The hotel was under construction and was very noisy during the day. On the last night of a 3 night stay I was moved to an upper floor away from the noise. No clear indication that the hotel was under construction was given prior to making the reservation on Hotels.com

I selected Hilton because I am a Peloton rider and want to work out when I travel. Unfortunately the bike was not working. I confirmed with the front desk that it was not working. I was disappointed that I could mot get a work out in during my stay.

The overall experience was surprisingly terrific. The staff all courteous and helpful. The room was perfectly furnished. I had a nice view from my window (which I was able to open for fresh air). The gym contained high quality equipment. I was grateful I booked my room at this hotel.

Hotel smelled like fresh construction from their ongoing remodel, not their fault really but it was a strong smell in the room and halls. Noise started early. The first night we arrived it was late and we ordered food from the restaurant. I was waiting for our order to be ready and the solo line cook was licking his fingers as he cooked. Not cool.

By the time I got to this hotel I had been up for 31 hours and was exhausted. The clerk was nice enough to get me a room near the elevator. I immediately showered and got ready for bed but when I turned back the covers the sheets had stains all over that side of the bed, even though they smelled fresh, so I went to the other side of the bed. When I turned back the covers there were little black things on the bed. It looked like mouse droppings. Absolutely gross!

Beds were too hard. No services unless requested (no pandemic anymore). Trash in the stairwell not picked after 4 days (when we left). Front desk staff either inexperienced or curt.

The property is in pretty good standing and in a nice area. The room I stayed in had really old bed that almost sank to the floor when I laid in it. It was very uncomfortable.

We liked the recent room remodel and window blinds. However, in the bathroom the placement of the toilet paper dispenser in relation to the toilet made for a somewhat awkward reach back. We were also disappointed that the air conditioner/heater was still the old noisy unit that wakes us at night when it comes on.

Unfortunately the people next to us were smoking in the room and made the fire alarm go off in tbe middle of the night - also caused our room to smell like cigarettes because it vented into our room from the bathroom vent and connecting door - property was nice but one persons choices made it undesirable for us I would have though they would kick them out after the alarm went off but they let them stay for the remainder of the weeken

This is where I usually stay as it’s close to where I need to be. I’ve always had a seamless stay. Quiet and convenient. I lost the first nights sleep due to the toilet running. They fixed it in the am and all was good.

This is (at least) our fourth time staying here. Through all of our visits, Sheena and the front desk staff have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The property is centrally located with loads of nearby shops, restaurants, and anything else we may need during our stay. Will definitely be back.

The Only reason my review is not excellent is because when we first arrived after a LONG Car drive I was scolded by the Front Desk Lady about my Daughter (who drove up earlier with a team member) for asking to get a key to our room prior to my husband and I arriving. It was over the top and unnecessary. I was already tired and irritated about traffic, driving, my daughter calling me every 45 min to see when we would be arriving and the last thing I need was for someone going on and on about Policy and Procedures. I finally had to interrupt and tell her that I didn't care and I was here now so it was irrelevant. Other than this, the Bartender/Service in the restaurant was amazing, the room was great and we had an excellent time.

After a 10 hour flight we got to the hotel for them to tell me that they oversold the their rooms and my daughter had to sleep on a roll a way. NOT HAPPY!! Why did I bother to make a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds ifHilton doesn’t honor that reservation!!!!!!! I made this reservation 3 months ago!!!!

Our stay was flawless from start to finish. The customer service agent who checked us in was friendly and professional. He was very respectful of our service dog. We loved the snack shop downstairs. The breakfast manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had great options. We opted to just pay the 9$/kid and us adults just had leftovers from dinner and free coffee because 24/person for adults was more than we wanted since we weren't very hungry. Lastly, when we were a little slow in the morning they granted us a late check-out with no charge and no hassle. Even though they were doing renovations it didn't really affect our stay and overall the hotel was very quiet. We did not try the pool, I'm not sure if it was heated or not.

$19 for breakfast? Seriously? That's really dumb especially at the price point we're paying. It's cheap and it's nickel and diming your customers to death! BAD Policy! Front desk staff said they took for the info to the manager which I take his code for I'm not going to do it darn thing about this. Too many other options to consider staying at this property again if they're going to keep up with this dumb policy. Plus, the property was undergoing significant renovations so they could have really done a solid for their customers by waving the $19 fee.
