinner at the onsite bistro was possibly the worst I’ve ever had. It took over 1hr for the first 2 dishes to come out and 1 was wrong. I think it took 2 hours to get meals and drinks came out much later. The food was all put together by the 1 bar lady and old produce. I wish they didn’t suggest this at check in. Maybe just stick to drinks and fries.

AC worked, very musty smell in the room, pool not clean.

I fly out of Palm Spring once a year and my friend drives we down. We stay over night and enjoy the pool and hot tube to relax after a busy week. I was very disappointed when I found out there was no shuttle service. I found that out 1 week before my trip that I would need to make transportation arrangements. Instead my friend go up at 3:30 drove me to the airport then decided to head back home. I know there Ubers and Lyfts but that transportation with your shuttle was very easy so do. Might be looking for another hotel for next year just so my friend can stay and get some sleep before she drives back home.

This hotel is clean and quiet. The pool and gym are nice and clean. Will recommend it.

Charging $10 for parking when the hotel is in the middle of nowhere is highway robbery. In the middle of a busy city, I could understand. Will not return.

Disappointed that they do not make the bed every day; they have reduced housekeeping services

Property was clean however the pool had lots of dead bugs in the water and pool closed too early for it being a weekend.

Convenient location , room was clean, bed was comfortable, now the cons : can hear all noise from hallways and neighbors, pool was dirty around the edges/coping had dirty , missing and broken tiles , and no restroom by pool

Beautiful 3rd floor room. Clean, comfortable, spacious for my partner and I. Would definitely stay here again!

Moldy odor when air conditioner is on. Beds and pillows were wonderful. Could use a vent fan in the bathroom

Location was convenient and close to the airport. Breakfast and dinner food options were typical, and delicious. Rooms were clean and bedding was very comfortable. WiFi was good. Hotel staff was professional and friendly. Pool was very relaxing. Overall, a great place to stay.

They charged for parking on a ungraded lot and they asked if I would like my room made up in the morning, was out 8 hours and nothing was done. They even called to ask. I won’t be back

Nice property and good location to downtown. It didn’t bother us, but you can hear everything outside your room.

We enjoyed your hotel. The only negative was that you can hear people above walking - all the time! It was annoying at 5:30 in the morning!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of our recent stay at your hotel. Front Desk Experience: Upon arrival, we were greeted by an Asian staff member at the front desk who was not friendly and made us feel unwelcome. This first impression significantly impacted our experience. Incorrect Room Type: We booked a room with a king bed for two nights via Hotels.com, but were instead given a room with two queen beds, the Asian staff told us that she didn’t know why Hotels.com listed a king bed as it wasn’t even available. This was disappointing, and we were left with no choice but to accept the room provided. Poor Sound Insulation: The room was not adequately insulated. We could clearly hear loud footsteps from the room above us until 10:00 p.m., and conversations and laughter from outside continued late into the night. This disturbed our rest, especially on the second night when we went to bed at 9:30 p.m. but were awakened at 11:30 p.m. and again at 12:30 a.m. due to noise from above. Lack of Housekeeping: No one came to clean our room during our stay, We expected daily housekeeping as part of the service. Given the premium price we paid, we expected a higher standard of hospitality and comfort. We strongly urge your management team to address these concerns and take appropriate steps to ensure future guests do not experience the same issues. In particular, we suggest reminding guests to maintain quiet hours.

Spacious and clean property. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

We were on bottom floor by the door entrance,heard door banging through night from ppl in &out, noisy a/c in room, charged $5 for water we didn’t drink

No problems except they couldn't get the internet to work, so we had no internet during our stay...

WIFI was less than desirable.

Great hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff; if a problem came up, the front desk was very helpful in getting it resolved right away.

Staff was super nice, got checked in before time.

The coffee shop staff were extremely slow and rude to several customers while we were there. It was shocking

Mr Brady the night operation supervisor was outstanding. Seemingly everywhere at once, friendly and very professional.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating for me and my MIL. Even offered wheel chair for our stay.

The staff is always polite and helpful.

We were early for Check In and Gaby at the front. Desk was very kind and got us in a bit early very friendly and accommodating staff. The grounds were very clean and new. A great experience.

Great stay staff was so friendly and welcoming

Check in was done on line so time spent at the actual check in desk was minimal. The room was spotless and totally suited our needs for a one night stay. The biggest advantage for us was the close proximity to the Palm Springs airport. It was a 10 minute Uber drive away.

Its close to the airport which was great However, they have very lomited dinig options and even more limited dietary restriction options ( eg. gluten and/or dairy free and the staff was not very helpful to that end at all

Love this hotel will definitely stay here again. The only thing I had a problem was the high prices at the coffee shop. Don’t mind and overpriced bagel but $6.75 too much.

We always enjoy staying at Marriott. Our only complain in Courtyard is the breakfast option. There is always one person attending to all the customers ordering breakfast. The person at the counter did a good job at taking care of all of us but I just feel bad for her, she did everything by herself.

Terrible coffee. Nothing put out for breakfast. Won’t be back
