Days Inn used to be a higher standard of a hotel. Not this one. Poor "breakfast" availability, uncomfortable beds, pool is an oversized tub and was closed for 'winter' yet other hotels around were open. My mistake choosing to go here, not one I would make again.

First of all the pool was broken. Then there is like no staff. Theyre all portal. I asked for extra blankets & never recieved any. Didnt offer very much for breakfast. Cereal bread & apples. Coffee & oj. Only physical staff i saw around were the cleaners. It was really weird. People above us were so loud. Never again with this place.

Check in was strange with a remote person in a kiosk but it worked and was easy to navigate. The property is t fancy but served our needs. One negative comment - it’s a 3 story hotel with NO ELEVATOR.

Clean facility and good parking for large vehicles. The bed might be the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, and I often camp and sleep on a Mat on the ground! There was also no elevator, which after a long drive was a bit of a struggle to get my belongings up and down the stairs.

DOES NOT TAKE CASH!!!! (I had been in Europe where I had to use all the money on my card & needed to use cash) when I arrived at midnight, tired from a very long day of travel- I would’ve been without a safe place to sleep. Not bad property. The pool is nice. Uber ride is 20-30 from airport. Not as close as you think. No front desk person. You talk to a box like an atm for all processes.

As I've mentioned in previous reviews, this small hotel has truly become my home away from home. Let me start by saying that Days Inn is not a four-star, full-service hotel, and you’re not paying $400 a night. Guests with those expectations should look elsewhere. However, you get a good deal for what you pay at Days Inn. First, the entire property is impeccably clean—the lobby, staircases, and especially the rooms. The sheets and towels are soft and fresh without that overpowering bleach smell. Yes, the furniture may have seen better days, but who cares when everything works perfectly? You’ll find a comfortable bed, a desk, and a small table with chairs. The bathroom has all the essentials, nothing fancy but functional. The complimentary breakfast every day does not hurt either. The standout feature of this hotel, though, is the staff. They go above and beyond. There’s always someone ready to help with suitcases, even when it’s not in their job description. The housekeepers recognize returning guests and consistently deliver everything I need, even keeping track of my Amazon deliveries! The internet? It’s rock solid—better than some of the much pricier hotels near SFO I’ve stayed in occasionally. I’ve chosen Days Inn for extended stays over the past few years and will continue to do so. Not only are the prices far more reasonable than those greedy Airbnb rentals, but you’re also treated like a guest, not an investment.

The outside is a little sketch could really benefit from some paint. It’s also tucked in behind the restaurants so a little weird. The rooms inside however all really nice and clean. The cleaning staff is really nice.

Floors throughout the hotel were dirty and stained. Walls in the room including windows, mirrors, etc, were dirty with mystery spots and splatters. Lots of road noise. There was some trash floating in the pool upon arrival. Rough looking neighborhood. Breakfast was a joke, a few tiny processes mini muffins. The hotel was very hot, hard to keep room temperature stable.

It was so refreshing not to have to smell that dreaded PineSol smell, the wood floor in the room is beautiful and the room was squeaky clean! Thank you so much for that. The perimeter of the hotel is plain but when you go inside it is very warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will tell all my coworkers about it. Thank you again.

There is no one at the front desk. Check in is virtual. This motel is in an area where someone needs to be present. Window in room was filthy, air conditioner extremely loud, hall carpet filthy. A homeless man yelled all night long in the parking lot. I called the location phone number to try and get security to remove him, and when you chose the front desk option it just hung up on you. Not even the virtual assistant answered. WORST experience ever. Coming thru this area again in three weeks, and the is no way I would even consider this location. Wyndham, you should be ashamed!!! A refund is in order!

The check-in was easy, although I don't understand why the actual person can't be there instead of a kiosk. I was given room 113 directly across from the ice machine, which was noisy at times. I emailed twice for help and the response was quick and very polite. A guide for the tv channels would have been helpful. My main complaint was a large clump of hair on the bathroom floor, which let me know it hadn't been mopped. On further inspection, there was more hair and debris in the rest of the room. The continental breakfast was very "bare bones".

The room was clean and comfortable; furniture was never and in better shape than competition in this price range. But really disliked the virtual desk clerk. I had difficulty understanding person on video, and he in turn me. Check in was a frustrating experience. Had occasion for another virtual interaction - again frustrating. Were it not for this I would feel no hesitation in another stay.

The room is plenty big, but hard floors cause hallway noise to echo around, we heard everything every time someone came in or walked down the hallway. Breakfast was minimal, and there was a lingering odor of bug spray in the room that gave me a stuffy nose and concern about critters. I'm choosing a different spot next time. Hated the mattress. It is right next door to McDonald's for ease of meals.

We checked in at 9:00 p.m. The room temperature was 86 degrees. The room AC was slow to cool—it hit 79 degrees by 11:00. Also, no elevator in hotel.

Very odd zoom check-in and outside of hotel pretty low rent looking. But the rooms themselves were nicely remodeled and clean. Bed was hard as a rock but if you like that, this is a great bargain

The room was pretty good size for the reasonable price. It took awhile to get used to interacting with a person on the computer screen but worked okay and it eliminated a longer wait. Breakfast options were very limited. Wifi, refrigerator and microwave were good.

Check in was a nightmare. There is no staff at all anywhere. Check in is by a video machine link to a person in Columbia ! He had a strong accent and with the low volume and background noise it was almost impossible to complete the check in. Will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again !

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a pain using the kiosk. Will not stay at Days inn again. Had to pay an additional security deposit upon arrival. Someone stole my wifes debit card information an tried to make a online purchase the following morning. Had to cancel her debit card at beginning of our trip which creates a huge inconvenience for us. I suspect the live agent on kiosk when required it to pay for security deposit. Not sure we will use hotels.com again.

I arrived at 9pm and rang the bell to be let in. After several tries, I was only admitted because the staff happened to walk by the door and see me. Kiosk check in feels highly impersonal, particularly since onsite staff was 10 feet away.

It was very uncomfortable walking inside the lobby and having someone yell across the room to welcome me and tell me to come to the room kiosk. I couldn’t get my drivers license to work on their machine and so I had to hold it to her camera. She asked for my credit card number, and I had to speak it out loud. It was in public and anyone could’ve heard my number of my credit, I was very unhappy and disappointed that I had to do that. Not sure we will stay there again.

It was startling to find no hotel personnel at the desk and the instructions posted to check in with a Virtual Assistant in a kiosk. Located the kiosk but had to finally wave my arms to catch the attention of the Virtual Asistant who was obviously in a remote location. He was brusque in his request for my ID that had to be placed face down the kiosk screen and scanned. Eventually, I was issued a receipt with room number and a room key card was dispensed. There is no elevator. Although I requested a first floor room (pet and disabled veteran spouse), we were placed on the 2nd floor… we climbed two long flights of stairs more than once to get our effects and small dog to the room. The hotel housekeeping personnel were the only hotel employees we ever saw and they were gracious. Our room was clean, the bathroom was very very small, and the room was not well insulated for sound… the 3rd floor occupants were jarring in their excessive noise and we heard many, many door slams throughout the late night as more people arrived. Pet: plenty of parking but lots of used needles along one side of parking lot. The plus to this location is the Black Bear Diner in the parking lot. Excellent food, gracious wait staff, fast service to include take-out, and very affordable.

This location lacked a proper staff. The check-in was performed by a kiosk that shutdown and quit working leading to a backup of other guests unable to check in. This meant no front desk guest service was available. The only staff I encountered were cleaning staff all of whom ignored my requests explaining that they didn’t and wouldn’t speak English.

Good place to stay for one night as we traveled back to Seattle. Close to freeway for easy access, but a bit noisy because the motel was between freeway and an off ramp. Okay breakfast and all in all we had a comfortable stay.

Everything was fine, room was clean and quiet, only complaint I got is, that it says free breakfast and there is no breakfast at all. Coffee and itty bitty tiny muffins don’t count as breakfast at all.

Nice hotel .... I was a little put off by the lack of an actual person at the check-in (the remote kiosk was new to me). No issues, but curious/concerned about how to handle actual issues without a real person there..... Breakfast was severely lacking.... 2 cold cereals (which were mis-labeled), and only white bread for toast. Guess you get what you pay for..... good clean room for a good price....

Check in procedure was unusual but managed to check in successfully, overall condition of the property is fair, staff, friendly enough, but not very good. Continental breakfast was advised that they were discontinuing altogether so coffee was not even palatable other than that not much else to choose from.

Weird check-in process. As soon as we entered the lobby, there was a sign directing us to a nearby video display. Immediately, a very pleasant woman asked how she could help us. She did a very competent job of handling our check-in and the video kiosk issues our room keys. It was disappointing as we missed the casual interaction that we usually enjoy regarding dining choices and other local attractions. It was totally lacking in hospitality. Also, the room was kind of dingy. Some fresh paint would have helped. The breakfast choices were extremely limited. Also, the surrounding area was run down. Sadly, there was a homeless guy sleeping on the parking lot pavement.

Liked that dogs are allowed and the size and cleanliness of the room with nice bed and upgraded decor. The room did not have cups for drinking coffee or water. The free breakfast was very limited with just toast, butter, jelly plus 2 kinds of Cheerios and milk. No fruit or other offerings. Budget friendly and fine for just an overnight stay for long drives.

This is the second time staying here. We liked the convienence of the hotel to the freeway and dinner next door. The room was quiet and clean. Just wish the breakfast had more options, yougurt, fruits, and breads.
