They should take the pool, hot tub, and gym off of the website. Pool was closed by the health department. Every single machine in the gym was broken. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast kept running out of supplies. Not the cook’s fault. The place has the potential to be great.

Staff was nice. Hotel needs re vamping. Carpet is super old and dirty. I had to ask for towels. There was none in the rooms. Shampoo and conditioner was not even enough for one person to shower. Place looks old and gels dirty once you are in the hallways going to your room. Had to pay to park my car. That’s crazy I have never had to pay extra to park our car at any hotel that I have stayed.

Staff was one of the worst I've experienced. At check in there was 1 clerk, Mohammed, & a line of 3 guests. We waited 45 mins. Mohammed did not tell us where to find our room the elevator or where to park. He required $10 to park via QR code which seemed suspicious. The free wifi required multiple steps & not for the less tech-savvy. The counter was left unattended with no way to call for assistance. A bell would have sufficed. I called the front desk & a clerk appeared after hearing the ring. One of our keys didn't work. To our surprise, Mohammed handed us a new key without asking for ID. Security was not a concern A note stated extra linens were in the closet, but they weren’t. The phone was broke. Bedside light didn't work. TV was small & set too low to be seen from beds. Remote worked but did not change the channel. We waited for an hour @ airport for shuttle, called the hotel multiple times to inquire. Mohammed answered the 1st time & said the shuttle would be on its way back in 30 min. After 45, my husband & I tried to call the hotel to have it ring endlessly & on occasion answer & hang up. We reported at 8a our toilet was clogged. At 6p, it was still clogged. No one had serviced the room. The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast bar was well stocked. The attendant was attentive but seeking a tip as a tip jar was very prominently placed. Posters in the dining area stated "do not take food to room" which piqued my curiosity but didn't stop others.

Th airport shuttle took an hour to arrive after calling several times. Everything in the hotel was broken. The elevators, our room keys only worked once and the AC was incredibly loud. I not sure why this hotel didn’t have a lower rating. I would have rather slept in a parking lot.

When we arrived at the airport we could not get anyone to answer the phone to send the shuttle. We waited an hour until we finally got a shuttle. Then we scheduled a 06:00 shuttle service and the driver never showed up. At 06:15 we found a kitchen staff person to contact the front desk person (a sign saying helping a guest was displayed) and was informed that the driver was a no-show and one wouldn't be available until 08:00. There was a disabled lady waiting with us and we all would miss our flight if we waited until 08:00. So I called an UBER and paid 39.63 for us to get to the airport on time. As the "free" shuttle was a big selling point for us we were very disappointed. On top of this the pool was dirty and smelled unclean as did the sauna. Also the sauna had 1 jet working. Only 1 elevator was operating making it a hassle to get to our room. On a good note the rooms were fairly clean. The complimentary breakfast was above average with good choices and hot food. The dining area was very clean and well tended by the kitchen staff.

I have to say by far this is the worst hotel stay I've ever had. From false advertising to loose tile flooring to outdated Hardware in the hotel rooms. Extremely rude employees I would go as far as to say bullies managers unavailable to speak with, poor laundry facilities hot tub and pool were closed the whole time we were there. I want my money back immediately. This was the worst time ever.

My tv didn’t work at all , there was. Candy wrapper stuck on the sheets . The toilet was so loud and sprayed when flushed that i had to flush and run back. It smelled like mildew in the halls and the elevator was not working . I was stuck overnight from a flight issue so this was booked last minute and late. I just needed a few hours to rest my eyes

The health department should shut down the room we were given. There was such a strong smell of black mold in the bathroom and clear evidence of it on the window frame. The room was one of two adjoining rooms so we made sure our grandchildren got the better room. With 6 people in our party my husband and I were forced to use that bathroom but I had to plan to use the shower in the kids room because every breath in our moldy bathroom was a hazard. Plus there was a beetle in our tub. I also chose this hotel specifically because they have a pool. Don't believe it! The pool is not safe to use with slimy walls and an overwhelming amount of chorine in the water. My son allowed the kids to use the pool because they had their hearts set on it, but they had to jump right out and race to the shower to wash off everything they were exposed to. The rooms seemed clean but our sinks had a used and broken bar of soap on the holder and the other toiletries were open as well. A few things that were good - 1 - The beds and bedding were comfortable 2 - The layout placed the sinks in the entrance to the room. More efficient than having them in the bathroom. 3 - Plenty of towels 4 - There was a seating area - BUT with one grime-caked chair. 5 - They provide a laundry with two washers and dryers. They worked fine BUT there was no way to get quarters. The desk staff yelled as though saying the word "quarter" was a felony offense. Crime tape should block the door to room 321. Rip off.

Well, the first room we were in the tv and phone didn’t work. So they moved us to a room on the first floor, there were blood colored stains on the curtains and bedspread and lamp shade (looked like old stains), boogers on the wall and the phone didn’t work. It was disgusting. Would not recommend.

The pictures are deceiving. The hotel is run-down. Being run-down isn’t the worst, it was dirty. The bathroom had a stain on the wall, the shower curtain was stained, the walls in the bedroom were dirty. We used the stairs even though we were on the 3rd floor. The elevator didn’t sound or feel right, and had a large hole in the floor. Breakfast could have been okay but there were a ton of people there who didn’t seem to even be residents at the hotel. We weren’t even able to get to some of the food since people were actually eating food directly from the serving areas. Would never stay there again. I feel like we should have at least a partial refund due to the mis- representation of the property in pictures.

We stayed at the property after a flight delay. The walls are paper-thin so we listened to a conversation in the next room until 1:30am. An hour after we fell asleep, at about 11:30pm, the front desk employee knocked on our door to tell us that the shuttle we booked for 4:15am was now going to be 4:00am. We had trouble falling asleep afterwards. The pillows also need an overhaul. The shuttles were good, but I’d likely stay elsewhere if needed.

It was a functional stay, needed to be near the airport, which this hotel was convenient to airport. It is worn out on the inside hallways, smelled like cigarettes. The staff was very polite and efficient. The room was spacious and clean and it was quiet. So overall not bad for the value.

Well my first impression of the staff was Glen, the shuttle driver. He was everyone’s instant friend! Just a happy person who was a pleasure to be around. Next, Misty, what a friendly, kind, helpful person. I was in a strange situation, being my flight landed early (7:30 am) and I didn’t have a car or ride home until the next day, and due to an injury to my knee and fractured tail bone, I had to use a cane and was very limited as far as standing, walking, etc. Rather than sit around the airport or even hotel lobby, Misty was able to provide me an early check in so I could go to my nice clean room and get some rest! She even helped me schedule an Uber ride for the next day so I could get to the bus station downtown and continue on my journey home to Nebraska! Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had and will definitely stay here again when in the Denver area! Thank you again to Misty and Glen for being so great!!

Booked a stay and Calling for shuttle . No one answers the phone for 2 hours. 2 hours! Got a room but was unable to book the shuttle the bc it was full. 24 hour shuttle is listed as an amenity so don’t be telling me to book an Uber. You are an airport hotel. Days of canceled flight happen where there are more people than usual; but you are an airport hotel and need to provide the shuttle and communication that you indicate is an amenity and the reason why many people choose your hotel.

When we arrived to this property, we quickly realized that its located near a truck stop and had alarming safety issues. Then, when we proceeded to check in, the staff was extremely unprofessional and had us wait 20 mins before they even got to us and then once they did check our reservation, there was no greeting or any smile on their face. In fact, the guest they greeted before, they were extremely polite to them and once it came to our turn, they were rude and unprofessional. I associate this behavior had some connection to racism. My husband and I have decided never to return to this hotel. Not welcoming and not a pleasant stay.

Tv did not work, so went to call office and phone didnt work. Called from.my phone and no one would answer after many attempts. Next morning when i told older man at desk he latterly said, "what do you wamt me to do about it, i did not check you in". He was not very kind, respectful or curtious.

Every time we would go up to the front, there was no one there. one day there wasn’t even breakfast. On the day we were checking out there was at least a good four other people trying to check out as well and we had to start yelling for someone to come to the front desk because these guys have been waiting already for a good 30 minutes. The room smelled disgusting. We went up to see if they had any forks so we could eat our dinner that we had delivered to us and apparently they don’t have forks. The staff was not helpful and the fact that they were hardly ever at the desk is just shocking to me. I would not recommend this hotel.

Rough experience. First had to wait forever to check in. When I finally checked in went to the room to find the key cards didn’t work so had to go all the way back to the front desk. Then when I finally got in the room the tv didn’t work. Just bad experience

So many little things were wrong. Breakfast was NOT as pictured- no hot items except a self made waffle, but had yogurt, 2 cereal choices, one juice choice, and coffee. No one to attend breakfast so yogurt and milk weren’t restocked as needed. Then the front desk in the morning was left unattended when the girl left just after 7 both days. She would just walk out and leave phones ringing and housekeeping staff knocking for at least 5 minutes. Customers were left waiting for at least 10 minutes and when no one would come up, a person trying to buy a soft drink just took it out in frustration. I don’t blame him at all. Then in the room all was good except for a sticky substance (probably syrup) on the floor. After stepping in it several times, I put water on it and used a wash cloth to clean it up and the carpet was so filthy, the cloth came up black! Seriously, time to shampoo the carpet.

Got this hotel after my flight was canceled. Easy shuttle transport from and back to the airport. Facility is aging a bit, but clean and the room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. The only food nearby is a truckstop and a Denny’s restaurant. Truck Saw has pizza and other warm food options,

We stayed last night and are flying out early this morning so won't be here for their breakfast so I don't know what breakfast is like. They do allow you to stay here and then leave your car parked here while you fly out of Denver International. They provide a shuttle to the airport and back from the airport which is awesome.

The breakfast was terrible. There was purposely not enough food for the guests in an effort to save money. I was left with one end piece of bread as my breakfast. The yogurt and waffle batter was also empty and staff refused to get anymore. I will not stay here again!

The TV in the room didn't work. The carpet had stains on it. The bedspread had yelliw stains on it. The tile on the floor had black strands of hair on it. The bsthtub is dirty. The sinks had hair and stains on them. Spoke with front desk snd was given another room which was worse. The breskfast was good. The area for prepping and eating was krpt tidy.

We waited a long time (40 min) for the shuttle from airport to hotel. The shuttle made 2 other stops before ours. The hotel is outdated; fixtures, lighting (dark hallways), old mattresses ; it also had a bad smell. If it hadn’t been so late, I would have gone to another hotel. The breakfast was the highlight. Typical but decent spread including a mini waffle machine.

Used airport shuttle from DIA. Check in was fine & friendly. However, I had seen breakfast was until 9:30 but staff started locking up the juice bar, yogurt fridge, etc at 9:05a. There were about a dozen patrons who couldn’t get a full breakfast so my family & I managed a bagel and cup of water, so we were all not at all happy with that!
