Absolutely wonderful place to stay! I’ve stayed at several properties in Santa Rosa. This place is better, by far, than most other places. Safe parking lot, clean and comfy room, and fantastically friendly staff. I’ll be back!

Fantastic staff, very welcoming. Rooms feel fairly modern and clean with comfortable beds. This property is adjacent to a noisey highway and someone was being arrested in the parking lot when I arrived. Not a touristy area, but an okay budget place to stay if near Napa. The lights outside at night are very bright white light. This may be good for security, but the room was difficult to darken at night, even with blackout shades, and made it difficult to sleep. Perhaps with a sleep mask and ear plugs; though, outside light and noise may not be an issue.

The room and staff were great. My only complaint is how the parking lot and outside areas are so brightly lite. Even with blackout curtains, light comes in over and under the window. This causes the room will be as bright as though it was daylight. My husband was able to sleep. But as I need it to be dark, I wasn't able to sleep at all.

Staff was excellent and room was very clean and nice, with a comfortable bed. Parking was convenient. The manager was very nice about allowing our daughter (not a guest) to park her car in the motel lot for a day while we spent the day hiking with her. In-room coffee was only so-so.

The hotel was recently built. It was quiet, despite being close to the 101. It was conveniently located on Santa Rosa Ave. The manager and staff were very friendly. The property was well maintained and had security cameras and lighting for the parking area. Very quiet.

This has been my third time staying at the Travelodge. Overall, I'm happy with the experience. However, this time wasn't pleasant as there was bugs in the bathroom and around the carpet leading to the bathroom. It was too late in the morning to complain.

This was our second stay here. It's a perfect spot to be close to our family. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that took me by total surprise was the carpet in room #102 was extremely dirty. I took a shower walked on the carpet 2 times to go to the bathroom my feet were so black I had to wash them again. The wash cloth I used was black now. I showed my wife , she couldn't believe it. Everything was great outside of that one thing. It doesn't mean we won't use Travel Lodge again. I just wanted to mention it so maybe it can be cleaned up for the next guest.

The window coverings are not light proof, and allow too much light into room. I also did not appreciate flat sheets used in place of fitted sheet. Lastly, room needed a tray of some sort to eat on, or use laptop with. Oh, and I also found the cool white light bulbs in lamps, to be very displeasing when in the room.

This is a modest, but perfect-for-what-we-needed motel. The building/rooms look as if they've been renovated/remodeled from the ground-up: walls, paint, trim, doors, bathroom, furnishings are all clean, crisp, and contemporary. The king-size bed was comfortable and nicely dressed with a substantial comforter, blanket and sheets (some hotels really skimp on the bed coverings, and I have to use whatever extra blankets they supply, if any.) Our room was quite small—given the size of the bed, my husband and I had to wait turns to pass through to the other side of the room. And the hotel is located on a busy street, so traffic noise was sometimes loud. But the manager had taken care to not fill rooms next to ours (as long as they had space to spare) so overall, our stay was exceedingly quiet. And the managers were great! Friendly, attentive, thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice folks. This is a nice hotel, recently remodeled. However, the walls are paper thin and it sounds like the pipes creak, and the walls make a cracking sound constantly throughout the night. Sometimes it’s a little more intermittent, but it never stops. It’s impossible to sleep, even with earplugs.

We stayed two nights while a family member had a medical procedure done. The room was comfortable, clean and appeared to be upgraded. It was conveniently located to the 101 freeway but did have some traffic noise from the adjoining street. The heater and refrigerator were pretty noisy when cycling.

Newly renovated small hotel with about 25 rooms. Rooms are nicely appointed, clean, and cozy. Managers are incredibly nice and helpful — they even provide complimentary snacks & water daily. Great location by freeway, but rooms are super quiet. Security cameras everywhere so it felt safe. Mattresses & pillows aren’t the most comfortable, but bedding was comfy and cozy. Easy and free parking. Microwave, fridge & coffee maker in the room. Climate control worked well. Only negatives were a rude housekeeping woman who wouldn’t service our room because our schedule didn’t suit her (she scowled at us), and a constant dripping noise over our heads from a leaking pipe in the ceiling. Also would have liked a door knob hanging tag to indicate desire for housekeeping service or do not disturb.

We waited 40 minutes in a line outside to get checked in. The office wasn’t prepared for multiple people at the same time. There was a huge sign on the door saying no early check-ins that day, which seems like it may be a bad idea when you have to check in five groups at check-in time. If you can’t do early check-ins, you should have a better system- more computers and more staff- to check in guests. Also- this is definitely a minimum amenities motel. Clean and updated, and did the job.

It was great. The owner checked us in and he was so friendly and kind. We had an issue with our tv snd he personally came and fixed it for us.100% recommend this place!

Right off the freeway and convenient to wine country locations. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Pleasant staff at check in. Quiet while we were there and the fridge and microwave in the room worked. Also has ice machine and vending machines on site.

The hotel was recently built. It was quiet, despite being close to the 101. It was conveniently located on Santa Rosa Ave. The manager and staff were very friendly. The property was well maintained and had security cameras and lighting for the parking area. Very quiet.

Newly renovated small hotel with about 25 rooms. Rooms are nicely appointed, clean, and cozy. Managers are incredibly nice and helpful — they even provide complimentary snacks & water daily. Great location by freeway, but rooms are super quiet. Security cameras everywhere so it felt safe. Mattresses & pillows aren’t the most comfortable, but bedding was comfy and cozy. Easy and free parking. Microwave, fridge & coffee maker in the room. Climate control worked well. Only negatives were a rude housekeeping woman who wouldn’t service our room because our schedule didn’t suit her (she scowled at us), and a constant dripping noise over our heads from a leaking pipe in the ceiling. Also would have liked a door knob hanging tag to indicate desire for housekeeping service or do not disturb.

Customer service was absolutely outstanding. The entire place is newly renovated, so the condition was clean and very comfortable. I loved the size of the bathroom and the sliding door added an elevated chic feel. Beds were super comfy! Also had an amazing location and easy to get to. Right next to the freeway, and within a 2 minute drive, there’s Costco, Costco gas, and tons and tons of foods and restaurants to grab a meal at or bring back to the room. Price was also right. The only thing was at the first night, both towels had black stains and markings, and the top bed sheet had yellow stains and so it did feel dirty and unhygienic. But when housekeeping was done the next day, the towels we got were very clean, so I guess it depends on who was in charge of doing laundry at the time. The bedsheets under the covers were clean so I guess that made it feel ok to sleep in. Other than that, the hotel was great. We stayed over the weekend and it somehow brought a large group of guys who ended up littering and hanging outside their rooms making it feel intimidating to walk back to our room. This has nothing to do with the way the hotel was being run—it’s got to do with other guests. So if you’re a guest reading this, can you please not be such a nuisance? Thanks. Overall a pleasant day and would return again!

The room was clean, bright and updated. It was in a busy area close to a lot of agopping. The barn door was a bit inconvenient as it got stuck being closed all the way and took somwonw having to help get.me out. The area with vending machines only had sodas not snacks which there were a few in my room, just not any I could eat..

We have been in several hotels over the last couple of weeks. This one had the best bed, drive up access, and was close to everything. The coffee was meh and no breakfast, but for the price you can't beat it!

Staff was excellent and room was very clean and nice, with a comfortable bed. Parking was convenient. The manager was very nice about allowing our daughter (not a guest) to park her car in the motel lot for a day while we spent the day hiking with her. In-room coffee was only so-so.

The person at the desk was awesome. The hotel doesn't look very extravagant but the person at the desk sure made up for it. He gave us great advice on dinner and knew where to charge our Tesla closeby. Tesla was telling us the chargers were 15 miles away. The room was a little low on towels.The hotel can be a little more generous with the towels.

Room space is good, clean, TV channels has many to select. The bed is full size, not good for 4 adults. Only the show area has water flow out to floor from the edge when using it. But for all, is good.

Convenient location causes us to book a room on multiple occasions. Room is nicely updated but the body soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Issue was reported at check out. Parking spaces can be a challenge. Complimentary bottle of water, one granola bar and package of cheezit crackers was nice but it would have been nice to ask how many people would be in the room at check in and providing enough items for everyone.
