The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The waffles at the free breakfast were delicious. The only complaint I have is that the tile surrounding the pool and hot tub wasn't acid etched, so it was VERY SLIPPERY, like dangerous. I took one step inside the pool area and promptly stepped back out. It was a major bummer.

Front desk person was friendly and efficient during check in. The gym is small but allowed for a bit of a workout. As with most hotels the AC unit was very loud. Add to that the yelling and profanity outside of my window all night , sleeping was difficult ( and I am a pretty sound sleeper). The breakfast had a good variety of options. All in all, this was a good place for the price.

Amazing stay! I loved everything about this hotel! The pool & jacuzzi are indoors & weren’t crowded. The rooms are spacious & the breakfast was filling. Breakfast had plenty of hot options like scrambled eggs, hash browns, waffles, etc. I would most def book again!

Room was clean, except the soft, dark couch had spots on it so we didn’t want to even touch it. Otherwise, for the price, the room was nice and big, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, a/c worked well, and shower pressure was great. In-room amenities were nice with quality shampoo and conditioner, lotion, shower cap, makeup wipes, and hair dryer. Breakfast was good considering it was included, with hot food (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and more). No tylenilnor bandaids available for purchase, so needed to go to store down the street.

Room was spotless. That was courteous and very friendly. Breakfast could be improved a little bit. Coffee was empty when we went around 7:30. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. We were busy with friends the whole time we were in town.

Blood, a lot of blood (like a crime scene amount), on sofabed mattress. Also other stains and holes. We switched rooms and the second room also had blood and stains on the mattress, albeit less.

Our bed had blood on the sheets the blow dryer was broken so was the closet door. The floors were firstly in the room found a used razor Seems like they went down hill on house keeping. I will not be staying here again.

I was greeted by friendly staff when I checked in (Indian dude with glasses forgot his name) I arrived earlier than anticipated but he was able to check me into a room early and even gave me a room upgrade for free. MOST of the staff was friendly and attentive but that’s where the pros end for me. The included breakfast was 6/10 just because it did feel cramped at times with how many people would be there at once but the food was ok.. I was upgraded to a jacuzzi room but I was not very pleased with it. The room felt pretty outdated and had lots of random damage and stains all around. It also wasn’t very clean, I had lots of long hairs in my “fresh” towels and sheets that were not from me. There was lots of random garbage in the corners and small areas of the room. I was not happy when I found both a dental flosser and piece of a condom wrapper after stepping on in while trying to get into bed. Because I got to my room late both nights I didn’t bring up the trash issue to the staff until I checked out. After I told the lady at the desk and showed her the pictures of the trash I stepped in I was simply told “I’ll let the staff know”. Seems like to me cleanliness isn’t much of a priority at this property and it’s a shame because this was my second time staying at this property the first time was good I wonder what changed since.

Room was basically clean but the floor in the bathroom was a bit sticky. Bed was horrible and had to sleep on the couch one night because my back was sore from the bed. Liked that there was a good size fridge and a microwave in the room. The location was great since we were there to take my son to University of Redlands. Lots of food places nearby.

I booked a room on Hotels.com. The room had a recliner, and I need that to sleep. My bad back won't let me sleep on a flat surface, but I am comfortable in a recliner. My room had no recliner. Comfort Suites Redlands had given those rooms to other customers when I arrived. I showed them my receipt, which had "Recliner" included. I had to sleep in a desk chair all night, and I couldn't sleep except for a few minutes. Comfort Suites Redlands blamed the problem on Hotels.com, and Hotels.com blamed Comfort Suites Redlands. Comfort Suites refunded me $60 off my total price of $209, but I asked for a full refund. This was very poor service from both Comfort Suites Redlands and Hotels.com. Hotels.com refused my request for a refund.

The room itself at this location is always to par for a good stay. But they really need to change out the pillows. Clean pillow cases can not overcome the smell of all the previous guest. The pillows are well over do for a complete swap. They are old, lumpy and out lived their lifespan.

Our stay at the Citrus Suites was really great & comfortable! Great room & very comfortable bed. The staff was very kind & allowed us to check in a little early then check out a little late. The free breakfast was very good & the staff was very attentive to make sure everything was stocked up throughout the morning. The only complaint we have is that the walls are very thin. We could always hear people in the hallway & when anyone enters/leaves their room on our floor. Other than that it was a great stay.

The facilities were slightly run down but for the price i wasnt expecting something brand new. The bed creaked and was very firm. That could have been better. The biggest issue was the other guests. They slamed doors and were noisy coming and going at all times of the day. That could have been just 1 outlying group. All and all a good stay.

Other than stay being good I had left my charger behind and called to see if I could pick it up they claimed house keeping didn’t see it I told them exactly where it was they said they would give me a call back in 2-3 hrs (don’t see why they needed that long) they didn’t call back so I called again talked to manager they said no one has returned anything he said he would give me a call back never did so I called again keep in mind this charger is about 100 dollars so I was very disappointed they said maybe the following people who checked in took it I made them aware isn’t that what there staff is for to clean a room before next guest they said yes but charger wasn’t given to front desk and they arnt allowed to question there staff over missing objects unless they themselves turn it in. Asked for the housekeepers name who cleaned our room out they said I couldn’t get that information so I asked to speak to someone higher in order to get some answers they declined at a point my calls wouldn’t even go through to the hotel so never got my adaptive charger back. Nor did I hear back from them again. Very disappointed. So make sure u take all ur belongings as if they stay behind within hours they will not give it back to you nor care.

The person at the front desk could use some training. No smile, warmth or acknowledgment- just “what’s your name?” This is a big turnoff to weary travelers. Came across as unfriendly and uncaring but probably needs travel Ning on how to talk with the public.

This property is much more dingy and less modern than it appears in the photos. Our room was clean-ish but defintely had not been deep cleaned in some time.The breakfast was not as advertised. The waffle maker was broken and by 7:30 am they were completely out of eggs, biscuits and pastries. They finally restocked eggs at around 8 but never refilled the pastries or biscuits. The indoor pool was serviceable but the hot tub bubbles had gray fuzzy looking dust floating around the top and did not seem sanitary at all. There were no pool towels in swim area so we had to go to the front desk to request towels each time we swam. The first day we waited through 3 guest check ins just to get towels. But the second day we asked for towels and the clerk Sam very rudely waved his hand and said "go ask the housekeepers down the hall" and went back to typing on his computer. The housekeepers were busy trying to get their carts loaded and seemed inconvenienced by our request. Sam was very unpleasant and made what would have been a \'meh\' hotel stay actually feel like a really bad experience. We will not be returning and when come back to the area for another conference in a few weeks, we will absolutely be staying at a different hotel.

There was a heroin syringes still in the room… I was supposed to vacated at, yet I never got the needle remove.. Yet, the manager named Sean proceeded to act like nothing happened… Gave my cousin and I a $60 dollar discount to be in a bigger room the next morning… The night staff just gave me a sheet and blanket to put over the pull out couch… The following morning ; the manager Sean and overnight staff named Sam proceeded act like nothing happened..

Hotel was fine. I had asked to pay at the property and did not appreciate that my card was charged before I arrived--I had not intended to charge that card. Also breakfast items ran out before breakfast ended (because some guy took an enormous plate full of tater tots) and we asked them to refill but they did not

The hotel had a good looking breakfast. It was clean and easy to navigate. The room was nice woth a sofa and coffee table separate from the bed. My only complaint, and it's a big one to me, is you coukd not close the thick curtains. There was only a thin shear curtain to close. The morning light came in strong!

Property overall not the fanciest, but it still felt clean and comfortable! Stayed two nights with no issues at all..well other than the key cards being extra sensitive and getting demagnetized twice but that’s my own fault. Morning breakfast had a variety of fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs, and a waffle maker.

The hotel rooms are your typical 2.5 star room but our suite felt like an apartment with a full kitchen, separate rooms and huge bathroom. No extra blankets for the pullout sofa but we made do. The check in and out was easy and the area was convenient for what we were there for. The 5 stars truly is for the breakfast! Assortment of cereals, pastries, do-it-yourself waffles, eggs, sausage, tater tots, biscuits and gravy, coffee & juice, fruits and yogurt, probably the largest spread of “help yourself” breakfast from a hotel. She kept it stocked and clean too. We actually switched our next stay in April to this hotel even though it’s $50 more just so we can have the breakfast again.
