This hotel has a really nice free breakfast. The pool was cold, we heard the heater was broken.The hotel was not busy, yet they gave us a room with a view of other rooms right across from us when they could have given us a pool view. We had a king suite so why give us one in the corner with a crappy view when the hotel was very empty mid week?

I was met with the fact that I couldn't get a downstairs room with the jacuzzi tub I had reserved. I am disabled and there was no elevator to my room I had to climb stairs with four suitcases. I went in and asked the front desk if there was an elevator or any easier way they told me no I told them I misplaced my keys they told me I should find them. I called later in the night to tell him the Wi-Fi wasn't working they said it worked everywhere else but in my room. It was one of the most miserable nights I've had it was noisy and without Wi-Fi I couldn't really run thru any of the business stuff I had to do that night. I was not presented a bag when I arrived and I'm the Best Western member. I almost left in the middle of the night just because of how uncomfortable I was.

Front desk was friendly and helpful when we needed pool towels and our room key fixed. Great to cool off in the pool (that area needs some cleaning!). Parking was easy and the hotel is well located. Thank you!

The hotel is very nice! The rooms face a nice courtyard with a pool, grass and a walking path. I travel with my dog so pick hotels based more on that first. I had a ground level room with my own patio to the courtyard so makes it super easy for taking her out for a walk/potty breaks. The room was spacious, modern, and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary hot breakfast was also pretty impressive! I would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet and convenient. Plenty of parking just a bit difficult getting into entrance due to traffic light less than 150’ from entrance. Fingers crossed you have a courteous driver that lets you turn into the main entrance as there is no designated turning lane to access entrance driveway.

The carpets look like the original carpets with no cleaning. The arms on the chair have big wear spots. The room smelled like old cigarettes. The staff was good. Check in was quick and the food staff during breakfast kept everything stocked, ready and clean.

The room had very nice linens and offered a bath rather than only a shower. Or room was on the 1st floor and we were poolside and had a small patio with table and chairs which was part of our room. I was very happy to see that the bathroom was extremely clean. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful with all questions. Also the gardeners kept the grounds very nice with fresh flowers growing in our planter on our patio. The breakfast was great with a full array of options, eggs, meat, waffles, oatmeal and lots of fresh fruit including 3 types of berries which most buffet breakfasts only have raisins or dries cranberries. Only improvement I could suggest is new carpets as they are dated.

Actually, I got there extremely late in the day, so I did not get to enjoy the facilities much. This was a business trip, and I liked the comfortable office chair and the large desk so I could do some paperwork late into the night. The Keruig coffee pot was next to me, so it was convenient to make coffee while reading. The room was exceptionally clean, and the sheets and blankets were bleached white with a fresh smell. In the shower, it was fully supplied with large full containers of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There was a larger sized refrigerator and microwave for my food. The front desk staff were extremely nice and accommodating.

Nice, friendly staff. Conveniently located off the freeway, but far enough away so you didn't feel like you're right off the freeway. Starbucks is next door with some eateries across the street. The grounds are really nice, but honestly this is just a big motel. And unfortunately, the rooms are showing their age. We had the suite with the jacuzzi tub, which seemed like a great idea until we saw the room. The tub is in the main room. No privacy, no fan, just a tub right when you walk into the room. My husband took our kid to get dinner so I could have some privacy and I ended up turning the entire room into a sauna. Not quite the relaxation I was hoping for. The couch was worn thin and the little balcony was really dirty. I think with a some love and a furniture update, this could be a great place to stay a few days.

Appearance-wise, the hotel was very good. The complementary breakfast bar was one of the best I've seen. My only complaint was that repeated attempts could not connect to the internet, and the indications I had were that the hotel's connection was not sufficiently secure. The front desk said most people had no such problem, but conceded that other guests had complained similarly.

First of all the room is very strange. Who would put a big bathtub in the living room? Does anyone use that? Also one of the sinks is very poorly designed with the faucet almost at the edge making it hard to wash your hand. Most importantly, our keys repeatedly stopped working. I had to replace my room key 6 times. Twice it stopped working between the front desk and my room. This clearly needs to get updated.

The staff were nice and everything worked. Didn't seem to encounter any problems during the stay, from check-in to checkout. The only real downside was the mattress. It was not comfortable at all and we didn't sleep well, which affected our following day plans, unfortunately. But overall we enjoyed the hotel and it was decent. Good parking. Easy access to highway. The breakfast was decent but not amazing.

The pics were a little deceiving. This is a pretty old hotel. Not the most clean and could use some updating. We could hear our neighbors talking. But in a good location and the staff was wonderful and kind!

I would like to request a full refund for last nights stay. The person in the room right next to us ( room 237) at 2am started blasting music so loud the walls were shaking. My son and husband were all woken up. I immediately called the front desk they said they would take care of the issues. The music, shouting, slamming doors, and yelling never stopper. I called the front desk again at 3am and said the music, screaming and loud talking still hasn’t stopped. The front desk woman, Shauna, said she was sorry there is nothing she could do. She tried calling the room and knocking on the door they wouldn’t answer. At 3:30am Shauna offered to move myself and my family since the music and screaming never stopped but at that point my whole family was up and exhausted from hardly getting any sleep. I told Shauna I would like a refund since we hardly got any sleep and still nothing had been done about the music. I even told her when we checked out at 4am that the music and yelling was still going on and she said there was nothing she could do. Shauna told me to contact Expedia regarding a refund because I made the reservation though Expedia.

We walked into the hotel on our anniversary, looking forward to a night away from our kids. We were told at the counter that we were not allowed to stay at the hotel because we lived to close to the hotel. We were trying to stay close because my wife’s parents were stay at our house with our kids. Once we left, we called trying to work something out but we wer told no manager was on site and nothing could be done. We called Expedia 3 times and we were disconnected each time. The hotel said we would have to contact Expedia for our refund.

Rooms each have a semi private patio area facing their courtyard that is beautifully landscaped. Their breakfast was really good. Different offerings from day to day. The staff was extremely helpful and quickly resolved my issues.

Overnight stay. Motel was overpriced for condition. Door key did not work the whole stay. We went to a wedding and it was supposed to be fixed when we came back and it was not. At 11:30 pm we had to wait over 40 minutes to get into our room. Toilet also flooded. I called maintenance. It took a second call 30 minutes later to get it fixed. The whole experience was bad especially since it was $250.00 a night.

Motel quality at Marriott pricing. This stay soured my impression of Best Western. The area immediately around the "hotel" (and I use this term loosely) is unsafe. There\'s a a cannabis shop and Goodwill next door attracting unsafe characters. Case in point, we were woken up in the very early morning around 4:30 AM by some argument being had by clearly under the influence folks... either a drug deal or other activity happening. The hotel itself looks like a cheaply converted motel that was barely remodeled or done with incredibly cheap material. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Don\'t put your family\'s health at risk. Best Western markets "Plus" as a premium stay when in reality it\'s a step down.

I was happy with my choice to stay here which was based in part on others reviews. Easy access right off freeway & lots of nearby food choices. The full breakfast buffet was really impressive! Sliced fruit in addition grab & go apples, bananas & oranges. Eggs or Omelettes, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereals, pancakes & waffles with toppings. Not quite as happy with the service. When I checked in the person behind the counter did not even look up or acknowledge me until I finally said hello. Once I did that she was very friendly & efficient, but it was very odd not to be greeted at all. The shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in the shower are all those squeeze dispensers and here they were covered with a nice little wine country mural. I thought “how cool is that!” Well, not quite as cool when you get in the shower & are soaking wet when you realize the shower gel one is completely empty. I would stay here again, but I’ll check the shower stuff before I get in!

The Pro's were: * Limitless hot water...took a fabulous bath in my tub. *Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and clean.. I slept straight through the night. *Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice...scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruit sweet treats. *Very convenient location. The Con's were: *My upstairs room was a hike from the pool and the balcony views were a tree and a partial pool view. *There was no hair conditioner or hair dryer. *There were a few shady characters hanging around the parking lot for a prolonged time. Could have done without that. It's a good spot for an overnight. Not sure I'd stay again unless I couldn't find anything else.

I really like this propery. The breakfast was the best spread ive had at a best western and ive stayed at quite a few. The only thing id mention is that the doors to the rooms dont close without a little but of effort. Also the keys demagmatize really quickly. An inconvenience, but nothing anyone can help.
