No swimming pool, which we could live without. No hair dryer in the room, which irritated my wife. The bathroom fan didn't work. There was no ice machine on site. We couldn't get any TV stations to come in, through the channel information appeared. The beds were on metal frames which squeaked when you moved around on the bed. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. This place is okay for a cheap one-night stay but if you are on vacation forget about it.

Good value, especially the breakfast options. Understand motel was being renovated.

No elevator for handicapped and heavy luggage

Last minute reservation for a quick stay. Not that bad for a budget hotel, but not great either. We got what we expected. Adequate shower, but worn out bed HVAC worked. No elevator in the hotel - only two stories.

The property looked like it was under construction. I chose this because it offered a work out room but it was used as a storage.

No elevator and no one offered to help me carry my luggage!

Clean, bright interior. Quiet location. No pool, the workout room was closed, there is no place to sit outside unless you like the metal bench in the parking lot. No elevator.

Clean room but the mattress had some broken springs. There was a lot of construction going on so I know they are working to make improvements. Ice machine broken. Continental breakfast minimal.

The hotel didn’t have an elevator, the walls are very thin. Also they have a displaced person living outside in the bushes. We unfortunately passed while they were reliving themselves in said bushes.

It was clean. But you have 2 floors with zero handicap access and I requested a comendation for a disabled person.

Property was filthy. Linen on the bed was stained in several places. There was trash in the hallway and on the carpet. It was obvious the property was not cleaned for a long time. Carpets were dirty throughout the hallways.

Mold in bathroom. Rude front desk.

Staff was very nice and helpful. However, our room was not that great. There were large stains all over the carpet, a hole in the wall and in the shower on the ceiling was water damage that created mold and a hole in the ceiling. Would be nice to stay in a room that felt cleaner especially traveling with young children.

The bedsheets in the room were dirty. And the awful smell in the hallways. Will not stay there again and will sure not recommend it.

Like that there was a sink in the room. Did not like the dirty toilet, hair on the shower wall, and the dirty replacement towels

The staff Mizzia is very nice and helpful, the room is also clean, parking lot is safe

Staff was friendly. Everything was clean except for the carpet in the lobby, hallways, and stairs. Those areas needed a vacuuming. Unfinished painted walls in indoor public areas. The room itself was nice and clean. I don’t remember hearing neighbors from the room even though I could hear them when we were in the hallway. Not enough towels for the 3 people I made a reservation for but they were easy to obtain. Lastly the TV went out in the whole hotel on the second night. Overall not bad for the money and would stay again.

Very quick check in and the room is spacious and clean. Also very quiet.

Carpet hallway dirty

Bathroom was not very cleaned, towels had black stains and also our sheets seemed to have a odd order almost like sweat

I checked in around 9:30 pm with no issues. My room was had no amentities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker) other than a tv which did not work. I phoned the desk from the room phone and reported the tv issue. A motel staffer came to my room with several remote controllers to operate the tv but none worked. He asked me to return to check-in.with him for another room. I issued a key for the adjacent room. The room had a tv, microwave oven, coffee maker and a fridge. Everything worked but the fridge, which was actually very warm. I just left my water bottles on the desktop because the room tempeture was much cooler than the fridge's tempeture.

Good hotel accommodations. Noisy 2nd floor above: stomping and dragging…luggage? 6pm-2am, next door: slamming open and close of door, cell phone: excessive talking in the hallway.

This is an older property that has had some upgrades, however, the walls are thin, the hallways were not vacuumed. The morning breakfast was almost nothing. We were able to hear our neighbors phone conversation clearly. Doors slamming at all hours. Unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend.

I didn’t like the bed. It was hard and grinded.

At first the room door was jammed, but the clerk happily came and unjammed it for us.

The queen bed I stayed in was terrible. It was very stiff and squeaked anytime I moved. It’s seems as they are still using the box springs from the 90’s. The room was very clean. I am very surprised the ratings were so high. It is a basic hotel in my opinion, not worth 4 or 5 stars. The breakfast was below average. L I would not stay here again simply because of the bed.

Although it was clean inside and staff was friendly, there was a major issue with the door. Even though it was green, cannot open it unless you pulled the handle in and the push off the door with your whole body to open. That’s what we learned to do. The staff was notified at check in at about 4 pm and had to help us get in. Staff said will make a note for maintenance to work on the door. The next day, the day staff also noted that the door maintenance need had been entered twice. However the door did not get fixed. We always had to have one person inside to let the other person in just in case. Second, on the day we were supposed to check out, the key already did not work after breakfast at 9am, even though check out was 11. We had to have it re-activated. When we went to the staff to get it re-activated, the staff was cleaning off a few tables in the breakfast room. She asked us to wait until she had finished cleaning the tables. Although the cleaning didn’t take long, that’s not what good customer service should look like. Customers should we first, especially when there was no one in the breakfast room.

Basic, clean hotel. Tgis was a spontaneous trip for us and as a last minute room it was fine. Very thin walls and ceiling. We heard everything above us.

Excellent costumer service

I checked in and they gave me someone else’s room , I walked in on a family smh ! They gave me a room with out a couch !!! Horrible experience I will never be back

The person I checked in with, Isabel, I think her name was, what a rude person. I understand the hotel policies, but there are ways to say them. I work in customer service and it's important that the people who come to the business where I work are happy while they are there and leave happy so they come back. These last two weeks, for personal reasons, I've had to stay in hotels, and of the ones I found, I really liked this one, but after this experience, I'm thinking about going back.

Squeaky beds and ac . ac around the horel was off the whole time . Only one ice machine by the lobby . Stairs ..you need to carry your luggage up throught the stairs . Stained old mattresses . Smelly rooms . Never again Staff always on their personal phones you in and out they dont even say good morning.. rude Besides the tall hispanic lady with curly hair . Never staying there again

There was next to no water preassure, the plug in the sink didn't close. the internet was incredible low, most of the time not working at all. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything and some guests were loud! It is not a nice area in general, a lot of homeless people around. I am not picky but this was too much.

Location of the Hotel is right off the freeway 101 and easy to find. The room was clean, comfortable. Nice place to stay!

Quiet, clean, centrally located. Shower didnt work but was aware they are going to under go renovations. All the necessary boxes are ticked :)

Great location there was homeless around the area and property. Also the property had a really bad smell and the door were hard to open to get into the room with the key.

The location of the hotel is not close to any nice eatery.

Okay place to stay for 2 nights in Santa Rosa. I had no issues with the hotel but would probably choose a hotel in a better location next time.

I came here to stay with my son who is 8 years old. Came to santa rosa to take my son to the big bounce house of america event for the kids. And i also took him to other places to play in Santa rosa. He loved it, he did not wanna leave. He wanted us to stay a little more. But im happy my son enjoyed the time we had. Nothing bad about this hotel. Friendly staff that works there. The location not the best because its near places where there can be too much noise and at night loud music from restaurant nearby. I dont mind noise, but my son doesnt sleep well when theres lots of noise. For my son probably next time will choose a better location. And the last night i woke up to my phone ringing at like 1am. And someone knocked on my door really hard and loud which is so disrespectful in my opinion because of the time and it scared me a bit because of the time and it was midnight. Im alone with my son so it scared me when i heard my door being banged hard and loud. I had sleep music and maybe it was loud but i put that for my son to help him sleep because of all the noise from outside. Its not like i have party music. I did turn it down a bit. But if the sleeping music was the issue why could they not wait until morning to come knock and say something. Not calling my room disturbing my sons sleep and mine and scaring me in the middle of the night. The other guests can sleep its just sleeping music. Its not like a movie or party music blasting high and loud. choosing better next tim

It was fine except for the breakfast. Everything was out when i got there.

Odd lighting configuration, switch only on one side of king bed. No hair dryer in room and no mention of them available at front desk. Breakfast eggs consumed and never replenished.

Property is rather old. Walls have lots of spots that need to be touched up and the carpets are very dirty. When I got to breakfast, there were empty dishes of sausage and nobody ever came into refill. There was never any hot water for tea or chocolate or anything. Just not up to par. Won’t stay there again.

Would have been perfect if there was enough food on-hand for the breakfast: I got to the dining room about 0730 and they were already out of eggs and sausage. several other people asked the attendant and they said they were all out. Seems weird that early.
