Grounds and hallways very dirty. Broken elevator. Trash in bags outside rooms for over 24 hours. Smelly hallways.

The wifi speed was the best part of this stay. It was an inconvenience to have to ask for the kitchenette supplies and simple things such as shampoo and conditioner from the front desk. The claim that the kitchenette supplies are "sanitized" is false, as the front desk personnel placed all of the plates, cups, pans, utensils, etc onto a dish rack with their bare hands and then hand it to you. The elevator was non-functional for our entire 4-night stay and the only availability was on the 3rd floor, loved carrying up our heavy luggage 4 flights of stairs. It seems people live here so you see them daily sitting outside smoking as you come in and out during your stay and probably why we could only book on the 3rd floor as the long term residents live on the lower floors. The table in our room had no chairs so we sat on the bed to eat all meals. The bathroom door would not close/lock. The toilet paper roll was stained with a brown liquid so we used the tissues in tissue box instead. - Would not stay here again.

They really need to do something about the doors. Getting in and out with a cart or wheelchair is very difficult. They should install automatic doors for safety of the disabled people

Front desk was nice!

Staff not ready to receive us after coming at 4:30 PM. They didn’t have room cleaned. Had to wait an hour and a half before ready. No clean towels in the room No ice machine il on the property

From elevator to rooms, need improvement and upkeep. Dirty surroundings

I had everything I needed. Bed, kitchenet, refrigerator, microwave, sink. I used them all and a TV which I used. I would like to have had Fox Business channel, but it was not available on the guide. The elevator was essential if I was to be on an upper floor. I can do stairs by myself but not with suitcases. So I liked that.

Dog urine smell on first floor hallway. Dirty stairwells.

Hotel didn’t want to take my alternative payment so I almost didn’t have a place to stay. Had to plead with her that we travelled over 5 hours to get here. Some parts of the hotel were really worn and rundown, especially the elevator. Lots of people complaining that they had a reservation and it wasn’t showing in system, hotel keys didn’t work and room was dirty. Overall, at least we had a place To stay but not sure I will ever come back here

For $120 on average for the area. It’s great. Elevator broken and bad customer service. For the price, it makes sense

Dirty, filth all over the floor, and in the elevator!

Not clean at all. Staff was welcoming but the room conditions were very dirty - as if it wasn’t cleaned at all. Stains on bedding, stains on towels and floor covered in what appeared to be old food or candy.

This property was very close to the event I was in town for and under $120 per night during the summer. The area felt safe, but the property did not. The desk staff was nowhere to be seen when I checked in. There was another guest already waiting at the front there when I walked into the lobby, I didn't ask how long she had been waiting but she seem very put out. The room was non-smoking, but the rest of the property has an oppressive scent of tobacco and pot. Everything felt and looked old and unmaintained. My feet were visibly dirty walking from the shower to the bed to get ready in the morning. My event ended early, and I returned to the room at 7pm on the 2nd night.. I looked around and realized that, even though I had already paid for the 2nd night, I would get way more value out of driving the 2.5 hours home right then and there. I understand you get what you pay for.. but I will find other lodgings in future if I need to return to the area, would not recommend the hotel, and have severely adjusted what I thought "Extended Stay Suites" properties are like.

The room was spacious but could use deep cleaning. The breakfast was just coffee and muffin. The sink was broken, they don’t have room service. The closet was all plastic shelves. I asked for a roller to roll our luggages, the cashier said, I have to pay extra.

There were roaches in my room. That ruined my whole stay. We killed at least 6 roaches. We were scared to open and use the refrigerator.

Unfortunately, this property was a major disappointment. The building is extremely rundown and feels neglected from the moment you walk in. The interior is outdated, the hallways are poorly lit, and the entire place feels unsafe — especially at night. The smell throughout the building was overwhelming and unpleasant, like a mix of mildew, smoke, and something unidentifiable. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The room had visible dust, stained linens, and grimy surfaces. Even the basics, like fresh towels or clean floors, seemed to be overlooked. This location is in serious need of renovation and better management. I would not recommend staying here, especially for anyone concerned with safety or hygiene.

Floors not clean, carpet not cleaned an employee parked in front of a no parking zone in a red Chevy SUV, no one in the reception area. No one vacuums the lobby, very bad impression, no kitchen items provided the hallways smell of urine. Carpet stains throughout the hallways. I’m never staying in this hotel again.

Dirty facilities! Room was not very clean, hair on the toilet! Room smelt like cigarettes. They left the widow open and the AC on obviously to air it out. There were No coffee cups for the morning coffee in the reception area. The desk clerk said they were out but the manager said to put out the coffee pots anyway! There are no cups or utensils in the room kitchens. This place is horribly run!

Our stay was okay. The room was big and it seemed clean. There were no amenities other than the kitchenette. If you wanted to use the kitchenette ypu had to request the tools from the front desk. The advertise snacks but its only vending machines. There was often a stong oder of cigarettes and Marijuana buts its a non-smoking hotel.

We had a good stay, but our room's air conditioner did not work and some of the electrical sockets didn't work properly. A socket fried my sister's charger and a couple did not work at all. Those are my only complaints, other than that, the stay went well. Thank you.

Great staff and at home feeling. Was very pleased with our room with the kitchenette.

Overall the hotel was nice. Could use some upgraded beds and pillows.

It was convenient for me that night. Rooms are bigger than other hotels. In the fridge, you can load a lot of food and drinks. Cleanliness 2 out of 5

The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the water temperature was barely warm.

The windows in our first floor room would not shut completely or lock. The floors were sticky and spotty. The room did not have a microwave, although it was advertised. The fridge was covered in rust on the outside and did not get cold. When we asked for a different room, the only option was a room with one less bed. The Continental breakfast that was advertised turned out to be coffee and packaged muffins. The surrounding area was nice, but the property itself was surprisingly terrible. Would have given ZERO stars, but that is not an option.

Staff good, room okay , clean & quiet. They need to do a certain amount of maintenance. Shower valve needs repair, does not fully shutdown. Drips water , needs washers or a new cartridge. Recliner is Broken, does not recline.

No room service, terrible customer service at front desk. Will not be coming back

The breakfast could be way better!!! It’s kinda tricks you in thinking you’re getting a nice breakfast wrong lol…. The gentleman name Marcus gave the best customer service ever I can’t say the same for some of the other staff. Other than that it was good

Drove in from out of town to attend a funeral. Arrived at 1:30 requesting a little early check-in so we could clean up and change. She told me it would be $24 for coming in an hour and a half early which was not explained on the phone the previous day with the general manager.. she said it was $12 per hour to check in early not wanting to pay the $24. We drove down the beach for half an hour and came back Checking in at 2:01 hoping to pay only the $12 which I wasn’t happy with even at that. It’s absolutely ridiculous to charge a guest from out of town an early check-in fee when the room is sitting there available not being used In any case, but especially somebody driving in for a funeral from out of town. The property has a funny smell throughout the hallways and room. returning after the service at night, there was cars in the back lot outside my window with people sleeping in them. In the morning while leaving while getting some coffee and checking out, there is no lids for the coffee and was told they were out. when asking for a receipt of my final paperwork, I was told I was not able to get one just not good customer service all the way around and I spent 35 years in property management.

Trash was strewn around the property. Checkin attendant was not friendly or accommodating.

Terrible I reserved through Hotels.com and called to confirm. Upon my arrival they said my reservation was cancelled. They then charged me an additional $50 because they said they had to rebook my reservation. Terrible customer service, and they were very rude. Then upon check out I had to wait 45 minutes just to check out because there was only 1 receptionists available. Which resulted in them saying they may have to charge me a late check out fee. Which I said was unexceptional as we were there to check out. Horrible experience

Friendly staff

Check in was horrendous!!! Staff woke me up at 2am banging on my door telling me I was not checked in !!!! Had get up , go to the desk and show receipt—-not happy , After they fixed their computer error. They charged me another $300 plus dollars. Now I have to waste time fixing that !!! So no not good reviews and will not Stay at Extended Stay again!!!

Staff was great; friendly and efficient. Building seems a little outdated but the room was clean. Parking and surrounding area felt safe.

down the street from Del Amo mall-tons of restaurants & markets close by and the Redondo Beach is only 5mins away

For this location to be located in Torrance across from the Del Amo mall it felt unsafe. There were suspicious people around the location and inside the building. Then booking through Expedia was difficult checking in and giving the impression that I did not have a confirmation when I did. I had to call an Expedia representative person that took too long and delaying my stay. Then lastly, the staff at this location looked sickly and contagious, yet they are present at work.

Close to all major shopping areas.

Had a unique case where my obligations wouldn't allow me to check in within their window of time (3p-12a). I called to ask if they could check me in early, over the phone, or if a family member could check me in and basically got told no and there were no options or exceptions I could be granted. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I've stayed here on multiple occasions and this particular room had carpet and it was rather dirty feeling and felt damp in part of the room. Outside of the that, this location is very convenient for eating, shopping, access to the surrounding areas.

Easy access (walkable) to shopping malls

Really convenient location, within a good radius of places to go to and stuff to do. Staff was very helpful and nice. Other guests were nice and everyone keeps to themselves doing their own thing. Definitely will be making this location my go to when I make trips out to the area

It was clean. Close to a lot of food places etc. I didn't like the fact u have to ask for dishes. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed for the 4th of July to be near the beach area…Great hotel choice..

We had booked the hotel for a couple of days, but within a few minutes decided to request a refund due to the poor conditions. The hotel staff refused, stating the booking was made through Expedia and therefore not eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, our request to the Expedia team also went unresolved. The rooms were not clean, and there were no facilities for cooking. Basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were not provided. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited—just oats and a muffin, and even those were scarcely available. No coffee was offered either. Honestly, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, showing little regard for guest concerns.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this location. I read reviews prior to staying and was a bit skeptical but my experience was nothing like the negative reviews that I read. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was clean. There were no foul smells and the inside and outside of the hotel was kept clean. The quick breakfast included muffins, cereal bars, coffee and oatmeal. I will visit again when I am in town.

Super nice staff. They made me really feel welcome. It’s an older property and it shows. My sink faucet dripped all night long. Comfortable bed. Nice enough linens. Big room. Breakfast was lame: instant oatmeal and granola bars. Fake cream for the coffee. Convenient location to quick restaurants and the shopping mall. I’d stay again.

My room was clean and all I needed. The continental breakfast was ok; would have liked some juice. The lobby could use a sprucing up; after all, that's one's first impression.

This is really a property that has long term tenants and it is ran as such. The lack of regular maintenence is apparent from the refrigerator door needed to be replaced to chaora that are non functional. The breakfast was very light. Oatmeal was probably best and it was a generic instant. They had one pot of coffee, and they weren't trying to keep it full, during breakfast hours. Nevertheless they ran out of cups or the things to wnable tou to have a nice cup of coffee.

Can’t believe they say ‘breakfast included’ and they offer coffee and nature valley granola bars.
