The room smelled bad. There is only cleaning staff upon request. There was homeless people in and around the facility everyday. Only one elevator was working and even then it did not work all the time, so we took the stairs. However, we were afraid to take the stairs incase we were to run into a homeless person on the staircase. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. It looks new and clean from the outside but it is not.

The carpet had just been cleaned that day so they were damp and a musty odor. Also they charged $10 for parking that wasn’t advertised.

The bed was not particularly comfortable for us, but we were able to sleep. The air conditioner was good, the toilet needs some repair. It ran at times after flushing. They need to get the elevator working properly. One has a faulty butter for the 4th floor, and the other was out of order.

Hotel condition is terrible. Elevators are scary here and staff is not super responsive.

At check-in elevators worked halfway through our stay the elevator stopped working and had to use the stairs for the rest of our stay. Very inconvenient being on the third floor. The restroom by check-in desk was also out of order. I normally travel with my wheel chair bound mother so glad this time she did not travel with me. There was another family that had to go down the stairway with their loved one.

I was charged parking fee with no car

We were stuck in the elevator and the panel didn’t work until we asked for help The shower rod was hanging off the wall The bath tub was filthy and would not drain The bathroom door would not stay closed the lock was broken

The side entrance door did not lock it was open the whole time cause it was broken. The room door did not have a top safety lock. The bathtub had broken broke on the turn knob… it was very upsetting for the price .

This hotel is in major need of a renovation. Carpets have the smell of urine, the elevators are very unreliable and the overall condition of the hotel is poor. In addition, my wife had a custom designed bracelet taken from our room. Our first room the toilet did not work and we were told that we would be relocated to another room later in the day. We had a do not disturb placard on our door so that no one would come in until we are ready to move to the new room. Wow! We were away from the room. Housekeeping came in and made up the bed and provided new towels. This is very obvious that someone came in the room while we were gone. Athis point that my wife noticed that bracelet was missing. We reported the incident to the front desk. They said that they are very confident that none of their staff would have taken the bracelet. We searched the room twice to see if the bracelet may have been misplaced but we were unsuccessful in locating the bracelet. I even offered a $200 reward with no questions asked if the bracelet were returned. This hotel has a large number of homeless around it and at times it is unsafe to walk outside. Our overall experience at this hotel was not acceptable. We did file a police report and I contacted Wyndham hotels to tell them of the incident. I am still awaiting a response to find out if anything will be done to reimburse us for either our hotel stay or reimbursement for the cost of the bracelet. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit to Denver.

Door locks were damage

The whole place reeks of cigarettes - including the rooms, bathrooms, and beds. Guests smoking in front of the exits, dusty everywhere, bathroom floors are VERY sticky, and room floors are dirty. Key pad don’t work the rooms if used to enter the building. House keeping opening doors without making sure guests haven't left yet. BED BUG!!

Cockroaches everywhere. Bathroom by the coffee maker on the walls where the bed is. Could not sleep. If this is what you recommend I will no longer use you.

The restroom floor was very dirty pubic hair and dirt on floor and corners. The tub had a slow drain so you feet would sit on backed up water while you showered. Only stayed one night, the next morning when we were picking up to leave we looked under a chair and there was a small glass smoke pipe on the floor, which means the room was not cleanned well before we came in. I put it in a cup and took it down with me when i checked out as i didn't want to be charged for smoking in the room, but the gal at the front desk didn't seem to care. No toiletries in room.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. There was blood on the bathroom wall and light switch, floors were filthy with hair from past guests in the bathtub. I left after trying two different rooms and stayed at a Fairfield Inn. Please stay anywhere other than this hotel.

Our room was dirty including stained bed linens, dead moths and bug legs, and food crumbs from previous guests. Our bathroom was damaged. The mirror was broken above the faucet, there was obvious water damage on ceiling and walls, mold and grim around the tub in the caulking. Wall in the room had been damaged and there was spackle on the wall paper. When we asked to change rooms, there were none available. Asked for clean linens and a set was brought up for us to change ourselves.

No housekeeping for 4 days even tho they were in the hallways. Just kept saying "Call front desk"

The room did not have toiletries because the hotel was out. The room was not stocked with towels and it wasn't vacuumed very well. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Room for improvement on cleanness.

Saw some strange bugs and got bit by a bedbug. In a word nasty.

What can I really say besides very disappointed in this hotel. I use to stay at this hotel a lot and looking at how a down it had become is very sad. The front desk staff amazing the rooms well let’s just say the bedding great decor needs to be replaced. I have no clue what was on the shade lap by the bed looked like blood. All was well until Sunday when I got ready to shower there was a roach in the bathroom. At of all the times I’ve stayed I’ve never experienced this. Also not sure why only 1 elevator was working. But I would have to say I would never stay here again, Also I know that people need a place to live and it seemed as this was the hotel for them to live in we have to do better as I should not have seen a roach in the hotel. Motel yes hotel nope:

The room needs repair, the ceiling in the bathroom has water damage the drain in the bathroom did not work, the closet rack was broken

The first room I got had several issues , showerhead , shower tub cracked old , bath door hard and stinky smell .. We were changed to a cleaner nicer room but aver after 2 days no towel refresh or any kind of service done even after we requested it to the front desk .

Situated adjacent to 225, this location suffers from significant noise pollution due to poorly insulated windows. The moment you exit the elevators, you're hit with the scent of smoke. The windows appear to have not been cleaned since the building's construction. The internet connection feels like you are back to the dial up ages. It is horrible so bring a hotspot.

Great room. Bed was excellent for my back. Only complaint it the fact that there was an individual Kcup machine in the kitchen area. Only problem was there wasn't an outlet to plug the machine into. Also they service the room every three days and there were only enough kcups for one day. Also there was some road noise do the the location of the hotel

The property is run down from age. The windows and walls don't block any noise and it's very close to the highway so it was pretty noisy. The guests inside during my stay were also noisy so it was not a restful experience. The hallway on my floor smelled like cigarette smoke

The room window of 3204 was broken and taped with clear tape to cover the plate size hole. With broken glass still left between the window and screen.

I did not like the thinness in the walls. You can hear your neighbors talking to each other while in own room.

A little noisy thin walls but ok for one night

Staff was very nice, overall property was okay. Elevators were old and seemed unreliable. The room had a good bed, the window was broke and did not close properly. The bathroom was terrible, the shower head was barely working and I was standing in ankle deep water for my shower, tub was old and chipped and in need of repair and I don’t know what was going on with the plumbing for the sink.

The bathroom could use some care. Water pressure was awful, shower curtain wouldn’t close. Hole in back of bathroom door, broken tiles, lighting was not good either. Windows closed but were loose.

When we checked in, the front office staff was quite rude. First, she claimed we didn’t have a reservation because she didn’t read the information on my driver’s license correctly. She had entered my middle name as my last name. After quite an ordeal, she found my prepaid reservation for 6 nights. Then, she proceeded to lecture me on all the things we couldn’t do, never mentioning the things we could do or what was provided by La Quinta. Safety issues: Our room had all major electronic appliances plugged into one outlet: air conditioner, mini-fridge, microwave, television and cable cords, and desk lamp. There were also incidents of non-guests entering the facility and attempting to get free breakfast meals, ice, and using the laundry facilities. The parking lot and entrances were not ADA compliant, making it difficult for me to gain access to and from the building. Maintenance issue: The bathroom had obvious water damage that had not been repaired/replaced. The bathroom door was swollen and didn’t close properly, and the walls had flaking paint, due to water damage.

Front desk staff said that our reservation had been canceled, which it had not. She did not try and offer an explanation and basically ignored us. Trying to talk to ANYONE at Hotels.com was virtually impossible. Customer service at this hotel and Hotels.com was terrible. We left and went to a different hotel.

Some one walk into our room late night,, using the electronic key that my mistake was activate for our room ,, I went down the receptionist and politely ask how could this be happened, a young guy name Abraham responded with a aggressive attitude: "was just a mistake " never use the word , Sorry or Apologize for the mistake,, I would never stay here again , UNSAFE

Staff was very friendly and very helpful super easy check in conveniently located and extremely clean. This property is pet friendly The price was very reasonable for the Denver area. It was clean, updated and safe and quiet.

Everything was good but except the receptionist guy at night time terrible attitude he charged more than what I booked through Expedia and didn’t want to provide a receipt during check in and check out he said he will email the receipt when his assistant arrives the next morning horrible situation with that guy avoid coming in here unless you want to get overcharged and receive horrible attitude

When I was at the front desk, I witnessed the manager cussing out a customer that he decided to evict over the phone. When I got to the room, I noticed that the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and unable to holt paper. In the morning, there was no shampoo in the room and the handheld shower was stuffed into the handrail in the bathtub. This was because the clip where it is supposed to hand was also smashed. The trim for the diverter valve was also missing.

The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful!!

Front Desk night/afternoon staff absolutely disrespectful! Upon check in front desk staff was in a full blown argument with someone. Cussing and slamming the counters in front of myself and my 10 yr old. We were just standing there waiting to get checked in and he yelled at me assuming I was with the person he was arguing with. Just drove 16 hrs to attend a funeral we just needed rest. The next night same front desk person threw his phone to the wall after I asked very kindly if we could purchase snacks from the snack area. It’s actually scary! Dripping shower and clogged tub. Elevators don’t work right. Someone got stuck, Firemen showed up to free the person and told staff to post a sign on the elevator and a sign was never posted during our stay. Use an extra $10-$20 bucks and stay somewhere else.

Great location, quiet, comfy and clean

Very clean and nice staff. Loud and rowdy people woke us up in the middle of the night, but not the fault of the hotel. Right across 225 from HCA Hospital and very convenient for an early procedure.

There were a few homeless people around the area. Somebody went through my car (I know my fault, really thought I locked it), but left me with a very uneasy feeling the rest of my stay. Showers were not good, didn’t draining well & ultimately clogged, paint peeling from ceiling in bathroom, & bathroom floors did not look like they were cleaned well. Elevator broke and buttons in elevator didn’t work well. Right by the highway so it was noisy. I didn’t get her name but one staff member at the front desk was very accommodating and kind. She was also very helpful to other staff members.

It was easy to get to for Denver Children’s Anshutz

Employees were super nice and helpful. Room was clean. Felt unsafe in area. A lot of homeless.

Easy access to the interstate

Easygoing place. Train station right across the street. Some vagrants around but get chased away by the staff and transit police quickly. Some other guests can be annoying but are only there for a little while. Not much fear of theft in the parking lot. Staff is always helpful when they can be.

Good for just accommodating good breakfast in the morning showers usually a little noisy ice machine didn’t work in two floors for three days friendly staff like I said a good layover place for a couple of days

The hotel LOOKS good but that’s about it. 1-tv didn’t work, 2- bathroom sink was clogged, 3- took maintenance over 3 hours to respond to sink and then knocked on the room door at almost midnight, 4-internet wouldn’t connect, 5- heat wouldn’t turn on, 6- window was cracked and letting cold air in room, 7- head non stop sex from the neighbors, 8- breakfast serviced at 7 am, I was there when doors opened and food was ready but all cold and tasted like plastic.

It was really loud, hard to sleep because of it. Room wasn't clean properly found clothes and trash from previous guests. The shower curtain rod was loose which caused the curtain to slide open. Breakfast was good except for the coffee

It was okay. Breakfast can be better and more options should be available not just egg and sausage.

Staff were friendly, comfy bed, clean and well stocked breakfast room The negatives were the cover kept falling off the air conditioning unit, waking us up in the night.

Lady at the check in desk was super grumpy. The floor in the entire building was nasty dirty. Housekeeping did not clean or bring towels any of the days we were there. Breakfast was at least decent but I wouldn’t stay there again unless the place was free!!

Not, a bad place to stay. You get what you pay for. Good for the price. Breakfast was good.

The staff was nice and attentive. The breakfast was good, hot and restocked. Unfortunately we had no hot water in our shower, at best it got luke warm. The location is very convenient. We have stayed before and we will stay again.
