The hotel room was clean. Carpets could use a cleaning as well as seating. Parking was good. Typical free breakfast items provided. Pool was very clean. Heating and air worked very well. Daily maid service for clean towels and bedding.

Staff were fantastic to deal with, beds were comfy, breakfast was ok (cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, pastries), conveniently located just off the 101. The only complaint is that there were gas cars parked in front of the electric car charging station both nights we were there, so we were unable to plug in our car which meant unnecessarily spending a lot of money on gas.

Easy dip in the pool and restaurant, McDonald's, In'N'Out and food trucks are walking distance.

I booked there because they listed having EV charging. They have 2 chargers, but they dont work. There was a coffee maker in the bathroom, no coffee. The new gotcha is the unspoken security deposit. I prepaid, but they still take it. The breakfast was ok.

No elevator. Older citizens need elevators. Walking upstairs or downstairs is a big challenge.

So, the staff was amazing. They were friendly and went out of their way to explain things to us. Like how the pool was closed for maintenance, and yes we have spare utensils you can have. Over all not a bad place to stop for the night.

Room is nice and many amenities. Nice selection for breakfast. Location is a bit noisy due to construction nearby. Plenty of parking or no parking. Sometimes parking fills up due to neighbor restaurant.

We didn’t have hot water in the shower the next morning, and it was pretty noisy being in between the freeway and the main street because of traffic people and sirens. Pool wasn’t heated. But the people that work there were nice.

The bed spread was dirty. The faucet handle has gunk on it. I requested a bottom ground floor as I use a walker and was given a room on the second floor and shown where the stairs were located. This is the second time I have stayed here and I won’t be coming back

For one night stay, I saw 3 cockroaches, 2 near the bathroom sink, 1 on the lamp shade. 2 of them I caught and flushed in the toilet, 1 escaped. Terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Carpet is dirty. Third night no bathing towels available , and the lady from reception insisted to check to room and to see if I said the truth... Unbelievable

Dirty. Slept on the top of the bed, fully clothed - even kept my shoes on. Used my jacket as a pillow.

I read reviews that stated this hotel was dirty, it was far worse than I could have imagined. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. There were splatters on the wall next to the toilet. The wall next to the bathroom door was dirty with handprints. The blanket on the bed had several stains and hair as well. Several of the white towels had black stains on them too. Every surface was sticky or stained. Overall the cleanliness was awful. Even at this price point there should not be another guests hair in the bathroom or on the bed.

The place was dirty, i made my daughter wear shower shoes and i had to clean the toilet myself upon entering... gross abs not worth the 110 bucks i spent a night

On freeway, room was quiet enough. Would have been the wanted quick stop except the bath and shower controls were very hard to use and water temp changed on its own.

Noisy traffic sound with window open. Clean and newish looking. Fast food close and a pretty good mexican restaurant next door and ARCO gas next door. Easy access off/on the freeway.

Rooms were nice beds were very uncomfortable

The property is fairly clean however the TV remote doesn’t work well and some channels are unavailable. The remote was slow and lagging. The options for tv are limited and Netflix didn’t work.

1) The tv wasnt connected to cable box. 2) The toilet broke. 3) When replacing used towels & washcloths, it was found out they only gave me bath towels. I had to ask for washcloths. 4) I sleep with a CPAP machine. All convenient sockets near the head of the bed were broken/unuseable and /or too loose for connection. This was /is a life saving issue, and ALL wall sockets should be able to function properly!!!

Room was ok, furnished with adequate amenities. Bed not comfortable at all, paper-thin walls with ridiculously loud, partying neighbors. Could also hear everything going on in the room above.

The door to my room wasn’t well sealed and all night you can hear the noise from the freeways

Location was perfect. Room was adequate. But there was an issue with the TV. Upon entering the room and turning it on, it was not responding to the remote control. I called the front desk and the clerk came to my room and somehow unlocked the screen so that it would respond to the remote. Before I went to sleep, I turned the tv off and, when I turned it on in the morning, it was locked up again. The system should not have to be unlocked every time the tv is turned on.

Remote didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. Hot water didn’t work until you turn if off couple times and back. Other than that it was nice room and met our need for our stay.

Very clean room, the front desk clerk was friendly and made check in very smooth

Front desk attendant was asleep when I arrived at it took banging to awaken him . I was left outside in 39 degree weather when I was checking in room. Not friendly at all .Room was okay but definitely felt service was poor on my prepaid room

The two ladies in the check in were extremely rude, asked to verify id of both my husbad and I yet the couple infront of is were not asked for both IDs they only asked for the Id of the gentleman. Felt very uncomfortable the way the clerk gave us attitude.

A big thank you to management and staff. We had multiple rooms due to a wedding we were attending. Management was very polite and made check in a breeze.

Very comfortable accommodations. Very friendly staff. I extended my stay and everyone was so friendly.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When I arrived to check in, there was a "Be back in 15 minutes" sign on the door. I called the front desk, no answer. When she came back to check me in, she immediately took a phone call. When she finally got off the phone, I asked if I could get extra towels. She said that she would bring them. She never did. I called the front desk, no answer. I texted 3 times, no response. I called again a couple hours later, she made me count every towel in the room, like I was being interrogated. She said that if the wrong amount was in the room, she was going to tell management and get the maid service in trouble! It took 3 to 5 flushes for the toilet to work, Every Time. The towel rack kept falling off the wall. No coffee maker in the room. The cable TV quit working after the first day. We had to take cold showers. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

Front desk called and complained about my service dog. Deactivated my keys so i would have to go to front desk. So they wanted to charge me $200 for my dog after i checked in with my service animal card. I felt very uncomfortable and would like Hotels.com to refund me 1 day off my stay. Since i wanted to leave but new i payed third party.....

Front desk girl was extremely rude. TV was not working due to missing remote. A dish TV (live TV) remote will not work with a fire TV (streaming TV). The front desk girl did not understand this simple concept and decided to be hostile and standoffish when I told her the facts. Would not stay here again. Go across the street to motel 6

checking in was impossible to do. Tried to check in at 2:30 and was told, by an extremely rude lady, that i couldn’t because my partner wasn’t there with me to show their ID. when they got off work we headed back at 6:15. they had a sign on the door that said “will be back in 15 minutes”. 15 minutes turned into 2 and a half hours. there was no staff. i got in contact with customer service and it took them a while to even get ahold of the staff.

I had called earlier in the day at about 1pm, letting them know that we would be driving in late between midnight and 1am. The girl I talked to over the phone stated that wouldn’t be a problem and she’d make a note for us. We get there about 1am and everything is locked and no one is at the counter. We stand around calling for about 30mins and then decide to find a room else where. Very frustrating to be told that it wouldn’t be an issue to be there late and then to have no one there to check us in. Will never be booking here again.

Good place to stay can be a little noisy due to the traffic right next to the freeway but other than that it's a good place

I liked my stay, it was the best price to fit my budget on a personal visit from other hotels that charge more. This hotel it is in a very convenient place, you have the 101 freeway close by, has a gas station next to it and fast food close by. Staff is very friendly and answer your questions wich that is a big plus when you are a visitor traveler from another county. Thank you Super 8 hotel for your room rate prices.

The location is terrible - Freeway is right behind and so noisy, and there were so many prostitutes standing in front of the hotel. The dining area was not only small, butane the furniture was dirty and worn out. We didn’t want to eat their free breakfast. The room was decent but we found hair in the bathroom floor. The bedding looked clean, but the bed was way too soft. We will NEVER stay at this place.

Property located just nearby freeway you always hear noise. Homeless living in property parking. Breakfast items are limited with minimum sitting space. I got a room with garbage container just near by my room, flies and bad smell came in the room every time I opened door. Overall this property doesn’t deserve of $200 per night.

My recent one-night stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unsettling for several reasons. First, our reservation was changed without any notice—from rooms with queen beds to rooms with double beds. Even worse, our two rooms were placed on opposite ends of the property, forcing my family to split up, which felt incredibly unsafe and poorly planned. The room my sisters were given had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it very uncomfortable. Later that night, just after midnight, a man dressed in all black, wearing a mask, and riding a bike came to their door and began pounding on it aggressively. It was an absolutely terrifying experience for them. I immediately called the front desk to report the incident. The young woman I spoke with said she would do a walk-through of the property and inform the manager, but that didn’t bring any real sense of security. After that, none of us could relax or sleep comfortably for the rest of the night. To make matters worse, the rooms were not soundproof. We were kept awake by constant noise from the second floor and outside throughout the night. On top of everything, the surroundings of the hotel felt sketchy and unsafe. There’s a homeless encampment just on the other side of the fence by the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I checked in at night with my family and there were illicit activities being run out of this motel, with scantily dressed women going in and out of the rooms, and a questionable man in a car who seemed to be collecting money from them!!! It did not feel like a safe place to stay with my family, so I checked out and went to another hotel.

Very nice staff having to deal with horrible people in and around the place. Tweakers everywhere unfortunately. The gas station next door can’t even leave out squeegees because they get stolen. Once inside my room, totally fine. And again, the front desk staff were very nice. Just not really a place for someone like me who wears a suit and tie for work. I stood out like a fly in the honey pot dressed for court. Made all the tweakers gravitate to me to ask for (yell/scream/demand) money. If I was going back there, not dressed for work, and in jeans and a t shirt, ok. Ultimately, I felt bad for the poor staff that must have to deal with that nonsense every day, D

Breakfast with minimal selection.

Their breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, plus the usual continental food items.

Room was musty, smoke alarm went off continually had to ask a few times to have it fixed but they never came so we fixed it ourselves. Free breakfast was the worst, unless you like cold cereal, toast and yogurt.

For a budget property, it was fine. The outside of the hotel and pool were dirty but the room was fine. The road outside the hotel is noisy. The breakfast was very limited.

The breakfast was terrible as the tables were disgusting. Nobody clear or clean them off. The lady at the front desk was so absorbed into her phone that did not pay attention to anything or greet anyone. We like the location as it was near by everything we needed.

Front Desk Clerk has very good attitude. Property and rooms are very clean, and well equiped with amenities. My dislike point is the area is too noisy. But in general im very satified with the entire service in all I give it ☆☆☆☆☆

The property itself was fine. You get what you pay for. The beds were ok, linens were clean, but everything was run down somewhat. The area is ok, but my friends who are local said it's the not so great part of town. The continental breakfast was simple as expected. Overall for the price, it was fine.
