Nice comfortable courtyard. A fire pit and seating to enjoy drinks and appetizers from the bar. And at night they offer a s’more tray.

The bed was incredibly terrible! The only reason we would come back here is the fact the literally everything was 4-5 stars and the mattress was negative, actually, worse than that!! With that being said, we should rate this place as a zero, since honestly when you travel, all you except is nice, comfortable bed. this place missed bed comfort by more than a long shot!!! A manager should have to endure the worst night of their lives by actually tossing and turning all night! We stayed 3 nights and are absolutely exhausted!!

First the good news. The bed was very comfortable as were the bed linens. Bathroom toiletries were nice. swimming pool was enjoyable. Now for the problems. I don't mind paying extra for amenities or parking, but you need to make sure that you're providing the things promised. Parking lot was overfilled, Every time I returned to the hotel I had to use the extended parking which is just dirt and rocks. In the $35 per day extra charge, the HDMI cable in my room was disconnected . I was not able to access streaming. No water or robe in the room and when I asked at the front desk they said it's by request only. There is no signage in the room nor any information on the website that would indicate you needed to request those amenities. And it seemed tacky to have namebrand water for sale in the room for $8/bottle. I scanned the QR code for room service and clicked on the app. It only listed the hours and you cannot get beyond to menu or place order. On Sunday night I went to the "Sonoma Café" which turns out to just be a walk up bar where you need to place your order. My sister and I arrived there shortly after 5:30 PM and we're told to chef was on a 30 minute . And not enough tables. Hotel seems to be suffering financially and needs upgrades.

They use hidden fees to make the per night rate look lower than it actually is.

Loved the proximity to everything. We booked the larger ground floor room with porch to courtyard. It was very nice. We liked the bar and the separate restaurant. Smores at night was a nice touch.
