Overall liked this hotel very much and will definitely stay again in the future. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and everything worked well; the hot water could have been hotter, not a major issue. The included breakfast was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Given the time of year I didn't use the outdoor pool, but it seemed clean, even if on the smaller side. The outdoor putting green (included) was a nice surprise.

We come here most years around the Christmas holidays. Service is good, rooms are clean with nice amenities. Every. Single. Year. we call ahead to get the Jacuzzi heated because we have limited time when we get there. Every. Single. Year. it is not hot when we get there and we are told that it would take "an hour or so". Honestly, I don't think that it ever has really gotten hot, just kind of warm.

Ok place to stay. If you come in late, there’s no parking. Have to park on the street across the street from the property. When we came in something was happening in one of the rooms and there were a lot of police there. Breakfast was good, pool was good, hot tub was good, sauna not so hot or takes forever to heat up. Has a motel feel.

We stayed here for Wasteland and was a cozy experience, with cute little details! They had a gazebo with mini golf and a sitting area! Complementary breakfast was super convenient, with a variety of breakfast foods! Staff was friendly! Could say the vibe is a little on the old school vibe but definitely worth the booking! Loved the built in mini make up mirror in the restroom also mirror closets! Would definitely recommend for any NOS events!

Room was clean and quiet. Jacuzzi didnt work or was not in service and breakfast smelled heavily of chemical like bug killer though possibly it was cleaning solution but very unpleasant when attempting to get food but deciding not to as it may be risky.

We have been staying here for the past 3 years while my son attends the University of Redlands . These last two visits have been horrible first the flooding of the room next to us , reported it and they said nothing but would put a blower in room to dry floor.. manager was not willing to even communicate with us . Then this past weekend there was a horrible smell like musty and to top off roaches ... once again management would do nothin said they would spray any that was it no room change or anything we will never go back!!!

First and for most Dynasty was clean and well maintained. Little touches abound like cookies at check-in, soft music playing through out the grounds and a toiletry kit (tooth brush, paste, comb, razor, shave cream, ear plugs (not needed) and a shoe shine wipe. The continental breakfast is not fancy, but of good quality. The fruit was fresh! The rooms are a bit dated from a technology perspective, the direct TV had a nice channel set up. The staff are friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel in its price range!

My partner & I noticed that there was a bad smell coming from around the bathroom, it was a decaying smell. I opened the closet next to the bathroom and the smell of something rotting in the closet or the walls. I believe it was a small dead animal. Otherwise the room was comfortable, just an unfortunate issue with this stay.

The rooms were clean, the bed and pillows extremely comfortable, the shower had amazing water pressure, hot water was easy to get and there is a refrigerator. The Dynasty is really a motel and the things we didn't like was the smoking right outside our room, its very, very small so you can feel cramped. A loud car came in around 11pm one night and set off our truck alarm. The pool area is small and nice, there seems to be a sauna off the pool and there is a gazebo which was really nice but the smokers left a mess. We might not stay here again unless we can't find anything else, husband says we've outgrown it.

The stay was good and the amenities in the bathroom vanity area were cute - the room ... the outlets were loose, especially behind the night stand. The faucet in the shower - it had been converted and the two twist faucets were still there but not capped, so when shower was taken, they sprayed straight out of the faucet area - only one shower was taken because it was miserable

Properly overall is okay, but my room was so noisy with the refrigerator buzzing all night and the toilet running for some reason and neighbors loud…also sucked that the people next door smoked outside my door most of the night so i got to enjoy that …ended up leaving at 3am cause it was that bad …hard pass

This is an older property with small, dated rooms. However they are NOT run down, dirty and are well mainrained. Newer memory fiam mattress, nice tv's and everything works as it should. Great value for the price.

When I went to turn on the A.C unit in the room it smelled so gross like urine. It was so bad that I could not use it. Breakfast was offered until 9am on a Friday morning. Met my husband at the breakfast area at 8:25am. He had went to get food at 8:15am. He got a plate and had eaten by the time I showed up, but was wanting more and was waiting for them to refill because there was no food left. Everything was empty. As we sat and waited, MANY people came in to eat and noticed there was no food left, they waited a bit and left. Finally someone went to ask if they were planning on refilling and they said no, because they close at 9am. So for 45 minutes there was no food offered even though they DAY they provide breakfast til 9am. That was a huge bummer. Also check out is at 12pm, which is awesome. Usually checkout time in many hotels is at 12am. Awesome ONLY if house keeping hadn’t knocked on the door so much earlier. When I told the front desk HILDA about the breakfast situation and the smelly a.c unit, she just stated, “I’m sorry, but there’s nothing we can do.” I travel OFTEN, this is definitely not a place I’d travel to again. And I promise I usually do not complain about any of my stays anywhere. This experience just was NOT a good one.

The first room we had, upon entering, smelled of bud. When I told the front desk attendant, he was flippant and said it happened. I tried to stay in the room but was getting a migraine, so I sent my boyfriend to speak with him. He offered a room change, and after checking two rooms, the third room smelled smoke-free. After that point, our stay was great. I stayed at Dynasty Suites back in 2017 and loved the beds. Beds are still comfy, rooms look the same.

Comfortable, clean, and everything in good working order and excellent condition. Not luxurious, but nice touches like good lighting, a little electric cabinet fireplace, microwave and fridge,nightlight in the bathroom, good bath supplies including toothbrushes, shampoos, hand and shower soaps in convenient dispensers, etc. We had a very comfortable king bed and a sofabed in our room.

The girl at the check-desk was rude and spoke to myself and another customer with a very condescending demeanor. They wanted a $100 deposit although they have no amenities or room service. When I checked out I made it a point to go to the front desk to personally return the card keys and close out and 12 days later they still have not released my deposit on my card. I called 3 times to try and resolve and they gave me the runaround twice and the third time I called they said they would email me documentation that they released my deposit and they never sent it. They haven’t returned my 4th call on this same issue.

We stay here a few times a year. The rooms are always clean, the staff is polite and helpful, and the beds are comfortable. The one time we had a room with an air conditioner not working, maintenance was there within 15 minutes to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend someone to stay here.

We stumbled on this place headed to Vegas to watch monday night football. Crystal checked me in and what a great employee she is. Very informative of the area and offered me some chocalate cookies. When we checked out the guy was the total opposite he lacks customer service times five. A friendly smile and a great personality goes a long way. Let's focus on the positive things God Bless Crystal she made the stay Amazing. Keep up the good work. P.S. the cook from El Salvador made the place special as well!

Someone broke into my room and the manager and front desk did nothing. The screen was bent, things ruffled through and the safe was broken or out of batteries. I reported this and they said they would review the cameras and call me back. I called for weeks and the never got the manager to call me. I would like for this to go as a complaint and appreciate some looking into as well as compensation for this experience.

I had my worst hotel experience ever at this hotel at Dynasty Suites in Redlands, California. My check-in was scheduled for Friday, June 28th at 4 PM, but due to an emergency, we arrived at 4 AM. We had no issue paying for the night, but the service we received was unacceptable. The person at the lobby made us wait for 45 minutes to check-in because she was performing a night audit. Her treatment towards us was terrible. We were supposed to check out on Sunday, June 30th at 12 PM, but we overslept and checked out at 1:00 PM. Despite only being 20 minutes late, we were rudely informed multiple times that we would be charged for a late check-out. The staff knocked on our door and even entered our room, demanding additional payment. We also received a call shortly after confirming the charge. It felt like we were treated poorly because we booked through a third party. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

My second visit to this motel. And it's as good as the first visit. The breakfast room was awesome. Eggs, sausage, bacon bagels, muffins, toast, Cereal plus more. Staff was very efficient and nice. Will come back.

Everything was great beginning with the friendly staff at check in! The room was nice and clean - beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was good as well! They had scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit! I highly recommend! Jacuzzi, pool and sauna was an added perk! Would highly recommend!

Trust the reviews. The room was a little dated but VERY clean. Probably the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in and that’s even comparing it to newer hotels. Loved the property, very cute. We got little cookies upon check in which was nice. Breakfast was very good except I’d change the brand of bacon but if that’s my biggest complaint, I’d call that a win! Sad I don’t have time to use the sauna. Will definitely stay here if given the chance
