Worst hotel ever!! Falling apart, pool and spa not working and no breakfast even when was included according to reservation

the hotel is under renovation and there are parts that are falling down and it seems that you cannot stay safely, they offer breakfast but they don't and they offer a pool and jacuzzi but the county closed them for security reasons, I overpaid for this hotel because it had breakfast and the pools and I could not use them, the service is not good, in short it is better to look for a cheaper hotel

This property was extremely disappointing. The door had to be man handled to get it open. Then came the rush of the putrid smell of piss. After a 15 hour trip I complained to desk clerk through a window outside, who seemed unwilling to find solution or room, so I said I brought cleaning supplies and febreeze and would deal with it for the night. After returning to room and attempting to clean/deoderize/ unpack I discovered no fridge to store my food. I returned to the outside window to tell the desk clerk. His response was to leave a note for maintenance the next morning. No other room/solution. I returned to this room without other option The next morning all appointments had been moved up without notice so focus was to get cleaned up and out the door. This was a battle no running hot water in sink & shower even with running it several minutes so hygiene was via sink and cold water. After hours of appointments I returned to office - still no refrigerator and food was spoiled. Owner/ manager were uninterested in assisting with another accommodation and clearly had not received requests/complaints or had no intention to resolve any problems. Fridge w/out freezer door, no racks_ privided late evening. I had paid entire reservation in cash at check-in, no refund/room change/other. NO LOBBY/BUS. CENT ETC, BREAKFAST, ICE, HOT TUB/POOL, OR ROOM PHONE. High room rate, extremely poor conditions, no amenities. Staff claim, homless, corporate failure, a fire as reasons

The place looks derelict. When i checked in I was told immediately that the they were doing some renovations. I was also informed that no breakfast was being served. This is an amenity I look for when choosing a hotel. There were pipes across walkways that were trip hazards. As someone with walking issues it forced me to walk off the path to avoid the pipes. The room door handle was loose. The kingsize bed had a hollow divot on one side so the only comfort was to sleep sideways. The office chair was torn up. I am reaching out to Comfort Suites group as the advertising on the website did not specify lay out the renovation issues or the change in amenities as noted when registering. This is false advertising. The price should have reflected this. (Photos wont upload)

The stairwell was loose and the stairwell landing was unsafe and needs immediate repairs

Outside looked like it had been through a explosion. Inside wasn't much better. Wrong size beds and no breakfast buffet. Pool was dirty , jacuzzi was locked up.

Doors, walls, any surface are dirty. It seems it's never cleaned. No pool nor jacuzzi available - due to chemical treatment, we were told. Lobby is locked - a staff only talk to us through a small window. Ice machine is broken. Breakfast is not served due to renovation. There is no renovation - it's a flat lie. The have not been serving breakfast for over a year! Stay away from this facility; it is NOT worth it.

Property was very run-down and exit railings were unsafe. Bathroom shower curtain rod almost out of the wall and hot water took 15 minutes to work. No morning breakfast as indicated on the website, staff stated that breakfast was discontinued 3 years ago. Registration wanted an unrefundable deposit, had to pay for a night I was not staying there in order to leave early and get partial refund. Bad location, right next to a riverbed with homeless people milling around. Staff was hospitable and doing the best they could, but the hotel was in desperate need of restoration. Do not go there.

Homeless living outside the hotel parking, spiders everywhere no dinning area like stated in booking. Pool closed they couldn't find the key.

Property in the middle of rennovation, so it was too lonely. I was wondering if I was the only one in the hotel.

SUPER run down and trash everywhere. Elevator smelled like urine, shower curtain rod was hanging off the wall, doors hard to shut. There is no free breakfast offered here despite being advertised on multiple sites (including their own) if I was staying here more than a night, Id be looking for another hotel

When we were leaving there was a cockroach crawling on the bed. The mattress had red stains, the fridge was disgusting, the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking. Next to us was boarded up like if it was going to collapse.

Needs major renovations, not just a Micky mouse paint job, location is terrible also, excessive traffic noise and druggies partying all night going in and out of the rooms. This hotel shouldn't be allowed to operate due to health & inhumane conditions. Felt ripped off!! Not what they have advertised or what is expected. Definitely not worth $112 a night, not even half of that!! Complete mistake!! Better off sleeping in your car...

The lights in the room don't work, there's a smell of cigarettes, there's a lot of noise, there's very little soap available, I had a very unpleasant night.

This property should be closed. It appears to be housing addicts and families in crisis. The stairs looked unsafe. The elevator sounded like it may malfunction. The hallways and surfaces were filthy. Our room had torn furniture, bedding with holes and stains, brown splattered stains in the bathroom, holes in the doors, unfinished painted walls, dirty outlets. Very horrible experience.

Old facility. Needs remodeling. A few rooms were falling apart, looks like they were collapsing. Dirty old rug outside the rooms. My room's restroom smelled like weed. The blanket wasn't washed because half of it it smelled like woman's perfume. Restroom door falling from the hinges & wouldn't close. Microwave located next to restroom sink & the cord was too far to connect to the outlet. No remote in the room. The front desk made us go for it. Front desk was messy with clutter & boxes. Lady was nice.

A budget hotel that does its job, Stayed here for a fraction of the cost of other local hotels, my mindset going in was it’s somewhere to sleep and shower, that’s exactly what I got, sure the property itself is a little run down but for the price you can’t expect 5* accommodation. My first night wasn’t great due to noisy neighbours(no fault of the hotel) in the connecting room, but a quick chat with reception saw me moved straight to another room which was much quieter, after moving to a new room the only surprise was that the maid service was nothing more than a couple of towels and a toilet roll dropped on the table nearest the door. The advertised breakfast wasn’t mentioned at check in and the breakfast room was piled full of stuff so I’m assuming it’s not available, Overall it did exactly what I wanted it to, would I stay here with my family probably not, but as a basic base for a trip on my own it was fine,

My “non-smoking” room smelled so terribly of cigarette smoke that it was difficult to sleep and I stilled smelled it on my clothes afterwards. The motel was run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. Even the door handle to my room was broken and I got locked out. The shower didn’t have cold water and the curtain rack was broken. Not worth the money, don’t stay here.

The rate per night was good,but it was a bit shabby. I would have liked a better bed. The TV was in working order, but we had a problem getting channels to work. Overall it was alright.

I was there from monday til friday. It was the worst hotel i have ever been in. I booked room with fridge and microwave. No microwave. I ask 3 times for one. Ice machine was broke. I had no hot water the entire time there. I will be in San Bernadino for a couple of months but never will go back there.

The locks did not work, the curtains were falling off the rod, the tiles were loose and broken in the bathroom, the shower rod was falling off the wall. The room had no hot water and the key card kept not working. We had to get our key rest 6 times and only stayed 2nights. Great location but horrible hotel to stay at.

The door handle was broken took use aboit 5 minutes to get intonour room, the tv control did not work the floor felt sticky at some parts their was no hot water coming out of the sink faucet and no water coming out of the shower at all, the room looked like it needs a whole new make over and the out side of the building dose too

It was an ok place, it was loud with a car leaving and coming back bumping music, there was no hair dryer, no tissue, just looks a bit dated.. I was only there for one night thankfully.

Service was good but the physical plant is the tackiest I have encountered in the last 30 years of travel. Front curtains had holes, TV didn't work, bathroom door had been punched in and not repaired, A/C worked but was noisy, the bathtub hot water was installed backwards so that hot was barely after rotating left instead of far left -- it took awhile to figure that out. Maintenance is not a word in the vocabulary of this management group.

First off the front desk did not tell me that you have to pull up on door handle to open, had to go all the way back around and got a different room, and had ants , and the bathtub did not have a stopper to give granddaughter a bath, there was a cover from a razor in drain. No chair to sit in.

I had an issue with the toilet in the room. I reported the issue to management and he was very kind and gave me a new room without hesitation. Great office staff very kind and always make me feel welcome.

All doors look the same when you drive around the property with the check in lobby located in the back of the building. Called the front desk, no one answered.

Need a refund. I stopped by on August 4 to check in. Nobody was in the office. I called (909) 888-4827 THREE TIMES - no answer. There was an emergency number (909) 352-1136 to which I called and this number was disconnected. I walked around the site looking for some evidence of staff. There was nobody that I could find. So why would the office be left unattended? I need a refund.

Bed was clean and made. Staff was very nice. Rest of room was dirty and graffiti on objects in room. Part of balcony falling down. Homeless people sleeping on property. Advertised free break fast but not offered due to Covid. Lots of trash on outside of property.

I will not return to this hotel. Checking in was great but the hotel is dirty on the outside, the elevator smelled like urine. As we walked into the room, there was a chair that had a large part of the upholstery gone and it was dirty, please throw it away. The hotel has a pool, but it was out of service and my husband and I wanted coffee and a little something to eat and “due to Covid” no breakfast as advertised.

The stay was ok, but the room had issues, window screen broken in one corner, paint spots in walls either missing or different color, shower eschucheon loose and hole showing in wall, desk chair broken on the surface, lights plastic with debris inside and other issues, and the breakfast was supposed to be included, but because remodel work was no breakfast at all, so web lied to us.

Does not have included breakfast since 2020, and there’s no hot tub also

No breakfast…..property not maintained….would never recommend to anyone
