Great hotel near Santa Monica beach. If you are looking for a luxury feel, great amenities with very kind and helpful staff, Miramar hotel might be just the place for you. We only stayed for one night which was too short for a place like this.

Stayed with my wife and 2 kids (12,7). Great location with easy access to local attractions, good pool for the kids, and great restaurant for adults to sneak away.

The property in the location are great as well as the grounds. However, the rooms are tired and need renovations. The carpets are very dirty. The balcony chairs were broken and the air-conditioning didn’t really work properly. The property doesn’t justify the price they charge nor does it live up to the Fairmont standard compared to other properties around the country or the world and is overpriced for what you get. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but as indicated above, the property is in need of a renovation.
