Very clean hotel from the moment you enter. Japanese style bathroom with washlet. Daily room service included with room charge compared to other hotels that charge extra for the service. Lots of parking on hotel property and across the street. Parking was free which was a bonus. Restaurant in hotel was a little pricey but food was excellent. Small shopping center about a block away.

This time 11pm to 4am there was no water .. From the city ?? Maybe At first I thought it is not deal. However, it was big issues. Also there was construction..going on and Very noisy.. during the stay.. I couldn’t sleep very well and even I couldn’t take a shower and use bathroom until 4;30 am..

This was an awesome place for us to stay before going on a cruise. It had free parking that was very easy to use, the restaurant inside was wonderful, staff were friendly, and the place was very clean. I noticed a lot of flight attendants staying here, I can see why as it is really a fantastic hotel.

Gorgeous Japanese hotel tucked away in Torrance. The parking was free and self parking, safe. They had a popular restaurant that we hope to visit next time. Everything from the bathrooms to the service was TOP TIER. I had to ask the front desk for a iron and ironing board when I can back from lunch but I swear by the time we got to our room and put our things down, there was already staff at our door SO FAST. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 Star rating is because they had us facing a large construction site next door. I woke up to SO much noise at 6am it was awful. I could still hear it through my ear plugs and you couldn't enjoy the tiny balcony until the evening when they stopped. We look forward to staying again in the near future.

Stay was great til we had to leave early in the morning with the power off. Getting ready in the dark was a challenge. An hour later power still wasn’t on when we left. Front desk (older gentlemen) didn’t say a word to us.

Great quality for the price point. It felt like a luxury hotel despite paying Comfort-Inn prices. Ultramodern Japanese interior, bidets in the toilets, full shower and bathtub in the room, and nice Japanese restaurant on-site. I was pleasantly surprised by this find.

My husband and I stay in the Miyako Hybrid Hotel whenever we are able. Located in a quiet area of Torrance with many trees, it’s a gorgeous hotel inside and out. Parking is plentiful. The staff is quiet and efficient. Check in is a breeze and checking out is even easier. We always stay on the 7th floor, also called the Executive floor. It is extremely quiet and requires a special key to access it. We take both breakfast and supper in Iseshima downstairs. The food is superb, the cocktails as well, and it is only a swift, smooth elevator ride back to our room. In the morning, Iseshima’s Japanese breakfast is fantastic. I never knew how great it is to start the day with pickled vegetables, miso soup, grilled mackerel, rice, and more. For those who prefer American fare, that too is available and excellent. My husband says the fried potatoes are the best he’s ever had. Both breakfasts are set out buffet style so that one may help oneself to both cuisines as one chooses. The coffee, by the way, is delicious and strong. Our rooms are always clean and stunning. The only down side for me is the dearth of pillows. I like two pillows so I can read propped up in bed. I know they would have brought me a second pillow if I had only asked, so next time we stay in this marvelous hotel, I will do that. Then absolutely every detail will be perfect!

Stayed here multiple times in the past. Always clean, safe, close parking. This time I noticed carpet in hall badly worn/torn in multiple areas. Chair at desk sank way in, badly worn.

The towels in my room bathroom were not clean. The towels were thrown over the rack in the shower. Although housekeeping brought new sets of towels quickly, just having dirty towels used by another guest was not acceptable.

Our family really enjoyed this hotel. Super clean and excellent service. We lived th balcony and spacious room. We couldn't give it 5 stars because the wifi didn't work well and the beds were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the hotel was wonderful!

Our check in was horrible. She was so rude. We were coming from out of state for a graduation and needed to get checked in a get ready in a hurry. I called the morning of check in to ask about early check in hoping for an extra 30 mins to an hour but they said it was first come first serve even thought I explained that we were coming from far away. So we arrive at 1:30 and ask for early check in and she laughed. I was surprised by her reaction. I explained the situation and she said rudely well idk but there are 10 people in front of you and shrugged her shoulders. I understand that if there is nothing you can do that’s fine but to have a snarky attitude like that was so uncalled for! So we left and returned at 3 and when we walked up to the desk she tossed the rooms keys at me with an attitude! Like wow! Never will I ever stay there again. If you don’t know how to treat customers then get a different job!

I've been using the Miyako Hybrid for years. It is always elevated service, clean, quiet and well-maintained. The amenities are A and the reception staff make you feel welcome. Sonya is a gem! A very relaxing stay.

Our stay at Miyako Hybrid was a great experience. The hotel is a 3 star hotel so we did not expect much. The building does need some updates as it is older and the construction next to the one side of the rooms of the building could be a nuisance to some during the week (we stayed during the weekend so didn’t have to hear the banging). With that being said, our stay was still much better compared to 4 or 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at before and that is because of the staff. I had an issue with the room and just casually mentioned it to front desk “Nazumi” on our way out and when we came back, she left us a vm offering to move us. When I went to front desk, “yoko” took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure we like the room we are moving into. Every time we go down, both of them always greets you happily. I really would say that their service is more than 3 stars. They are so nice and always willing to help. I also want to add that the room is very clean, although older, it’s clean. Because of their excellent service, I definitely can say we are staying there again whenever we are in the area. Thank you so much “yoko” for going above and beyond with your service. I would definitely recommend Miyako Hybrid Hotel to everyone.

Overall the hotel was good…clean, easy parking, big room. The only things that I had issues with are breakfast ( expensive for what it is ) and front desk customer service for check out. When we checked out, the lady who checked us out was a bit cold and we didn’t get any receipt

Got upgraded and super happy with the junior suite room! All staff were helpful and friendly. The rain shower didn’t work which was a bit annoying, and location wise is quite far from central LA. But there are interesting places such as Redondo beach which is only 15mins away! A lot of good restaurants nearby too.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. The property was very clean, with convenient parking available. Both the staff and fellow guests were friendly and courteous.
