A/C didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work and the stairwell smelled like urine.

Your pool is closed the shower did not work properly I had to sponge bath in the sink smell of marijuana everywhere vagrance sleeping in the hallways and the stairwell staff members that refuse to address anything oh but you're very quick to throw somebody out at 11:00 I spent hundreds of dollars and feel violated

This place is a mess. Everything is broken. The elevator, ice machine, the doors at ether ends card readers, community microwave. I assume the vacuum is also broken because there was trash on the floor when we got there and it was still there 2 days later (see picture). The mere was a wash rag around the shower head to stop it from spraying water everywhere(see picture ). My A/C worked. But this place needs new management. The people who work there are great. That’s the only reason I am not giving this a lower rating

The pool doesn’t work and haven’t been open since Covid (mind you that’s been over). They have refrigerator in some room and microwaves in the ones that don’t have a refrigerator. No breakfast which they are advertising. It’s just not worth pay no $100 a night for.

The staff was really nice and understanding. They accidentally charged me (due to an system error) and they had it fixed farley quickly. Besides the usual shady characters this hotel was nice for the price. The only other downside is the elevator was out, so we had to use the stairs. Said stairs always smelt like piss. Ive read many reviews crapping on not knowing the 100$ deposit, maybe they recently decided to add added a warning on the check in counter, so props for that.

Everything is fine, only the elevator is not working and the luggage has to be carried up the stairs.

Had to change rooms ask for pillows to be they were never brought up when I went down to the desk and asked they just kind of shrugged their shoulders at me refrigerator didn't work properly air conditioning in the second room wasn't working much better but it was getting late and we didn't have anywhere else to stay bathroom floor in the second room is dirty Swimming pool is also unavailable

I personally do not understand why Wyndham would keep this property open. It needs a complete remodel. The TV doesn’t work. The elevator doesn’t work. I’m extremely disappointed! I will never stay here again! I want everyone to know no one should stay here until they do some updates! Not worth the money!

there was no ac, person in front stated that the previous people burnt out the ac and made no attempt to fix. It was 83 degrees in the room. There was no mention of the elevator being down for a year so daughter had to hobble to 2nd floor and eventually when we did get moved to another room at 1am had to hobble to the next floor. There was no lighting on one side of the motel so used flashlights from phone since the stairwell was a bit dark. Security gaurd even said that we would probably be more comfy in our car seeping, Called on Monday to speak with a manager and front desk had me on hold for 29 minutes and then hung up.

The pool is not functioning you have vagrance sleeping in the hallways in the stairwells you have staff that is afraid to address any of these things and you're quick to throw somebody out even though you have major issues trash everywhere ridiculous

There were strands of straight hair found throughout the room, in the bath tub, on the sink, wrapped in the towels. Dead roaches on the floor in the bathroom.

Unclean, found a used condom wrapper in my room. Got the sense that a lot of other guests were strung out on substances or were homeless. Hotel was smelly and unclean

Not clean at all. Sheets smell. Heat doesn’t work. 40 min wait to check in. Smells like pee in the hallway. Overall super unsafe feeling.

Dirty, room had feces (or the appearance of) on top of the toilet lid, the floor in and around the bathroom was coming up, the lobby was rich with the thick haze of incense (which I love but without the smoke and fog hanging in the air), and the parking lot. Wow, the parking lot was not OK. Filled with cracks and potholes, limited parking and the surround areas? Not a place I would feel comfortable exploring even daytime. There were people hanging around in the parking lot who were asking for money and making people uncomfortable. It was a terrible experience. I checked in, saw the room and checked out as soon as I could get out of the room and back to the front desk. Front counter guy = friendly but didn’t ask any questions re: checking out after a handful of minutes. An absolutely sketch place, dirty surrounding properties, lack of surround businesses that cater to hotel guests/travelers and the room was bad enough I refused to stay and ate the $120 on the room. Found an Econolodge a few miles away and it was a 5-star experience compared to this Motel 6. Hard pass.

No shampoo provided, bathroom was filthy, elevator wasn't working, dogs barking non stop, panhandlers out front

Our sink faucet handle was broken off. The door to the room was very loud -- like a coffin opening in a horror movie. Our view out the window was the pool equipment. The curtain was falling off. The floor was water damaged. The vent in the bathroom was covered in plastic and stapled. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.

This place smelled awful. Both beds were covered in hair on the sheets. The window was not locked to our 1st floor room and one lock was broken with no screen in the window. There was no locks to the outdoor entrances to keep this building secure. Another occupant called the cops to report suspicious activity and that she felt unsafe and the cops were not helpful or friendly as well if you need them. The door to the room would not shut unless you slammed it and the adjoining room door would not lock...did not feel safe! This was rated 3.7 of 5 stars on Expedia....definitely a LIE!!!

More of a hostel then a hotel. Two spiders in thier webs in room like it was not cleaned. Beds terrible. Everything in bathroom broken. Toilet seat just sitting not attached.

The rooms were dirty and i was charged 100 dollars for no reason after i checked out

Hairs in the sheets, AC barely worked, one of the lights didn’t work on the wall, light fixture pieces missing in bathroom, no toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom, bathtub was dirty, only had warm water for shower, loud people going in and out of their room at 2am.

The A/C didn’t work

AC did not work in August in Denver CO. Not dirty just towel bars falling off, tp hold came off wall, building just rundown

Toilet paper hanger half missing. One light control did not work. The temperature control changed nothing. Very loud other guests. The room was clean. If was small but perfect for me. I a fine with small.

The room was 87 degrees upon arrival. After an hour it was still over 85 degrees. The air filter was completely clogged so there was no airflow. Request a new room, was told they were booked up.

Everything was very run down and did not seem maintained at all. The thermostat in our room was broken and hanging off the wall.

I had 2 different rooms. Ac was broke in the 1st. 2nd room AC was very poor. Hotel guests were very loud. Water pressure was terrible. Cold water was luke warm. Room poorly painted. Touchups everywhere with wrong color. Avoid this place. It was a dump.

This hotel was awful. When I walked in, I knew it was bad, but it didnt prepare me for how bad the room was. There was some sort of flood light outside of the window and the curtains were inadequate to keep it out. There was a strange scent throughout the hotel. The A/C didn't work. And the coup de grace was the numerous razor marks all over the bathroom counters. I put towels over the counters before I put my things on it because the cleanliness was questionable and I didnt want d**g residue on my belongings.

Ground floor side door and back door both opened without using room key. Bathroom sink drained super super slow. People hanging out outside laughing and being really loud even late at night. People hanging in their cars all times of day. Mattress was abysmal. Stained beyond belief when I peeled back the covers and sheets, lumpy and saggy. I paid $70 for the room so my expectations were low but next time I will spend another $10-$20 to have a better sleep and experience.

Should have never stayed here. AC didn’t work, room temp had to be at least 78 and the thermostat was at 68, it was hot all night. The windows are so thin you can hear everything out front, may as well have them open that’s how little they keep the sound out. There was hair in both beds, luckily I could tell the bedding was washed, just black hair stuck to the sheets. But still gross… when I arrived at midnight due to a delayed flight the entrance/lobby smelt badly of smoke. There were burn marks on the end table by the bed, a fresh hole kicked into the bathroom door, that they attempted to repair. The carpet in the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Overall terrible and the people that stay here are sketchy. Worst hotel stay I’ve had in over 20 years. Would have checked right out if I didn’t have less than 6 hours to get sleep before a meeting the next morning.

Needs to be cleaner and updated breakfast needs to be out daily and on time for it is said it's available during booking and wasn't always the night shift staff Greg and Erica even the security guard Mr Dre was all the highlight of the properties care and hosting they were not only informative but professional

These guys charged my deposit 3 times. Totally screwed me over because I had no money on my trip. Told me it would be between 3 and 10 days before I would get this back. So ridiculous. We ended up leaving and getting a better room because his place was gross. It smelled like cigarettes and pee.

I was visiting a friend prior to my own check in at the hotel. She had to run to a doctor's visit and while she was gone a manager came to her room and then said I was an unauthorized guest I told her I had a booking and she then denied I had a reservation, cancelled my reservation out of spite and then threatened to call the police saying I was trespassing. Malicious acts by a rogue employee who wouldnt even give me her name. Then to top it all off she has my friends room key disable and held her things hostage until I was able to get an Uber off their property. I have a disability, very limited mobility and use a walker. I filed a formal complaint and had to call my booking agency for a refund. Stay away

When I checked in the staff informed me that the a.c. was out in that room. It's 90% in Denver this time a year. So for 2days we were miserable. The employee tried to give me e refund which didn't work. Then ,when I asked the staff about it at check out the last at the desk started basically screaming at me that my payment did not go thru at all which is not true but was very embarrassing considering my payment has went through. So all in all horrible stay.

We reserved our room days before our arrival, did the online pre-check in, indicated our estimated arrival time as 9:00 pm, only to have them call us at 8:00 pm the night of our arrival and tell us they "overbooked" our room and had nothing for us. When asked what we could do, they offered no alternatives and we were told "call hotels.com." We were traveling in with 4 young children and had to deal with getting reimbursed through hotels.com and finding last minute arrangements.

Excellent and very friendly service. We had one issue with non working outlets and they changed us to a different room with no hassle or hesitation. I’d stay there again. You can’t get better customer service than what this hotel offers with their staff.

It was very scary with the drug addicts and drug dealers openly selling and using drugs by the window next door to mine. I initially thought there was a rape in progress and everybody just turned a cheek. Clean up the property and add security.

Ac did not work in room. A lot of homeless in parking lot. Unsafe. Checked out 9days early to find other hotel.

Close to highway; close dining options.

Good location for what we needed.

I loved the Convenience of being right off the highway and close to all the good Stores for shopping and food. Everything was super clean in the service very nice.

Near the airport. Perfect for an evening near D.I.A. because of its proximity to the airport and convenience. Recommended.

A ten minute walk to the lite rail was quite convenient.

Easy access to get around.

I thought the location was a bit off and seeing what was around in the way of food. Also there is the highway right there so i enjoyed this location.

Front desk staff was amazing. Easy and fast check-in. Interior condition is about what would be expected from this motel. No coffee was a bummer, or toiletries.

It smells terrible in there. The clerk that suggested Rosies was fantastic!

Visit was good. No problems. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary fruit at front desk. Easy access to highway, and quiet.

The coffee was hot but other than that no continental breakfast no Danish no donuts nothing just hot regular and decaf coffee and a 5 or 6 oz cup pretty ratchet for the amount

Horrible manger was very rude front desk clerk was rude as well had a bottom floor soon as I checked went in room people above made noise up until after 6am staff never talked with them drugs and homeless hangin out thru hotel day and night fights and arguments all times of the day night mornings free coffe was cold or pot was empty staff wouldn’t refill just tell you it’s empty charge certain people hotel deposit fee then check out is at 11am housekeeper opening guest room door at 1026 then go tell manager you still there she come argue be rude at 1052 then lied said online reservations weren’t showing and I’m showing her my receipt still be smart mouthed manger parks her car at front door whichis in the way to load and unload also there no kind of cart to take your belongings in on

It is a Motel 6, don’t expect the Ritz Carlton! With that said , it is clean and comfortable. The room was welcoming even with the smaller problems ( the toilet paper holder is non existent and there were no towels in the bathroom) The area is safe, there are several restaurants in walking distance and a coffee shop across the street ( there is coffee available at the front desk in the morning) Breakfast is not included but parking is free Yes, the guests can get rowdy, but that’s not specific to this place. I would recommend to get a room further from the checkin area to reduce the noise. I made a mistake with my reservation, the front desk manager- Ms Daphne went above and beyond to help me to correct it; I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness-and sense of humor! All in all, I had a good stay

DeShawn and Daphne we're professional and courteous. Room was clean, comfortable beds, television service great, nice shower, great coffee in lobby, great a/c cool. Very small detail - towel rack broken, toilet seat bumper broke, and no phone cord on landline. I would recommend to family and friends. 4 1/2 ☆☆☆☆/☆ Give Daphne and DeShawn a raise. Not bad at all, nice comfy place. Only thing I didn’t like too much was it wasn’t made obvious that not all rooms have a microwave and fridge, but that’s hotels.com fault not motel 6.
