We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately the pool was out of order our last day. We would definitely stay here again.

Dirty and run down. Guy was yelling at the employee when I got there about the service. Room felt unsecure, open doors, hallways and elevators gave access to public. Adjoining room door didn’t close well… and at some above me took a shower and it sounded like a tornado was flying through my room for over 20 mins. Sheets and beds felt dirty, bathroom was gross

There was really nothing about this hotel/motel to like other than the quick check in the rooms were not kept very well, how’s the bed was comfortable. Their pillow leave much to be desired and the bathroom was dirty. A lot of traffic all night long. Did not book a room that faces the street

Our room was very clean and felt very spacious. The staff was courteous and professional. There were several baseball teams of 6-7 year olds and the staff was patient and accepting. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Very warm and helpful staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, amazing breakfast, clean exercise room, and very convenient next to the 118, parks and food! Cons: Our A/C unit struggled, the property layout was odd with some rooms facing out and some inward towards the courtyard/pool (other rooms), Nonheated pool!

If you are going to visit the Ronald Reagan Library, this hotel is perfectly located! The staff was friendly. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best free breakfast we have had. Will definitely stay here next time we are up this way.

Check-in girl was presumptive and rude (thought she was being cute but it was actually rude). Breakfast was limited and cream for coffee was spoiled. The smell of pot was noxious, and although room was clean, bed was uncomfortable and walkways/breezeways had lots of trash. Will not stay there again. Do not recommend.

Easy on/off for the freeway. Room was clean and comfortable, with the exception of waking up to a wet spot on the carpet around the mini frig. When I reported it, the front desk girl didn't seem surprised, so it must be a problem they have with the refrigerators. But there was no mildew smell, so they must take care of it quickly. Breakfast area was clean and food was good, but not as hot as we would have liked...warm to cool.

We've stayed at this hotel before, room was clean, people were nice. The breakfast area, was very nice, very clean area. The ladies were constantly refilling food trays and would clean off used tables almost immediately. We were impressed.

The room was clean but the bathroom needs updating especially the toilet and tub The carpet was flat and the color did not make it too appealing. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Didnt expect a five star breakfast but a change on the menu could be considered.

The initial room we were offered smelled strongly of mildew. We went back to the front desk and requested another room, which was provided, and when we opened that one it was exactly the same. We notified the front desk we were going to have to seek another hotel, and left. When we subsequently requested a refund through Expedia, the hotel declined saying that we had not let them know we were leaving. Do not recommend. Initial experience was bad, and even given the opportunity make it good, they chose not to.
