Stayed 1 night

The good first. The water pressure and the ac worked great. The bad. I reserved an accesable room. When I got to the property they checked me in and said nothing about the fact that it was not an accessible room until after they took my room deposit for the night. Cash only. It was late and I did not want to search for another hotel So I accepted the room. Then my plans changed and I needed to check out 2 hrs later than time. I went back to the office spoke with the manager he said it would be fine. In room door frame damaged can see light around the door. Sheets thin, comforter thin, no blanket. Burn holes in comforter. Now the manager/owners of the property that were there seem to be a couple. The next morning at checkout time we get pounding on door check out time. I said we have late checkout. She screams no late checkout. I advised spoke with other person manager advised last night he said it was OK. She goes away. He comes back later saying no late checkout. I say we spoke last night and you said it was fine. Made it seem like no issue especially due to room issue of not holding reservation He says no have to pay 30 for late checkout. At that point not ready to leave was just out of the shower so said fine. Get ready go to leave and the is broken glass in the parking lot behind my car/wheels. As I go to heck out give back key and TV remote. Ask for them to clean glass so I do not get flat tire. They refused I had to borrow broom from house keeping and do it.

Stayed 1 night

I'm not too picky but honestly I was very disappointed of my stay. All the rooms smelled horrible like smoke, even the non-smoking ones. The floor was dirty. And to top it off there was a major leak from the roof inside the restroom to the point were the restroom was not able to be used. I respectfully approached the staff regarding the issue and they couldn't accommodate my family and I to another room and gave me towels to clean the flood inside the restroom. Honestly the worst hotel experience ever.
