The steam room and hot tub were a pleasant surprise. Very clean. The rooms are newly updated and the fireplace was nice to have in January! Will definitely be staying again !

When we got to hotel they said pool was closed for the month, I actually called in advance they said all construction was finished. Otherwise we would’ve stayed some where else. No pool, no bar, no vending no ice machine until our last day there. No room phone breakfast consisted of frozen burritos & muffins. So we didn’t get anything that was stated. Plus they charged us for parking which was in the hotel parking ridiculous!!

This is the only hotel we visited so far that had a steam room and jacuzzi. The rooms are nice and cozy. This is also one of the properties that my husband didn’t complain about the pillows being too flat. Good times

All in all, a great experience! Rooms are updated and spacious. Hot tub, pool and a firetable outside. Areas to improve: parking is $10 a day and we did not see this on the website. Otherwise, Angela at the front desk was so informative and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

When you pay in excess of $225 per room per night the additional $10 per day parking fee is just greed! If they want to control outsiders from parking on their property simply give each checked in guess the parking permit.

This was a late booking for the Memorial Day weekend. However, I won’t ever stay here again and cannot recommend it. The coffee maker in the room was dirty. A coffee pod had been left in it. I put water through it without a pod in place and the water came out light brown. Did not use the complimentary coffee that I paid for. There was a used bar of soap in the soap tray in the shower. So obviously whoever cleaned the room before I got there did not clean. The sheets looked clean, but very wrinkled so who knows. The staff at the temporary front desk just said ‘sorry’ and that it was reported. Did not offer to have someone clean the room and get me a clean coffee maker. You are definitely NOT getting what you are paying for at this place. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. Breakfast burritos that were not freshly made, but pre-packaged and microwaved, then left in their packaging in a warming tray. So the bottom of my burrito was hard. Ended up only eating the stuffing and the top. The bagels were hard. You had to toast them and butter them to soften them. The coffee, however, was outstanding. Parking was ok, but limited. Definitely not worth what I paid. I won’t stay here again, even though the location is great.

Area was convenient, lots of eating and shopping areas across the street. Our room smelled musty or like mildew when we checked in. The floors needed a good scrubbing!!!! Room and breakfast in the lobby was grossly over priced!!!!!

The property was nice and in a great location but we had some infestation of bugs and spiders while we were there. They offered to send maintenance to help but we handled it. I was just shocked at finding spiders in my clothes and all around the room.

I have stayed there before. The lobby was under construction and the breakfast was in the lobby and no seating. My bathroom had used towels! For the price I paid I was shocked and so disappointed! I feel a refund would be in order.

Great location to walk around Sonoma and visit all the nearby shops, wine tasting rooms, galleries and restaurants. A very generously proportioned room too. Unfortunately we had a noisy room however, with lots of noise coming from the room above ours as well as the road and the automatic air con which was also very loud

It was a so-so room. It was pretty dark and we had really no view. The air conditioner was really loud. We needed ear plugs to sleep through it. It was very expensive at $500 a night for this kind of experience.

Located in the heart of Sonoma across from Whole Foods and a block away from the square, this gem is pretty close to perfect. It's locale makes it easily accessible to much of downtown, but it is wrapped in jasmine that keeps it from being too noisy. Our room was more like a suite that opened onto the pool, with a wood-burning fireplace that enhanced the romanticism of the week. The rooms are large enough for spreading out, the small patios are perfect for sipping your wine finds, and overall we really just enjoyed our stay here.

I was charged for the whole stay on July 8th when I got to the hotel the said I was not charged by Hilton at all after being on the phone for 2 hours with Expedia, Hilton an my credit card company the employee saw that they did charge me and put through a refund without telling me. This is the second time this has happened with this hotel I was stressed out for 3 hours after a long 6vhour drive. I need to continue to book this hotel as it is close to my moms senior home and I visit often. I will not book this hotel through Expedia again Tired of dealing with getting double charged. Will be looking through my credit card statements anf any double charges by Expedia or Hilton will be disputed

We enjoyed our stay, walkable to town Square and many restaurants and tasting rooms. Friendly helpful staff! Pool and hot tub were nice, just don't turn in the extra jets on the hot tub, just pushed bubbles up into everyone's face. One suggestion is to have brewed coffee available in the lobby for guests as well as the cooled water. There is nespresso in the room, and lattes etc for sale, but it would be a nice option to grab a complementary coffee too.

Will definitely stay here again. It is pricey for a Best Western but worth every penny! The pool and spa are kept spotless. Towels at the ready. Temperature of both perfect. Morning "meal" is a bit on the so-so side but there are so many great breakfast choices in the area thats not a problem. The do serve one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had at a hotel.

This hotel has recently changed from a Best Western to a Hilton. The have updated the lobby and rooms. It is now more expensive and the complimentary breakfast is much more limited. Still, it is probably one of the better accommodations. The rooms are nice, the location is adjacent to the town square and the staff very hardworking and helpful.

Property was clean with updated rooms that had a fireplace and balcony in it. Pretty courtyard area with pool, hot tub, and sauna. Breakfast area was weird as it was served in a empty hotel room with only 3 tables for seating. Rooms did not have a microwave which was inconvenient and the lobby did not have one either so you literally could not warm food. If you are a smoker you cannot smoke anywhere on the property, not even on your balcony so that is an issue for the smokers in my party. But overall the hotel was clean, comfortable and a great value.

Pleasantly surprised with our King Room with a patio and fireplace. Much nicer than what it appeared on the website. The courtyard and pool area is very nice and clean. At check in the attendant (an older lady with a mask) was a little gruff and not very friendly. The breakfast was not good, coffee was weak. Frozen breakfast burritos and day old muffins and bread. We ended up going out for breakfast. All in all I’d give it a solid 8.
