I would say our stay was overall pretty good. We did have to request new sheets and comforters because there were black hairs all over them. And the only other downside that I would say, would be the homeless drug addict that was laying right outside of our window, nodding in and out of consciousness. Lol other than that everything else was just fine and the breakfast was amazing.

We had room 201which is a room facing the freeway that we could hear all night. Last night there, someone had a room above us and could hear them walking/playing back and forth. Seems like paper thin walls and floors. Stayed Thursday-Saturday (checked out Sunday), and our room was never cleaned.

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was impressive. And although the site says it has a full kitchen, there is no cooking elements other than on microwave. We didn't need one but it could be misleading to others. I had a difficult time sleeping. The bed mattress was very firm and was located right next to the air conditioning unit. It made for a very cold trip to get up and use the restroom. They have a great selection for breakfast! Although I did feel pretty sick after eating, what I think, was a bad hard boiled egg. Just avoid the foods that have been sitting out for a long time. I also had an issue trying to print a document in the business center. I spent over 20 minutes trying to print out one page. After following every instruction, I asked the front desk for assistance. I didn't catch his name, but he was very helpful. He found new instructions to connect to the printer. The ones posted on the wall above the printer were old, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the new instructions didn't work for me either.

It was a convenient stop. The room was nice, lots of amenities and clean. Only complaint is the heater didn’t work, it smelled like something was burning when we turned it on. However, we were warm under the blankets. Staff was nice, regret I didn’t tell them about the heater.

This is mostly what we would expect from a Hilton property. We would have given it a five star rating but for one thing: the ceiling lights are on motion sensors and when either my wife or I needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night - the whole room lit up like daylight - needlessly waking the other up. The obvious fix would have been to let customers know about the sensors ahead of time so they can cover them up so they wouldn’t work. But there was no warning and neither my wife or I got much sleep. Not happy campers!

I called to book an extra day 2 weeks in advance. Originally planned to stay 3 days but needed a 4th day so called and talked to a gentleman that took down all my info as well as credit card information to charge card for the extra 4th day. I double checked and made sure everything was good before hanging up and he assured me i was good to go. On the 3rd day of my stay i got a call from the front desk asking me what time i would be checking out. Explained everything about me calling and reserving the fourth day but was completely ignored because she could not find anything on the system. Having to leave on the 3rd day was super inconvenient which is why i had made sure to book the 4th day over the phone. Horrible customer service they did not accept any type of fault on their end pretty much as if i was lying about the whole thing. Paying for an extra day was not a big deal yet it felt like they thought i just wanted a free day or something and made the whole thing up. Ridiculous customer service on the staffs part.

I spend about 150 nights per year in a hotels and have never been treated so badly as by this hotel. The hotel clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional. The next morning my wife heard someone else complaining about about the same thing when she walked by the front desk to get some water so it wasn't isolated to just us. If you are thinking about this hotel,.. just go find the Hampton Inn or any place other than this one!! Beware and Avoid !! Being **New** is not an Excuse,... shame on the manager for not being able to fix this problem.

We booked Saturday night, then we booked Friday night separately. When checking in I asked the receptionist to make sure we were going to stay in the same room, she said we would. On Saturday night after a long event with my baby asleep in my arms our key card would not work. We had to walk down to the front desk to find out they had moved our belongings to the adjacent room without notifying us. So there we were at 2am waiting for an explanation from the manager, tired hungry and pissed off. " We tried calling you". "Availability issues", seriously? That's the last time we stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hilton location. The parking was easy and we were able to walk to shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean and free staff were all very attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was fine. Hotel is on Industrial Park Ave—that’s what it was and not at all scenic and maybe sketchy. I dislike hotels that only offer maid service every other day, which is the case here. Pool and hot tub areas are clean and nice.

Hotel is located next to Freeway/highway 10. I was unable to get uninterrupted sleep because constant loud traffic. Front desk made attempt to reduce rate, but finally was unable to adjust it because I've made a reservation and I've paid through Expedia. I will never stay in this hotel.....
