I know I did not pay a lot for the room but the name Comfort Inn should still carry some basic comfort. Furniture looks old, there is no thick curtain in the room so light at night and sun in the morning comes right through.

The washer and Dryer for the customer was VERY LOUD and also a lot of homless people coming in the morning trying to eat free breakfast.. I mean I understand but at the same time if I have to pay then they have to pay as well some people these days

Close to the freeway. Fairly easy access (drive through the restaurant parking lot if approaching from the west. Typical budget hotel, with several cosmetic issues. The shower curtain bar was drooping so much the curtain would not stay closed.

The room was dirty and smelled weird we moved the dresser and there was trash behind it there was tooth pick under the side of the bed. There was homeless people around the place.

Check in was easy. One disclaimer they have you sign is you will be billed additional cleaning charges IF you have a pet and it soils the room OR if you smoke in the room. Upon opening the door to the room, you were met with a strong oder of old stale cigarette smoke! I opened the outside window to get ventilation, went down to the front desk. I informed of the issue and cautioned them against any billing for a smoke oder, Gentleman behind the desk said they had one available room, if I wanted it. I told him its probably no better than the current set up. I would stay in rm 303. Just make note of our conversation and I would not expect to see a bill for cleaning cigarette smoke. Additionally, there were multiple stains in the carpet that either weren't cleaned or were attempted but stains remained. Carpet needs replacing. To that end, I made sure I wore my shoes all the time, never going barefoot on that carpet.

How can this property continue to stay open. The bathroom shower was discussing. The drywall was falling off and there was BLACK MOLD behind it. Not to mention the dirty bathroom floor.

Honestly my experience would be better until I noticed there were big ants crawling on the walls. I saw one and thought ok it’s just one, but then noticed on other walls there were about 6 or 7 more. Spent a lot of time killing ants. Luckily none were on the bed. Let front desk know and asked if they had anything to spray on ants and said no that he could let the manager know in the am.

We check in and stayed for a total of forty minutes. I had to pay for another hotel just to feel safe. The wall and carpet had blood stains on it, it smell like smoke before we even check in and a prostitute came walking in. The owner was rude and I personally think this hotel needs to be shut down.

The hotel needs to be exterminated. Roaches were everywhere in my room and in the hallways so there wasn't any use of changing rooms. Definitely not recommending anyone to stay at this location and if I could have gotten my money back I would have in an instant.

I had a wonderful experience at this property. Jasmine at the front desk was so kind, and helpful. The breakfast was everything I could ask for. Bed and shower were great. Only issue I had was with the tv. The sound would constantly go in and out. Couldn't really watch TV to relax. Overall I highly recommend this property.

Negatives first. Carpet in room was dirty. Also, I informed them there was a sharp plastic object in middle floor by bed. If I would have stepped on it, I could have had serious injury as it was extremely sharp and I'm diabetic. When I told Anna at desk in am, she could have care less!! Shower was odd. Pull down around bottom faucet to get the shower started, then when turned off was loud clunk that made me jump. It took 5 minutes to get water regulated as it was scalding hot or ice cold!! The breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were hard, and the gravy for biscuit's was watery. I had yogurt, WOW so much for breakfast. Positives Quiet and bed was comfortable. Last stay at this motel chain!!

The room was very spacious and has all the amenities we were looking for. However, the room smelled of dog urine or just pets in general. The smell was a bit overwhelming. Went to the desk to let them know and they handed me febreze air freshener to use in the room. I let the desk clerk know upon checkout and she was very apologetic. I also got cut on a sharp piece of the bedframe that sticks out beyond the mattress, also let the desk know upon checkout. The breakfast was okay but not much of a variety.

Beds are very comfortable. Shower was great Breakfast was eggs and bacon, waffles and oatmeal so that was pretty good. A lot of room doors opening and closing at 3 AM. Cars in the parking lot kind of sketchy but a very comfortable room.

I booked this place on a budget, but next time I will definitely dish out the extra money and get a better hotel. The staff was really nice and accommodating. But the room itself was sub par. It looked old, there were holes in the carpet and walls, and stains on the furniture. One positive was that the towels were big and fluffy.

The check in / out process was terrible We book through Expedia with pay at property When check in they hold $100 to my credit card When check out they said no receipt available, they don’t know if they ok with the total $ on Expedia receipt? And They don’t tell me how much they will charge to my credit card. All they said you have contact Expedia 😇

We were given wrong room at check in. my daughter had to sleep on floor. I had to go back to hotel the next day to move all our belongings to a 2 bed bedroom…Room smelled like smoke. Very little choices for breakfast (no eggs) no laundry mat.

The hotel was an older place but in decent repair. The manager however is absolutely terrified of damages to the rooms or sheets. There is a whole waiver that calls out potential stains and non-refundable fee's, etc. that are a tad excessive. Not a huge big deal, but they quite literally have a "towel" allotment. 1 towel per guest period. If guest services left the wrong number of towels and you need 4 towels for 4 people - that is not allowed and they will imply you are trying to steal things from the motel. There are numerous places right next to this one. Easy to choose elsewhere.

I thought the hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. There were several homeless people around the outside of the building who dashed into the breakfast to steal food. I was not comfortable being outside after dusk.

Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. They serve an excellent breakfast for a budget hotel. The room was very clean, except for the carpet. The carpet could use a good cleaning. The staff are all friendly. We stayed for a night, then ended up staying a week. An added bonus, is Rosie's Diner across the parking lot.

We stayed at Comfort Inn last March and it was a good experience so we decided to stay there again on our way home from a trip to Missouri. Last time the breakfast was good. This time it was absolutely terrible, in fact, it was digusting. I tried the biscuits and gravy. I took one bite of the gravy and spit it out. It had a nasty gritty taste and flavor. The buscuits were hard and wet, sticking to my fingers. There were no eggs, no bacon or sausage. The ONLY reason we chose to stay there was because the breakfast was so good last time. To pay over hundred dollars to stay in place that served a disgusting breakfast, the refrigerator wasn't cold, the TV was small, was very diappointing. It was just a bad experience. The only nice thing was the bed was soft and so were the pillows. The chair was ratty as well. They need to seriously ugrade and remodel the hotel. We will not stay there again.

We’ve stayed there before, but never again. The friendliness is nonexistent. Their policy of “1 bed, 2 towels” is ridiculous. They’ll give it to you, but the maid takes it away, so your request is a daily waste of time. The breakfast is inedible. The coffee is now from a machine. The eggs are powdered and the consistency of sawdust. It’s convenient for our visiting purposes, but just not worth it.

I would have gave all 5 stars but a lady that was staying at the hotel had 5 or 6 kids and she took all the good in the continental breakfast before their dad took them to school. She did not leave one muffin or yogurt. She was friends with the lady filling the breakfast items. When we finally got to get ours she came back and took all the breakfast items again and took them to her room. I got exactly one sausage. She seemed to being staying there long term. We couldn’t even get coffee. I’m guessing she wipes pout the food every morning as a cheap way to feed her kids. The rest of the hotel was awesome.
