Best Western Inn & Suites San Mateo - San Francisco Airport

Very noisy with the motorway and strong smell everywhere in the hotel. Expensive for the level of service.

Everything was great except one thing . We were staying in #226 The Latino neighbor was having a music party all night long , till about 1:05 am We only stayed one night , not sure if this is an every night thing ? If it is ! Then the property will need to consider installing double paneled window to block the noise .

This hotel isn't out at scenic Coyote Point, it's right on the 101 freeway -- right on it. I had one of the quieter rooms (requested it), but it didn't much matter. Bring your earplugs! And this property is pretty dated and needs a refresh. Great staff though! Rating should be about 8.2.

Room was very clean. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Parking ok.

Nice staff, answered all questions and were helpful in getting around the area. Rooms were clean and quiet if you were away from the freeway.
