1. As soon as you entering the office to check in , you can smell curry ….. 2. The clerk never told us there is elevator …I carried my very heavy luggage to second floor . 3. The baseboard of the bed is way bigger than the bed , I bumped into it 2 times … 4. The breakfast room is very small ….. Could use some help…..

First the positives. The bedding in the room was clean and the towels were clean as well. However there weren't any wash cloths available. The floors in the room were very dirty, looking like they hadn't been mopped in weeks. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. And the bathroom walls had dark smearmarks from someone's dirty hands. Our stay was beyond sub par, the owner's/managers should be embarrassed to present a room in that condition to their customers. And the sidewalks outside the rooms hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It was almost more disgusting than the room was. It was the most disappointing stays I have had at Quality Inn. I would like to say that the free breakfast was another huge disappointment. The coffee machine was broken, no coffee. The waffle machine was so messy we didn't even use it. There was no attendant to restock items or clean up. The name Quality Inn should be removed from this hotel. I really regret staying there.

The person at the front desk was so unprofessional, he just threw the room cards at us and talked really disrespectfully. He was super dirty himself, his shirt was stained. The room was also dirty and smelled horrible. The bed covers were stained too. We didn't even stay there. We went back to the office, canceled, and asked for a refund. I definitely don't recommend this hotel at all.

Front desk was as non-communicative as could be. I think he may have grunted at me. Property is run down and they clearly have zero desire to make it nice. A horrid stain on the carpet looked like there had been zero attempt at cleaning it. The chair in the room looked like they found it on the side of the road. The cloth arms were stained with old sweat and who knows what. I didn’t even want to set my bag on it. The nightstand has integrated plugs and there was some sort of plug thing under it m on the floor but neither was plugged in. We had to move a mattress out of the way to plug the floor one in. No cover on the vent fan in the bathroom and that looked like it had never been cleaned. I put the shower floor towel down and noticed a lovely stain already on it. Inspect the linens and towels before you use them. The road noice from the freeway was quite high so light sleepers should avoid this place. The hotel was inexpensive but not inexpensive enough to overlook the horror of this place. Spend another little bit and find something else.
