I’m a local, planned a close enough trip to visit my pets at home. So I’m familiar with San Bernardino and like anywhere else in the city you will see homeless folk near the gas stations - not necessarily unsafe just something to expect. I stayed 3 nights, initially purchased two but extended. Here’s why!? I very much enjoyed how sweet and welcoming the staff is. The cleanliness was great, housekeeping came by every day. They make sure towels are stocked which was great after a few pools trips and showers. You can tell they higher genuine employees because every interaction was a good experience. Special shout out to Anna and Annika. I loved them. They took the time to connect and that’s wonderful in customer service. Also gave me plenty of gluten free cookies since they ran out previous days prior. The workout room is amazing, plenty of machines, they play movies and have everything cleaned and sanitized. I was there multiple times and it smelled great and had no issues with any equipment. Pool is deep and roomy, they have a towel cubby so don’t worry about bringing the room ones. Jacuzzi is super bubbly. Overall I loved it, my daughter loved it, affordable and comfortable. I’ll be back!

The room was clean and the employees were kind. However, we found it ridiculous to have to pay for parking. We’re already spending hundreds on a room now we have to pay even more just to park our car? And may I add - in a parking lot where there is no security and very easily accessible to anyone. In addition, the bathrooms were clean, but, why are there no extractors or vents? People use the restroom, take hot showers, and need some sort of ventilation system.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. What I didn't like was coming and out of the parking structure. It was very inconvenient because the key did not work. Also doors did not work properly with the keys provided.

ironing board wouldn’t stand. iron was dirty and stained my shirt I was ironing. asked maid where pool was and she didn’t know and couldn’t speak English. your front desk folks are top notch!!! jacuzzi super dirty. I would stay again but not ever coming back to San Bernardino.

Second time I have stayed here in less than 30 days The bed in 315 needs to be replaced and also in 419. The swimming pool tile looks like it’s caked with something dirty or brown. One of the elevators was missing a threshold. In general, the Property looks tired. The pavement outside needs to be addressed. In the room, 419, the shower curtain was so short that water leaked out, and there was no way for me to close it. I noticed the wallpaper was lifting up in some places. Also, in the hallway, I noticed that the carpet needs to be re-stretched or probably replaced. Definitely time for a facelift for this hotel. The people there seem nice, the room was a reasonable rate, perhaps due to the fact that it is not in top-notch condition

Initially stayed 2 nights, decided to extend. I very much appreciate the hotel and what it has to offer. Since I booked another day and had a bit of a different experience I decided to leave another review. I went swimming on the third night and there was an incident with the handicap chair not working that helps a person into the pool. The family still made the best of the situation and I’m happy they were able to have a nice time despite the hotels lack of attention to making sure the pool area is maintained. On my check out day, I decided to go swimming in the morning and knew they hadn’t cleaned the pool. There were eyelashes on the floor, hair ties, no towels, and families kept sneaking in through a side gate. Just keep an eye out on the details, as a manager - that is key.

We always love staying at this hotel. The only slight issue we had was the AC didn't seem to be cooling at night and one of their elevators are out causing delays and the elevator that was working was a bit bouncy when taking off from floor to floor. But everything else was amazing! Staff is always super friendly breakfast was delicious and they make everything super easy for you. Sarah the bartender is also amazing as well super friendly makes you feel welcome I really love everything about the hotel. It was just unfortunate with the AC and elevator issue this time around

Staff were great, lobby was clean, and parking lot was big, but was not satisfied with the rooms. Our rooms were filthy with dust, dirty carpet, and bathrooms were dirty. I took pictures and I would’ve called and complained but we got to our hotel late and I was too tired and needed to get some rest for the next day early event. We also purchased breakfast but line for breakfast was to long so we skipped that too. It would be nice if they have breakfast buffet settings so customers can just go down and get what they want to eat and leave. Also, they should have a an inspector manager/supervisor that inspects each rooms to make sure it is properly cleaned before they serve the room customers. You would think a business room would be clean but it was not and that’s a disappointment. I guess that’s what I get for getting a cheaper hotel.

We selected hotel for its proximity to another location we needed to visit. It’s an older property that I’m sure has seen better days. Extremely outdated rooms. The carpet in room was filthy, turning the bottom of our socks black. There was black sludge around the inside of the toilet bowl that I only noticed in the reflection of the mirror. It was so gross. Elevators were tiny for property size and in desperate need of maintenance - flooring was peeling, broken buttons/lights, and extremely squeaky. While it seems the common areas were more modern the rooms were antiquated in comparison. We stayed in July, so temperatures were in the 90’s. With no covered parking, we always needed extra time to allow the car to cool inside before getting kids in. Inconvenient & at $14 per day. The immediate surrounding area is depressing and looks rough, but I guess convenient with a 24-hour ihop, a Starbucks, Taco Bell, Golden Corral, gas station, and a random, massive car wash. Although we did not use any of them. 5-7 min drive you’ll find a Costco, franchise eateries, and a Target. Staff was very kind. Property just needs work.

The carpets have stains, the hallway was really dirty although my room was clean except for carpet stains and the orange chair was really worn and broke down looking. Also, super dim in the rooms, bathroom fan didn’t work so it got steamy and couldn’t see the mirror. Staff is AMAZING though!! They’re really the very best. Also bed and pillows were super comfy and water was nice and hot.

I had to switch rooms around 11pm when I noticed a huge stain on one of the blankets. Yelp reviews are more accurate these reviews are not. I decided I could sleep on the other bed but there were stains on the pillowcase and hair. There was a stain on the curtains the phone was dirty, the room was really worn down. The room they switched me to was cleaner but again worn down. The hotel seems worn down overall. They did give me a voucher for a free breakfast. I did appreciate the pool, room service, and the Sportsnet channel other than that I would not stay here again.

Staff was execellent. Check in was efficient and pleasant. Rooms were well appointed and clean. East tower was close to highway so lots of traffic noise and the sun came in blazing early in the am so it was curtains closed.

Placed into the incorrect room. Then when placed into the correct room after a lot of confusion from front desk staff, the appropriate room had no AC for the first night. When seeking compensation for the first night I was accused of lying about the AC despite the maintenance person having to get into our ceiling to fix it.

Everything was wonderful!!!! Navy was AMAZING at check-in, he deserves all the gold stars and everything wonderful!!! Our room was clean and comfortable. The neighbors were quiet for the most part, we heard a few slamming doors but it wasnt a big deal. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on. Shower was big and the water pressure was fabulous. My husband and I were very comfortable, very pleased with this hotel.

My room smelled like smoke. It was nasty. I was also annoyed that upon check in at 5pm, there was just one person at the counter and the lines were backed up so it took a while. I'm guessing the manager was taking a break. When I checked in after waiting almost 25 minutes, the other clerk came out. It was annoying, especially when the clerk could clearly that there were a lot of people waiting in line to check in.

The hospitality at this hotel was amazing. Navy,David,& Refugio plus the cleaning staff were so nice and knowledgeable. There are so many restaurants walking distance. Had a great time at the pool.

"A home away from home" is the feeling I receive on a consistent basis at this location. From start to finish this location and its staff members make me feel at home. I love this location because it's always clean, smells very good, and the cookies are always warm and fresh. I would like to recognize Adi, David, Hannah, Sarah, Stephanie, Ashlee, the wait staff, and the cleaning staff of the rooms and not to mention, the gentleman who secure this location. I feel safe at all times. I highly recommend everyone to visit this location...you will not be let down. See you all next month.

The customer service at the hotel was awful. All around from how they checked us in to the disaster at breakfast. I was supposed ti have breakfast included with my hotel stay, which Expedia screwed up (they are not taking responsibility either) so when we went in the lady never told me that i had to pay, and when we're about to leave they hit me with $55 tab and charged my CC. Breakfast wasn't worth a crap either. I explained and they told me to pound sand. Never stay at Hilton again!

I was very disappointed that the hotel did not have a complimentary coffee bar somewhere. $18.00 for breakfast is ridiculous for what is offered. And why not add a coffee table in the lobby somewhere. Coffee in the rooms never meets my cream and sugar needs. I will not stay in this hotel again.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right away. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained. We spent a relaxing afternoon by the family-friendly pool, which was a great way to unwind. Later, we enjoyed dinner and drinks on the patio everything was convenient, comfortable, and the food and cocktails were exceptional. Highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous hotel. Very elegant modern clean. Room for improvement would be the wood trim above. The headboard was covered in dust as where the beautiful artwork on the wall walls. Otherwise everything was perfect. They have a great happy hour with three dollar wine. A very elegant bar and dining area. Nice pool beautiful fire pit that’s 20 feet long. Room was quiet. Bed was good pillows were nice. Big TV good reception. Good Wi-Fi. Wish we could stay another night. Reception was very friendly. They give you chocolate chip cookies to welcome you. Many restaurants within walking distance across the street. Near the expressway, but basically soundproof. Luggage carts to use. Room keys needed even to go in the elevator to ensure safety. There is a fee for parking but I didn’t see that on my bill. Little coffee shop. Buffet breakfast is $18. Would come back anytime. Very attentive front desk. A great place.
