I had come in 3 hours later on my flight and was too tired to drive. Got this hotel and the front desk guy was awful and put this old lady on the second floor and didn't tell me they didn't have an elevator. Was approachef by 2 people the next morning before getting to my car, so I left without going into breakfast. Will never stay there again

Run down place. Wouldn’t bring my kids here again. Front desk people were kind and helpful. Wide angle photography in the images displayed online are deceptive. The pool is tiny and grubby. The rooms are tiny and grubby. Our air conditioner sounded like a freight train and the room smelled and was humid.

I chose this place due to its proximity to the Sacramento International Airport and its relative cheap rates however, I rented an EV and the charging stations do not work in the hotel parking lot. The breakfast was terrible/limited and there was a social distance sign on the front entrance when entering the breakfast area. This place is stuck in 2020 still, California … go figure. The only reason why I didn’t give this place a terrible rating was because of the friendly staff. This place needs a remodeling and repairs. Last but not least, the owner(s) need therapy if they think covid is still a thing. I’m so glad I don’t live in California and gas is $5 a gallon, you almost need an EV there. Good riddance and back home to beautiful Florida I go.

Front office was run by a kind and helpful man who made me feel welcome. The hotel is right off a busy highway but I felt safe. I was traveling alone. Room was clean and smelled good. Bed was comfy! So reasonable in price.

Found a roach in the bathroom. Walls are dingy and in need of paint. Bathroom tub was dark and dingy. Breakfast was not appetizing. The whole place is old and in need of a remodel.

We were initially concerned about the area but our stay here was great. The hotel is very clean. The rooms smelled very nice which for an older hotel is not usually the case so I definitely appreciated that. It wasn't a bad smell masked with air freshner either, it was just clean. There weren't a lot of breakfast options but it was fine. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Overall our stay was great and very comfortable.

I didn't like having a check in and get in my room and find roaches in the floor and the microwave was dirty and their food stuff still left in the refrigerator and I had to clean the bathtub before I could take a shower

First room had blood on bed and urine on the other. Blood and hair found throughout room, plus several other things. Second room was also dirty, but not to that level. However, there was pubic hair on the toilet prior to use. There was even hair inside the dresser drawer that hand the Bible inside. Overall not pleasant. Staff was great amd tried to help where they could.

Bed was comfortable and pool area was nice. The breakfast did not look like the online pictures and only had waffles, muffins and cereal. No hot items or toast. We dealt with 3 staff members. One was very nice! The other two were extremely rude. They were very open about the fact that they would have treated us better if we hadn’t used a third party reservation system.

This is an unsafe property. Didn’t even check in. Front staff was verbally visceral over the phone when trying to change a date. Refused to make a simple date change. After being verbally abused, yelled and screamed at I wanted to cancel. They refused refund, took my money and I Never even stood foot on the property. Uncalled for behavior. No one should be treated like that. Still awaiting general manager contact. Complaint filed with Choice hotel main headquarters.

I was informed upon check in that it was a smoking room and needed to pay extra $57 to upgrade to a non smoking room. The room reeked profoundly of toxic smoke. I was very disturbed by the pressure tactics and belligerent attitude of the hotel attendant to try pressuring my kids and I to stay and pay the upgrade fee or leave the property. Was then threatened that he’d call the police when I asked to speak to a manager about the confusion and get help clarifying the cancellation policy. I immediately returned the keys (to my already paid room) at the desk and left (booked another hotel) due to the severe lack of respect. I’ve stayed in all types of hotels, motels, hostels and everything in between all over the world and this is my first time writing a review this bad. Nobody should have to be treated with that level of hostility and especially not with children present. I had already paid in advance in good faith assuming this business can accommodate us just passing through during a spring break trip. I’ve never been more wrong and wholly regret choosing this Quality Inn.

I stay here alot and almost everyone that works there is grest. The afternoon and evening people are fantastic. Twice when i checked out earlier in the morning i had problems with the people behind th counter. They require a $100 deposit and both times they tried to keep it and were rude about it. 1st time, in a smoking room, guy got upset cause there were ashes in the room and last time, reason i wont go back the woman accused me of burning a hole in the comforter and was loud and rude about it. I did not burn a hole but she was loud and refused to listen to anything i said. I stayed atl least 1 week a month, not again. The rest of the staff is fantastic.

We had stayed here laast week in a corner room with no neighbors and the manager wasvery friendly. So with a 6am flight we stayed again. We askedfor thr same room but were put between a couple who was arguing for hours in spanish and a drunken guy who wastalking on his phone for 2 hoursand was damn near yelling. The walls are so thin I could hear the other person on the phone on speaker. I could hear every word of their conversation. We had to get up in a few hours to go to the airport asked him to quiet down and he didn't. When we asked the manager to move us to another room he said we had been in that room too long to move. When I went to the front desk he said he walked over and heard the guy talking on his phone outside and he couldn't ask him to get off the phone. If you can hear someone's phone conversation outside they're talking too loud. He refused to give us another room and was kind of rude about it. I finally had to put headphones on and watch a show to fall asleep over the noise. I wouldn't stay in this place if you paid me. I encourage you not to either.

Comfortable and quiet. Room slightly aged. Important items clean (bed and bath) but some cobwebs in the corner and lamp. Only major headache was actually *getting* to the hotel, as it’s behind a restaurant and there are fences up in the way that maps had me try and go.

It sufficed for what we needed. Food lacked. The 1st time we thought Wow they have very little. Waffles great, 2 cereals, apples, 1 type yogurt, no peanut butter, 1 type muffin spread out to make it look full, ridiculous! They need to up their game. 2nd stay worse since they had no yogurt. They need hard boiled eggs for protein, give bananas, variety of yogurt, packaged peanut butter.

Staff was away and there was no one to check on with when I arrived. There were several other people standing around waiting to get their room changed because of foul odors in the room. After check in the power went out for about an hour. No offer was made to correct the issues.

Checked in very late after a long drive. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a little sparse but fine if you don't eat much. A Dennys is next store. Also did laundry and they sold soap which was great.
