Mentally ill person in next door room. Screams in his room all night, angrily slams his door, goes to corridor hitting a metal object against something. No sleep. Carpets do make your bare feet black with dust.

The property needs major upgrades, everything is probably at least 40 years old, carpet stained, bathroom floor tiles "scary looking", room walls need paint, the room smells like pee but the front desk guy was very nice.

Went to check in and they had doubled my reservation. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to give them 24 hrs notice!?! I didn’t know I had 2 rooms reserved or I would have! There were many people in the office with complaints about their rooms, keys etc. I also asked for a downstairs room due to a disability. They gave us upstairs. When I asked if the other room we paid for was a downstairs room she said they didn’t have any more available and were totally full. So I asked why I don’t get a refund for the other room if they had already gave it to someone and took their money? She said I don’t know and walked out!! The next day she told me that “he” was going to refund our money after all. The beds aren’t great and the shower was super tiny even for one person. Needs some upgrades and repairs.

Room was good for a couple of nights of just needing a bed and a shower. At 6'4" tall I'm used to low shower heads, but the shower was also small so bending over to get my hair washed made me kiss the side tileing a few times with my body, which was an instant cold shock. Also although I booked for two days, I don't leave personal belongings in a room anymore (got robbed once), and the only thing I didn't pack back up was a bottle of water I had at bedside. When I returned for my second night, my key card didn't work, had to have it reactivated, and found the room had been completely cleaned as if for a new stay, and my water was gone.

It is old unit , bathroom light every time turn on create loud noise which bother a lot , mattress is not comfortable cause a lit back pain. AC and all Inside the room too old ,for the price 85$ a night on Tuesday . I will not coming back..

This place up charges disabled guests. My husband uses a cane and can’t climb stairs and also has asthma ; they literally said it’ll be expensive if you want an ADA room. We BOOKED an ADA room, but we’re being held hostage to pay the up charge fee to get it. Not to mention, I couldn’t ask anything as the attendant literally yelled over my questions to tell me to pay the extra fee or they weren’t going to help us.

Older motel in need of some maintenance. Bathroom door was difficult to close due to floor and excessive coats of paint. Table with two chairs was a nice feature. No breakfast offered at all even though their information online states they offer one. No mention of this from the front desk attendant. Just a sweet roll and fruit might be all that's necessary for most people. Other than that it was fine. We might choose a little more expensive motel next time as there are others in the area. Check in was fast and efficient.
