Loud, rattling air conditioner. Broken lock on sliding doors. Peeling wall paper in the bathroom. Bathroom door ripped open so you can see the cork board inside. Maintenance no help. Front desk only offered to move us in our last night of a 3 night stay and comped parking

Gordie & other staff went above & beyond helping my mom & I. Pool area was nice, but they need another pool for all the people that were there, for a hotel that size.

The rooms are very stuffy and smelled funny.. the carpets on the hallway filthy.. Even the bar counter was dirty. I think the staff was there just to call you together rather than The cordial and respectful to the customers. I would never go back

I would rate my stay 7/10 because I only stayed for one night if I would have stayed longer my rating would be lower. The shampoo bottle was completely out, I had to flush multiple times for it to completely flush and to top it off I wasn’t able to change the thermostat I was freezing… never had this many issues before. I did enjoy the location, walking distance to downtown!
