It’s a basic no frills don’t expect much property. The rooms are clean, the bed was ok, small TV’s. Breakfast is weak to say the least. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty to the point I wouldn’t go in. Great for a one night stay on a budget wanting a bed.

I was shocked when the guy behind the desk had his feet up on the desk. He saw us enter the lobby and didn't make an effort to sit up or greet us. Just kept his feet on the desk. Plus the breakfast is pretty pathetic. The tiny pool and hot tub were overrun with kids, so my older kids did not want to use them even though we had been on our feet all day and had been looking forward to staying somewhere with a hot tub. My family was also awake most of the night due to the uncomfortable beds, tiny, odd shaped pillows and the thins walls. There were kids running around until about 11:30 and a baby crying thoughout the night. I get it, babies cry. I'm a mom, but the walls are so thin it sounded like the baby was in our room. We will not be staying there next time we are in town.

Seemed a little short staffed. Had to ask for everything, unlock pool, pool towels, etc. when I made the reservation I was clear that there would be 5 in our room I was charged extra for the additional person but the hotel had no cots. It is not that they were out. They had none.

Pool and hot tub water was dirty. The guy at the front desk was very rude and yelled at us while in the pool area. Granted we had drinks in there but we weren’t there to read signs. We were there to enjoy our kid free weekend. We are middle aged responsible adults, no need to talk down and yell at us. The beds were absolutely horrible!! Hugs dips and stiff mattress. Pillows were awful. The guy above us stomped around from 3 am - 5 am! So when we left, we weren’t rested and relaxed. We were irritated and exhausted and achy!

I didn’t realize the entire hotel was smoke friendly and pet friendly. Bug dog walking around the hotel and my family and I are allergic then a man was smoking a cigarette right outside our room in the hall wall. It was gross and unsettling. We had to ask to use the pool twice before the covers were take off to use. The jets were obnoxiously loud when using the hot tub. Called prior to make sure pool and hot tub were in service.. said yes. Next morning pool and hot tub were temporarily closed. Extremely frustrating for our toddler that wanted to swim more. Breakfast was very minimal and was expecting some protein meat of some sort. Definitely not what I was expecting from reviews and pictures.

The property was clean. The room was, too. The elevator creaked a lot and was very slow moving. The breakfast area was quite small, and the selection of items was not as varied as the Super 8 we stayed in the night before. The front office staff could use a course on customer service.

Horrible. Customer service was horrible. Hallways were filled with furniture. I reseverd four days here to enjoy a mini vacay and hot tub but they close their hottub on cold days because of the fog it causes?!? We were there five minutes and left. Beware!!!

There were ants in my room. The fridge leaked water. The ac didn't work. The walls are paper thin...i could hear my neighbor snoring. The pool area wasn't clean. The staff wasn't friendly. I only stayed one night...it was tolerable for one night.

Tape on the carpet where it meets at the bathroom. Huge stains on the carpet and the sheets we had in two different rooms. Towels were dingy with stains and had pubic hairs in it.

My daughter and I drove in at 3pm, excited to play in the pool and then relax. We got to our room and there was a towel propping the door open along with the window open. The room smelled like smoke and there were stains on the sheets. We tried to tough it out but my daughter had an allergic reaction to the smoke and we had to check out. The front desk acknowledged that it was caused by the smoke.

Stayed here for two days with a baby and it was perfect. Reception staff friendly and rooms very clean and comfortable. Great location too. Ive stayed at higher end hotels nearby in the past but this place is on par for the value. Seriously recommend.

Room was large and the bed comfortable. Only complaint would be the pillows, some of the filling was in balls like it had been washed making it lumpy. The other pillows were too soft. Great view south. Hotel appears to be cat friendly as well.

LOVE the quality vinyl flooring in the room, so much better than crunchy carpet most hotels have. Check in staff was absolutely nice and efficient, but the plastic board you have above her for safety reasons made it impossible to hear her over the crowd pool noise. Two power outlets for phones, no direct USB plugins. Carpet to rooms needed a vacuum, but I think the young lady at the front desk was busy. The frig close to my bed was noisy enough that I unplugged it. The noise of the climate control woke me up.

The breakfast had boiled eggs 3 of the 6 mornings I was there. Didn’t always have milk or bananas either. But it always had drinks and bread/muffins! My room wasn’t cleaned until my fourth day there, and I didn’t get soap or shampoo until then either (I brought my own anyway so not a big deal). The AC was squeaky the first few minutes of being turned on. The bed was comfy and the shower was a shower. Not bad for the price!

We stayed here because of a soccer tournament and if we could have canceled our reservation and stayed elsewhere I would have. The front desk was rude, and their policies are absurd. When checking in they only gave me 1 room key and when I asked for another one for my 16 yr old they refused because he wasn’t 18. Even after explaining he’s 16 and would be going out with friends they still wouldn’t do it. So I had to give my son MY key card so he could get back into our room, which just left me without a key. Our friends reservation was messed up and didn’t have available rooms for them and they even got into it with the front desk who refused to help them unless they were given an apology for being frustrated about their room situation. Another team members family ended up leaving because of issues with front desk and room situation. We were on the first floor and I could hear EVERYTHING from the floor above me. The first night I was up all night listening to someone walking around, flushing the toilet, and even showering. I thought I was going crazy but I read similar reviews about how noisy upper floors are with just regular movement. I don’t recommend this hotel, and we will never stay here again.

The receptionist-Hailey-was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She stormed into the pool area twice-once to demand we shut the door leading outside(which was opened before we entered) and then to tell us the pool area was too foggy and we needed to leave. When my wife asked her if she had asked someone previously not to open the door, she was short and abrasive with my wife. The hotel itself isn’t terrible, but having to deal with staff that clearly don’t like their job makes for a less than stellar stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Days Inn, it was quiet, and peaceful. Very convenient, to shopping, dining, and visiting my relatives. I will be sure to visit there to when I am in the area again. I will certainly tell my friends and family, what a beautiful stay that I had. Thank you for allowing to visit there.

I drove for 13 hours and I was very tired. When I arrived, the check-in was easy and quick. I went to bed early and it was comfortable and quiet. In the morning I checked out and got some coffee in the lobby. The location is great and it was an easy on the freeway to get going again.

Room very clean. AC very good. Chaz the Front Desk Manager rude at the check in time. Hotel location not good. Far from everything unless you drive. Breakfast place lousy and in a room the size of a closet. Choice of breakfast very limited. Cereal, yogurt, mini -muffins, boiled eggs and coffee. Walked in to have breakfast at 9:05 am and already was not much left to eat. No refreshing done. For the price we pay for the room I would not recommend this hotel.

The check-in was smooth, and the property was not filthy, just overall older, some stains on the sofa, walls missing plaster, cracks, worn out, the HVAC unit had dangling open wires coming out of the bottom, just in need of a very deep clean and probably overhaul. It was nice that the floors are hard and not carpet. The "Breakfast" was quite possibly the saddest breakfast I have seen in any hotel. 2 types of cereal, stale white bread, mini muffins, yogurt, and a "Pancake Machine".... Yikes.
