On our first night there we noticed the room was a bit dirty. But the next morning we saw how truely dirty it was. The floor was not mopped our black socks had gray dust on the bottom of them just from getting up and using the bathroom. There was hair in the shower as well so I requested a full service clean from the housekeeper AND the front desk to make sure it was cleaned properly as I am 5 months pregnant and didn’t feel safe showering in the shower until it was cleaned. When we returned over 9 hours later the bed was only remade, the floor looked like they just sprayed something and didn’t sweep or mop, and the hair was still in the shower. Again the next day I requested service but this time nobody came. We didn’t shower at the hotel our entire stay; resorting to gym showers. Worst experience of my life. Even Motel6 is better than this place

It was decent enough,but dirty needed dusted and burn holes in sheets in non smoking room. Towels had long hair in them and tub was pretty grimy gave it a cleaning!

I had booked two rooms. The room for our two sons was not cleaned, absolutely filthy, the linen was not changed, the fridge left opened unwashed, the microwave had spilled dried food all over, dried noodles in the dresser drawers. It was late at night and we had to book two rooms in a better nearby hotel. This caused a lot of stress and extra money out of my pocket. We got reimbursed for only one room of the two. Nobody cared that the parents’ room also had to relocate to stay together as a family. I have saved pictures if anyone is interested.

The room was very spartan. No lotion in the dispensary, microwave broken, fridge broken, non functioning electrical outlet. Kinda of a nightmare. I think it was clean. Barely.

While the room was clean and spacious. It has a faded old feel to it. Nothing looked new and the soaps and lotions where empty. Luckly I had my own packed. This is a no frills place, but meets the need a decent bed, warm water, and decent TV channel selection.

Always a peaceful and quiet (i mean, you're next to the I-10) stay. The office/check-in was not burdensome. I must say, the huge shower was the right choice in re-dong the room. (renovation).

I stayed there to catch up on some paperwork. The room I stayed in didn't have enough plugs for the electronics I needed to charge. So I had to purchase a strip plug. The air conditioner/heater didn't work because the knobs spun all the way around.

The location is close to the highway with easy access. Very close to shopping. Although next to the highway it was quiet. Wifi was intermittent often not available. Breakfast was less than a snack. It would be great to provide a warm inviting atmosphere. There was no coffee in the room!

I traveled by myself as a single woman. I saw the rating on Expedia as 7/10. I thought the rating of 7 should be safe but I arrived at 1130pm. And checked it. The moment I checked in a homeless drug addict came out of no where and there was no security. The staff had slipped into the back to the office and there was no one to make sure I was safe. I waited 3 minutes prayed to Jesus and ran with my luggage inside the hotel room. I cancelled my stay for the rest of the week. I do not recommend this place for ladies.

I didn’t stay. I pulled into the hotel entrance and there were people going through dumpsters. There was a man sleeping on the ground in the parking lot. There was graffiti everywhere. I cannot BELIEVE this place is offered on your website. I see why it’s a non- refundable option.

it served the purpose for the reason that we where there. It was clean, the smell like some had smoke in there, even though it was a non smoking room, the nights was very quite so that was good. will i stay there again no will i tell my friends it no. There was no breakfast area even though the reservation said we get a free continental breakfast and no breakfast food was out when i drop my key in the key holder.

The breakfast was a joke. Probably the worst hotel breakfast I have ever witnessed. A pot of coffee, a fruit cup and the worst pastry rolls from AM/PM gas station. What a joke.

The property was close to Yamaava Casino (this was my main purpose). The breakfast was a nice treat. The coffee, juice, and light snacks were a nice addition. The price was reasonable for the room.
