I only booked this hotel because I called to verify they had adjoining rooms. Staff told me that they would note our reservation so we would have them upon check-in. When we arrived they didn’t have adjoining rooms available and said there were no notes in my reservation. Horrible customer service and didn’t get us the room. I have 4 kids and only booked so we were all attached. Rooms were also dirty. Would not go back.

Place was pretty clean. They did have everyday maid service. WiFi was good. Shower had hot water although pressure could have been better. Normal hotel 3 star breakfast, but maybe slightly worse. Hot tub felt great at the end of a long work day. Although could have been hotter.

We checked in on the late side (after 10pm) and the front desk staff was great! Friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and during our stay the entire araff we kind and helpful. Always willing to help us with anything. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great which was nice for the really hot days. The breakfast was good and had enough options for a 3 day stay. The location is perfect. We’d atay here again.
